Let's start with the only positive thing, which is the very central location. The rest was horrendous, almost a nightmare: a tiny room without even a chair, dirty sheets, and tons of cockroaches for company, which you found in the bed. But I ask you: can you offer such a service to people?

Great location. There is also a restaurant.

No elevator, unfortunately. So, you’ll have a hard time if you have heavy/big luggage. It is also around a busy area, which will be an issue if you are a light sleeper and want to rest earlier, since it is not soundproof from the outside noise.

The room, like the rest of the hotel, is run-down and worn out. The shower ran continuously and couldn’t be turned off... On the balcony, the air conditioning fans were so loud that they caused a significant amount of noise in the room. Breakfast consisted of two eggs and four slices of toast; after an hour I was hungry again

We stayed a night at the Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Pros: - Located within city centre and attractions are at walking distance - Convienent shops, bars, and restaurants just at the doorstep - Simplicity of the accommodation - breakfast was included.

Cons: - definitely not a king room but a standard double. - you can hear the music until 11pm from nearby bars - The room smelt of cigarettes which we informed the staff. As we weren't bothered about changing room, they offered to put fragrance diffuser sticks in our room to mask it.

La cama fue bastante cómoda al final y había desayuno incluido, muy básico pero almenos había desayuno.

El trato con el personal fue horrible. La "jefa" estaba de mal humor y me trató de una forma bastante arrogante cuando discutimos sobre el desayuno ya que en la reserva estaba incluido y te daban un tablón con bebidas que tenías que pagar a parte. A parte, lo peor fue la llegada. Llegué tarde ya que se retrasó el bus y era de madrugada. Al llegar estaba cansado y solo quería descansar. El chico joven de la recepción me atendió cordialmente y me enseñó la habitación. Cuando entramos habían BICHOS en la cama y salieron corriendo y se escondieron debajo, suerte que él pudo verlo. Me cambió de habitación hasta 3 veces ya que en todas había BICHOS (una especie de cucaracha pequeña)!!! Hasta que me dieron la habitación superior de todas donde se quedó él esperando para que yo chequeara la habitación y pudiera estar "a gusto". No parecía haber bichos allí pero estaba todo el suelo de debajo de la cama lleno de polvo y de mierda de otros clientes, parecía que no limpiaban en años!!! MUY MALA Experiencia! NO LO RECOMIENDO en absoluto!!!

Выбрала этот отель случайно,не зная местности,примерно в центре. Оказалось удачно. Активная жизнь вокруг. Магазины ,рестораны,ярмарка в воскресенье,многие достопримечательности посетила пешком. Что еще нужно туристу?! Управляющая , очень приятная дама, помогла по всем вопросам,подскзала. Простой вкусный завтрак. Два замечательных пёселя урашают собой отель и следят за порядком😍,также видела зеленого попугая. На обратном пути своего путешествия снова выбрала этот отель,уже взяла номер побольше,он приятнее.

Какая-то беда с сантехникой в моих двух номерах. Всё работает,но вода брызжет в разные стороны.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur Riverside, la plupart des employés sont aimables et gentils. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

Nous avons retrouvé des cafards dans l'ensemble de notre chambre (sous le lit, dans l'oreiller...), nous en avons informé la patronne qui a mis du repulsif cependant après 1h il y en avait de nouveaux, nous avons donc choisis de changer d'hôtel dès la première nuit. La patronne s'est montré pas aimable et ne nous a pas remboursé l'intégralité de la deuxième nuit. De plus, il y a beaucoup de bruit.

По факту ночлежка на одну ночь. Все очень уставшее. Завтрак одно название. 2 яйца 4 хлеба + маргарин, немного фруктов и маленький кофе. Воду дали один раз при заселении. Телевизор не работал.

The food in their rwstaurant is great, the staff is friendly and the location is great.

I was assigned a different room than the one I had booked. The air conditioner was missing a component that directs airflow, resulting in cold air blowing directly at me throughout the night. More seriously, the toilet did not flush properly, which created a very uncomfortable and unhygienic situation. The room also did not appear thoroughly cleaned, as there were visible hairs on the floor and an item left behind by a previous guest. Overall, these issues significantly affected my stay.

