No hay gente en recepción a quien puedas pedir ayuda. Las habitaciones incómodas con el aire acondicionado funcionando siempre, está centralizado no se puede parar y mete mucho ruido. El suelo de la parte del lavabo muy peligroso, si pones un pie mojado te puedes caer. La wifi SOLO ECISTE EN LA PLANTA DIEZ, no es libre en las habitaciones,...

Les voisins doivent être calmes sinon vous les entendez facilement. La chambre de 2 lits séparés est quand même très petite. L'ascenseur n'allait pas jusqu'à notre étage. Pas pratique avec les valises. Nous n'avons vu aucun employé mais le checkin était facile.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026L' ambiente è nuovissimo, ultramoderno e super pulito. L' edificio dà sul torrente Cheomseongde, e lo si può vedere dagli spazi comuni. Si sviluppa su tre piani.
Ero in una camerata da sei, ma lo spazio era organizzato male, quindi risultava sovraffollata. L' armadietto personale ha le dimensioni di una scatola da scarpe, quindi molti oggetti personali non potevano essere messi a posto e contribuivano al togliere quel poco spazio che c'è. Non è stato possibile scegliere il letto, mi è stato assegnato quello in alto (cosa che mi ha creato molto disagio). Mai visto lo staff. Ti inviano una lista lunghissima di regole di comportamento e codici da utilizzare per camere e accesso ai piani. C'è un solo ascensore per spostarsi tra i piani e raggiungere il piano terreno, quindi a volte i tempi di attesa sono un po' lunghi.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Hotel comodissimo come zona per visitare la città sia a piedi sia in metro in quanto vicinissimo ad una fermata della linea 1 Zona piena di ristoranti e locali dove bere e mangiare. Camera pulita, con frigo, phone, tv, aciugamani cambiati ogni giorno, ottimi prodotti per la pulizia. Abbiamo usufruito anche della lavatrice e asciugatrice a diaposizioone degli ospiti Se tornassi a Seoul sicuramente dormirei nuovamente qui

當初訂房時沒注意到是在12樓而電梯只到11樓，若行李很多的話就會比較辛苦，要自己搬上去。另外雖然民宿有告知半夜10點後要降低音量，但這次遇到比較多人住宿，半夜開門及講話聲量都相當大讓人困擾。

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026L'auberge est bien situé en plein centre du quartier Cheonggyecheon -ro ; beaucoup de restaurants et juste en dessous un 7 ELEVEN . plusieurs stations de métro et arrêt de bus à proximité , très pratique pour le transport en commun qui desservent bien les autres agglomérations.En tout cas pour le rapport/qualité prix c'est raisonnable . Le personnel bienveillant , malgré la barrière de la langue ; on essai de communiquer et se faire comprendre. On garde un très bon souvenir de cette région avec des images plein la tête.
Le service de lessive , que j'ai utilisé , pas 24H/24 . Et aussi la machine à sécher le linge pas de désodorisant mise à disposition ; malgré tout je suis content dans ce 2e hôtel également , d'avoir pu laver mes vêtements tranquille !

We had some problems during check in as the password of our room was not updated on the system. So we had to wait for a response but unfortunately it was during the self check in hours so help wasn’t really immediate.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, cerca a muchas atracciones turísticas y las zonas comunes son agradables y lindas, con una maravillosa vista de la ciudad. Disfruté de sentarme en las noches a comer algo mientras observaba el paisaje nocturno. La habitación compartida era amplia, al igual que los baños, todo estaba muy limpio y bien iluminado. La cama era cómoda, dormí muy bien durante mi estadía.
El self check in se me complicó un poco, de pronto porque es la primera vez que me quedaba en un hospedaje donde tienen ese procedimiento 😅 Otra huésped que estaba allí me ayudó a hacer el proceso, si no hubiera estado ella, no sé que habría hecho. Hubiera sido genial la presencia de alguien del personal.

The kiosk screen was frozen when I went to check in so it took some time for it to work but it did eventually.

