Not hotel advertised showed up to hotels and was taken to different hotel called sky mansion no private bathroom no elevator stuck on 3rd floor bad hip night mare left day early no signage outside drive couldn't find so upset posted bad review to other hotel in Phnom penh so sorry

⚠️ À FUIR ABSOLUMENT Je déconseille vivement cet établissement. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité et la chambre était sale. L’odeur de cigarette des personnes qui fumaient dans les couloirs arrivait jusque dans la chambre, et je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité. Nous n’avons même pas pu y passer la nuit. Après avoir demandé un remboursement, on nous a d’abord dit oui avant de finalement refuser, en prenant même la situation à la rigolade. Très décevant et absolument pas professionnel. Passez votre chemin !

Son emplacement

Les murs de la chambre sont sales, ainsi que les draps du lit. La douche et les wc sont en mauvais états. Il n’y avait pas de piscine en haut de l’immeuble. Bref ce n’est pas l’hôtel que j’ai réservé.

A mon arrivé tout etait sale, il y avait un emaballage de preservatif et une tranche de citron parterre devant le lit, de la saleté autour du frigo, du caca de sourris devant la porte de la douche et des traces de saleté sur les dras. J'ai du dessendre montrer les photos pour qu'on me disent d'aller faire un tour le temps de nettoyer la chambre. Le lit était vraiment pas confortable, il grainçait et penchait d'un côté. J'étais au 1er étage et tous les matins quand une certaine employée était là a 8h00 du matin elle me reveillait car elle criait litteralement au telephone et s'énèrvait comme si elle reglait ses comptes. Sur les 6 nuités le ménage n'a jamais été fait, pas pro dutout

Not clean , No elevator for six floors. When I check in not ready room for me. Never respond hotline number. I paid additional $40 get another good room. Because of so many local people stay in outside my room & veranda area , washing machine not for room.?no wifi for my booked room. I paid total $ 170/- . That place is not value for that price. I had to stay in 3 star hotel with that amount. Only good because of location. Otherwise very bad everything. Any emergency not responding hotline number.

The receiption staff they don't respect people while check in to the hotel.They asking more money in Cash after I paid for the room. They asked me to pay for cleaning the room.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Don’t rely on booking platform reviews! Please look at the Google reviews of this place. (SKY HOTEL Central Phnom Penh) that is the name on Google. Horrendous, mould, rude owner. We were not able to receive a refund for our booking, we didn’t even sleep here, we had to book elsewhere due to unsanitary reviews and unpleasant remarks by the owner. Save your health and money, book elsewhere, if you’ve already booked and paid, good-luck getting your money back.

Nothing at all, i have loss my money and stayed in another hotel due to no provision of room i booked and demanding of more money by the manager

Please read this all of you before coming to this hotel. 1. I booked this hotel at the price mentioned in the app and confirmed the booking and went to the hotel. 2. When i reach the hotel the manager their asked me for more money than the paid to get the required room i booked, i refused and he offered me another room in another hotel to adjust as per his price. 3. I refused to go there and and unfortunately the booking.com was also unable to help me which is very sad news for me and i have been treated unfairly 4. I have then booked another room in another hotel to stayed, while getting a loss of what i paid for this hotel. 5. I did everything possible to get justice but neither booking.com nor the hotel manager cooperated giving me a loss of the amount i paid 6. It was very bad experience and i suggest you dont book this hotel, otherwise you will face situation like me

Absolument tout, hôtel sale voir insalubre. Pour rentrer dans la chambre on doit passer dans un couloir où une porte est ouverte avec des personnes qui coupent du poisson, je vous laisse imaginer l’odeur. J’ai booker une chambre, on nous en a donné une très très sale et pas lavée qui ne ressemblait pas aux photos. On a demandé à changer de chambre, le propriétaire savait directement pourquoi, on a été pris pour des cons. On a payé et on ne se fait pas respecter vu comment la chambre était sale. La nouvelle ressemblait un peu plus aux photos par rapport au mobilier mais sinon les draps étaient tachés, panne d’électricité, cuvette plus que souillée, bruyant à souhait

They room they took me was way different than the pictures, smaller dirtier and didn’t have a chair or hangers. The air condition, the fan, the locker of the balcony door that can easily someone enter from the nearby rooms was not workiking and the same with the bathroom light. Had 0 wifi in all my stay. The staff werw arguing who would come to help me each time like some children

Particularly dirty. Even for a cheaper guesthouse. Red ants on beds and in the bathroom. Feces in the hallway. The sheets were stained. Horrible.

