We stay on the 6th floor away from current works on 1st floor, we could bearly hear the noise. We had the bigger room, it was spacious and clean, did not see 1 bug in 10 days. Staff is really nice and helpful. It's so the edge of the city but very good grab service around

love the ambience... staff attentive and very fast check in procedures. the hotel is still under renivation, so lift is not available for the time being. but the staffs were helpful to carry our luggage up.

The location was great

The AC in my room was hot. Asked the hotel to fix multiple time, but problem persist. Asked to change room, they said no other room available.

1. Sangat kecewa krn saya traveling membawa toodler usia 5th, sudah booking no smoking room tp saat check in dpt smoking room di lantai 1 yg ruangannya bau rokok, kursinya bolong2 bekas rokok. 2. Saya request pindah kamar tp full infonya, saya bilang next day kalau ada kamar non smoking kosong, tolong saya segera dipindahkan. Staff meng-iya-kan. 3. Krn bau rokok di kamar sangat mengganggu, jd saya minta di treatment kembali kamarnya agar bau rokoknya hilang. Lalu staff menawarkan pindah kamar. Saya bertanya “ini pindah ke non smoking room kan ?” Dan staff menjawab “iya”. Saya curiga krn pindah masih di lantai 1. Saat saya masuk kamar, saya cek kursi dan ada bolong2 bekas rokok jg. 4. Keesokan harinya, mertua saya check in di hotel yg sama (check in di jam 9 malam) dan dpt kamar di lantai 5, non smoking, selayaknya hotel seperti di gambar iklan room nya nyaman dan bagus. Itu berarti sudah ada kamar kosong dong ? Namun tidak ada 1 pun staff yg info saya untuk pindah kamar sampai hari saya check out. 5. Kamar replacement sangat tidak selayaknya hotel, pintu kamar mandi sudah ada rayap dan jamur, sudut2 kamar dilapisi plat besi/aluminium silver yg tanjam dan bisa melukai anak2/orang dewasa

I loved the warm hospitality at The New Atrium Hotel Yogyakarta. The rooms were well-kept, the breakfast was satisfying, and the staff consistently went out of their way to assist. It’s a great place to stay.

Our family of 5 stayed there for 2 nights What we love the most is their breakfast. So many choises and all of them were so so delicious. Definitely will stay again next time.

Everything, The Staffs are one of the most polite and kindest staff I've ever seen. They are truly welcoming, and for the price, it's a no brainer

I was booking in advance, months before my arrivals to get a room with aountain view.. on the day I'm arrived and the staff telling me no room with the mountain view avalaible infact theres no news or email what so ever to tell me there's no room avalaible, other wise I will look for another hotel for it as I want to take a photo in the early morning with a mountain view, for a long distance journey I have no memories from this hotel room at all and I disappointed, but I still give you a good rate for other things, thank you

Overall, this place can book again. Room is clean, bed is clean. Room clean and no smoke smell. Easy reach train station which you can take the train directly to airport. Never wrong, value for money.

I think shower area can improve, prevent water get floor wet.

This place is legit cozy and has a premium feel. After some time on the road going from hotel to hotel, I ended my stay in Indonesia here. A great place for a traveller. I slept well. Had a good breakfast. The shower is great. Love the tiles. Extra: they personally helped me check in 5AM after I arrived from Surabaya. Just had to write it down in my booking note. Cheers to that, guys.

As someone who isn't from Yogyakarta, you might want to visit the city center. In terms of location, this hotel is situated about 30 mins from the center of things. Just get on a Grab. It's not long, but for the considered distance, the traffic here gets to you. However, ask the hotel staff how to get around and they'll politely help you: they told me how to get to Sleman City Hall, where I could take the Damri shuttle service to the YIA airport (80k Rupiah). You can also ask that same Damri station to arrange a trip for you to Borobudur.

this room is ok but for amenities is not ok because they are dont have hand towel,wash cloth,conditioner,hand body lotion. for breakfast the food not good taste special indonesia foods.

Very comfortable, the staff is very nice, they try to provide everything i need, universal plug, iron, massage. Food wise is also good. I enjoyed the stay.

The hotel itself was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic - so many options. The location was a bit far from the centre and the neighbourhood was not great. There were some warungs across the street, but not walking distance to restaurants. Grabs and Gojeks were easy, so not too big an issue.