Reviewed Jul 2, 20262回目の利用です。今回もドミトリー以外は満室でドミトリー４人部屋を予約したら、ラッキーなことに２泊とも1人利用で快適でした。ドミトリーなのにシャワーとトイレが別々で部屋にあり、洗面所も広めでタオル掛けも壁にあり便利でした。インテリアも明るく落ち着いていて居心地が良いです。バス通りには24時間営業の食堂、オリヤン、スタバ、メガコーヒー、マムズキッチンもあり。わからないことは日本語でメールで質問できたので安心できました。８月に予約しようと思ったら満室で残念です。
部屋の水回りに小さな虫がいた。10階ラウンジのディスポーザーの使い方やゴミの分別方法を出来れば日本語ても表記してほしい。翻訳アプリを利用したがわかりにくい。

Les chambres dortoir sont à 4 personnes et c’est parfait. La salle de bain est assez grande avec l’espace vital nécessaire. J’ai fait de jolies rencontres avec lesquelles je garde contact actuellement.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Very central location that is 30min from every popular district. The neighborhood is safe and is also full of cafes and eateries so you could stick around as well. The hostel amenities and rooms were always clean and taken care of at the highest possible for a hostel in my opinion.
Although the male manager was very helpful when it comes to cleaning and making things ready, he gives very offputting instructions and seems so irritated easily. No matter his good intentions, he made my roommate’s first day very negative from my perspective, and it’s extra hurtful for the guests when they come so tired and depleted already from a long international flight. There was one black insect in the 11F lounge on my last day, maybe it’s because of the humidity but would be helpful for you guys to handle since it’s all women hostel. O

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026I had a fantastic stay at Hostel Haru! The staff is absolutely amazing—truly wonderful people who are incredibly helpful. Whenever I needed assistance, they were there to help, which I truly appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth and easy. The location is also a major plus: it's located right next to the subway station, but if you enjoy walking, you can reach many key spots on foot. The hostel is spotlessly clean and my room had a beautiful view of the Cheonggyecheon Stream, which was so lovely to wake up to. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seoul!

Check in probably fine 95% of the time just that when we arrived the monitor was down. 1 lift shared with the other non hotel floors below so can have waiting issues or have to take 10 or more flights of stairs if there's maintenance.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Super Lage, sehr zentral. Täglich frische Handtücher und Wasser. Ich war in einem Gruppenschlafsaal mit genug Duschen und Toiletten. Es gab einen abschließbaren Spind.
Der Duschvorhang war nicht dicht genug, sodass das ganze Bad bei jeder Dusche unter Wasser gesetzt wurde. Die Isolation des Bades zum Schlafsaal war minderwertig, sodass man immer Wasser hat rauschen hören und ggf. davon wach wurde. Ich war aber selbst viel unterwegs und wurde deshalb nicht zu stark davon gestört.

There were some noisy neighbours, close to midnight or after, walls are thin, maybe hotel should set rule for quiet hours.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026．熱水很熱 洗澡很舒服 ．室內空調很剛好 不會太熱 但怕冷的人冬天來 還是要多穿一點 ．因為樓層很高 比較聽不到市區的聲音 算安靜 ．樓下比較多餐廳都開到滿晚的 會有喝醉的人 但走路3分鐘就是警察局 相對安全 ． 樓下就是很大家的7-11 滿方便的
．洗手池旁邊的燈電壓不穩的感覺 一閃一閃的 化妝有點不方便 ．插電時會有火花產生 有點危險

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026I like everything this hostel offers; room/toilet is kept clean, great facilities, very good soundproofing, it was quiet and peaceful despite its location being among a number of bars and restaurants. As a solo traveler, I like that you are being left alone to yourself and guests are respectful of each other's space. Most importantly, they do not fall short in reminding guests to be considerate and their email response time is impeccable!
I could not think of any, to be honest.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025The common areas of the hostel are gorgeous! There is a beautiful view of Seoul on the 11th floor and cute swings with a blanket and tea on the 10th. The dorms were set up nicely and they thoughtfully provided new towels and water bottles every day. They had shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shared showere. Everything was always very clean, and I was here in December when it was freezing but the room temperature was always really nice. The location is amazing, within walking distance to a ton of attractions and to subways stations, and there are restaurants open all around late into the night :)
I loved it and would happily book again but keep in mind that 1) this isn’t a social hostel and people mostly keep to themselves 2) the showers are attached to the dorms and shared with other dorm members so there is a strong recommendation not to showert after 11 due to the noise disturbing others.