We had the room above the lobby. The bed was very hard and old It was cramped, noisy and needs a cometic refresh. There was music playing from somewhere close by til quite late so request a room away from the front

It's a comfortable place, except for the bar behind the wall; the noise makes it impossible to sleep without earplugs.

I booked a room with an elevator and for it to look a certain way. They put me in a completely different room, in the old part. They helped me carry my suitcases, but it would have been better if they had just put me in the part I booked. When I asked why they put me in the wrong place, they said it made no difference and didn't want to change my room. If you're not prepared to fall asleep to unbearable noise, you can book this hotel. It's suitable for those who apparently came here to drink themselves into oblivion. The room is dark, with sealed windows and gray walls, but spacious. It was clean, the breakfast offered a variety of egg preparations.

Dårlig aircondition på værelset. Meget punktlige med morgenmad, man får ikke morgenmad 1 min før. Selvom vi skulle afsted, vi endte med at få morgenmad 2 min inden vi blev hentet med taxa og kunne ikke få det to/go

The staff were great, booked my bus and were accommodating, breakfast was simple but good, nice location just a few steps to the river and on weekends they shut down the street for a market and events. My room had a window that faced the street which was alright, a fridge, kettle and a desk.. Light switch by the bed was a nice touch.

Internet was a bit sketchy at times, room is a bit run down but comfortable and great location and price makes up for it.

The hotel is actually on a street called drain street, their address doesen't exsist, and there is no hot water and no one can speak a word of English especially the twit on reception!

No hot water and my first room smelling of sewage, got them to move me in the end ,tryed charging me extra foy a primary schoo view, he had to ring the boss lady who agreed to move under threat of not paying them, No wifi, I think the swimming pool was warmer than the shower.

Para empezar cuando llegamos el chico de la recepción nos atendió horriblemente (ah! Pero para pedirnos el abono de la habitación antes de poder dejar las bolsas en el suelo fue bastante rápido. Nose ni por dónde empezar para explicar el horror de hotel. Primeramente subes por unas escaleras minúsculas en la que si llevas tu mochila a la espalda no cabes por ellas. Nada más entrar nos encontramos con una cucaracha corriendo por el suelo, A/C no le han pasado el trapo para quitarle el polvo desde que lo instalaron en la Edad Media sin mencionar que hacía mas ruido que un tractor. Además tengo que mencionar que la habitación era un nido de mosquitos. He estado en muchísimos alojamientos en el sureste asiático pero este se lleva el premio. El baño horrible, sucio por todos lados que daba un poco de grima. También me veo en la obligación de mencionar que la almohada era horriblemente fina e incómoda. Ahí dejo algunas fotos para dejar constancia de lo mencionado para que los viajeros tenga una referencia auténtica de como luce el sitio y no de las fotos súper antiguas que el alojamiento no actualiza desde su apertura.

The only positive aspect is the location

Terrible hotel. When I arrived, nobody welcomed me—I had to look for the staff myself. The guy gave me a key card, but it didn’t work. I went back to reception, he gave me another one, same problem. Eventually they handed me the master key, which finally worked. I didn’t test it, but I assume it opens every door, so they basically trusted me with access to the whole place. I’m a good guy, but who knows? The single room is simply awful: small, smelly, and dirty. The only window faces the corridor, so people can literally see inside or even touch the window. There's literally no air circulation, like a gas chamber. The TV doesn’t work; it’s just there for decoration. No hot water. To get the room cleaned, you have to fill out a form and give it to reception, which I did. They still didn’t clean the room. When I asked again, they eventually did it, but I had to wait about an hour. This single room must be illegal, maybe the other rooms are better.

La chambre etait beaucoup trop bruyante, donnant sur la rue le soir on avait l’impression d’être dans le bar et le matin les travaux ça va pour une nuit mais trois nuits impossible de dormir Odeur horrible dans la salle… et poussière et + objet sous le lit …