We have been to the hotel before 6 years ago. At that time it was exceptionally good. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated somewhat in the meantime. First of all what was positive: - Price / performance ratio - Clean except for small things (see below) - Equipment with water boiler and coffee and tea - Working air condition - Beds were good - Mini bar fridge - Friendliness of the staff

Now the potential for improvement: - wifi connection was poor. Again and again disconnections. - Room safe did not work (but was not important for us). - Leakage in the bidet shower - Room service did not refill the empty cosmetic tissues and did not clean the mouth glass. - Hair dryer was not in the room by default but had to be borrowed explicitly. - A separate drink could not be booked on the hotel bill in total because no desposit was deposited. I know this so that the customers are generally granted a credit...and the settlement is made with the hotel bill. Therefore, the whole thing was a bit too cumbersome for us and have waived additional sales.

Location of the hotel is very strategic. Close to Monumen Jogja Kembali, dan in the crossing of Ring Road to Magelang. It is not centrally located in the city centre, but very easy access to get anywhere else. Room is quite comfortable, spacious, and clean. and in term of price, I think it is very reasonable.

Book 02 twin room for 03 Night stay, cos it’s fully booked, although I want 01 queen bed room on request with connecting room, on check-in, frontline staff was good to improvise with the 02 single bed join to make a queen bed but it’s not comfortable to sleep with, which I have to accept cos it’s fully book. No connecting room but with front door facing each other, which I am satisfied with. Breakfast buffet is good and have variety. MacDonald fast food just nearby to compliment our extra craving at night. Place is quiet & safe , with street food nearby with local favour. And best of all, I don’t have to go to Jl. Malioboro to watch fireworks on New Year Eve , I watch it at Jogja City Mall , just 20 minutes walk from hotel without much trouble with family of six with kid. The fireworks is better than we expect. Love It. 👍💕.

i love the atrium very much. The most enjoy part of my trip. food and facilities, staff and service, oh yeah, they speak English well. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends.

Good location at reasonable price

Hotel staff were nice and provided great service, the room’s cleanliness were regularly maintained, it’s nice to come back to a clean and comfortable room after a long day. Kudos to the housekeeping team for always keeping the room nice and clean! Didn’t make use of the hotel amenities (gym, swimming pool etc.) but looks decent. Convenient location, Jogja City Mall is nearby, there are convenience stores that is around the hotel as well. Overall, i had a really pleasant stay. Doesnt feel like a 4 stars at all. Room had stains on the wall needing paint. Pool looks nice on the pics but is noisy outside so you ll hear honks and whistles when trying to relax.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay during our week-long visit to Jogja. The hotel is conveniently located near Jogja City Mall.The room is clean and breakfast is decent. However, we feel that the room lacks adequate lighting and can be bothersome during the night. The air condition took a long time to cool the room down, which can be a bit annoying after a long, blazing day out.

we had a pleasant stay, a nice modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast, we did go for dinner in the restaurant one evening but on arrival found it empty and had to go to reception to see if it was open, the meal was very good but the place lacked atmosphere. Ate and left. we didn't find any problems getting from this place to where we wanted to go but the is very few places like shops, cafes, eateries etc. in the vicinity without a bit of a walk but overall we enjoyed our stay. would stay here again.

I had a Wonderful experience. The facilities look and feel new. Good housekeeping. Good restaurant. Quiet room. The staff and managers were very attentive and helpful. I will recommend this hotel.

the hotel is new and luxurious, I booked it because of the spa hoping to get a massage on arrival but they were fully booked which is unusual in Indonesia so kind of defeated the purpose, staff were really friendly and helpful; I used the hotel transport to go sightseeing and is very expensive compared with normal cabs. Uber on that area is only serviced by bikes so I didn't have better choices to get around.

Don't care about preferences written on booking, must ask again when check in.

Secluded & perfect place to hide from the crowd

Great hotel with comfy big size room.. I stayed with my husband for a night for business trip and i have a good experience in that hotel. The staff were so nice and friendly, they are so helpfull. Breakfast was good also, many choices of foods. The hotel also easy to find, even the location not in the center of Jogja city.
