We visited during the mayhem of Carnaval, and they went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. The breakfast was simple but delicious. Reviewed Aug 22, 2024The personal is so kind. There was a hot drink with cookies every night, it was nice for the cold weather. The breakfast was ready at 6am, and the food was good and affordable. They help me print two pages for an urgent document, but it would be great if they offer printing services.
The rooms are a little cold and dark. I asked to change my room, and the other one was brighter but cold. On Sundays, the area is empty, and since it's downtown, it doesn't seem very safe. The restaurant doesn´t open on Sundays. On Weekdays is OK.