Het is totaaaaal anders dan de foto’s! Ik voel me voor de gek gehouden en opgelicht. Ging bij de receptie klagen en ze lieten me een andere kamer zien die was het zelfde en even smerig. Als ik het appartement wilde van de foto’s moest ik die delen met een ander persoon

Heel smerig en niks is waar van de foto’s! De kussens waren geel en allemaal vlekken in dekbed. De douche was gebruikt. Er waren geen handdoeken en wc-papier

Location is close to all restaurants, museum, palace and the nightlife area. But this is only good if you are out of the hotel early and come back late at night.

Pretty much everything. This was the most unprofessional hotel i have ever stayed. Extremely noisy when any door on the floor is opened or closed. While checking in, the person at the reception was unattentive playing games on the phone and made me wait to complete his game. While checking out, he was again talking to someone on phone (casually chitchatting with speaker on, dint seem anything important). I kept saying i wanna check out, he dint respond and continued on phone. So i left the keys and got the hell out of that place. Horrible customer service with zero professionalism. The room itself was not good enough for a double bedroom. There was pretty much no space to walk as the bed occupied most of the room.

Personal sehr frech. Ich hatte ein 25 Quadratmeter Zimmer gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wollten Sie mir ein ca. 12 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer geben. Dieses war total schmutzig, Schimmel an den Wänden und die Bettwäsche war sehr schmutzig. Ich weigerte mich einzuziehen. Nach ca. 1 1/2 Stunden Streit bekam ich zusammen mit einem Freund der auch das selbe Zimmer gebucht hat eine Ferienwohnung. Diese wäre ok gewesen wenn nicht eines der zwei Schlafzimmer total nach Urin gerochen hätte. Als wir mit der Chefin telefoniert haben und uns beschwerten hat sie gesagt das es ihr egal ist ob uns das Zimmer passt oder nicht. Wenn wir ein schönes Zimmer wollen sollte ich 20 Dollar mehr bezahlen. Also bitte diese Unterkunft meiden. Es wurde mir auch gesagt das die gebuchten Zimmer mit 25 Quadratmeter gar nicht existieren. Die Fotos sind von der Ferienwohnung Also alles Schwindel.

I liked NOTHING! did not stay. I left after 5 minutes. The room was up 4 flights of stairs, no WiFi, hairs and stains on the bed, a strong musty smell, and an 18 year old girl continuously on her mobile. DO NOT BOOK. IT IS ONLY FOR RATS! DO I GET A REFUND???

The location is great near the royal palace and riverside

Worst stay ever. Total scam. The room looks NOTHING like the pictures. Cockroaches everywhere, dirty and foul-smelling bedsheets, and the whole room reeks. The air conditioner is broken, yet the staff kept insisting it would “get cold” — spoiler: it never did. Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unaccommodating. On top of that, the noise level is unbearable — you can clearly hear staff conversations and hallway noise like there’s no wall at all. Disgusting, misleading, and stressful. Save your money and your sanity. Never again.

The other place we stayed, the first day, the room didn’t provide any towels and not really welcome us to stay there. The room was not equipped anything at all. There’s no furniture at all in the living room, not night stands in the whole bedroom, the room not clean, and there is no A/C in the living room. It’s a very nice stay. Would not come back.

Scammers uaing photos from the internet when i arrive they claim that the room is already booked so they give me a very bad and dirty room with bad matress and the aircon not working properly i pay them 100$ they didn't have change that night said they will bring the change to my room next morning wake me up at 7 to give me the change they give me less money and runaway while im counting i call the girl she doesn't answer follow her downstairs she drives off with motorbike i call the owner said i need to wait till 8:30 for the other staff to fix the issue i come back they say they can do nothing so they scam people this way and they have different listing like this online the night i was checking in 2 different groups with the same issue booking this fancy room but when you arrive you find out you are at the scammers and theifs centre

First of all I rented at Sky Riverside. The name and the photos were fake. The name ends up to be Sky hotel, the room it wasn't even close to what I booked. The air-conditioning it was bad, the room it wasn't even clean in our arrival, they clean the room the next day. I can keep going on but it's not worth my time. Booking needs to verify photos name location etc.

Une arnaque photos pas du tous contractuel chambre extrêmement sale et vétusté j ai demander le remboursement car la chambre était vraiment pas convenable impossible de se faire rembourser et impossible de voir un responsable. J ai tous essayé pour récupérer mon argent même avec booking impossible une arnaque bien rodé et j espère que booking ne est pas complice maintenant que vous êtes au courant si vous continuez à travailler avec cette hôtel vous serez complice de cette arnaque à fuir

fantastic experience overall. good location, great pool, very good ac, clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly service, excellent value for the money. would stay again. fully recommended.
