Point Waterfront Apartments

Lovely apartment just not a very safe location and trying to find the arrival are the parking underground was not very well lite up as we arrived straight from the airport in the middle of the nite with a family was a big disappointment.

The staff was so welcoming and the apartment was clean plus comfortable

The parking area has some leakage on the pipes and that make the area to smell very bad even inside the apartment please few hours check in open windows and get some house freshener because it was too smelly and stuffy

The apartment was clean but the showers were not okay.but they must do something about the cochroches it's not nice ,I think after guests leave they must spray the rooms

We got into the apartment and saw drinks inside the fridge we thought they were our welcome drink whereas they were selling them .why do they leave drinks and later they say we must pay for them

I looked out the windows. The flat next door was not clean. It creates a dodgy impression.

There were so many cockroaches in the apartment, I didn't even know where to put my food save from them,they were all over the place and it's not healthy 😞. otherwise I would have rated you 10 over 10

The place was very clean, however lots of renovations going on. Main door lock was faulty, microwave rusty, was replaced thanks. Bathrooms need some TLC, towel racks etc. However we enjoyed our stay

The securities outside were very rude! They acted like they owned the place and maybe we had asked for a sleepover! They didn’t treat us like valued customers from Saturday dropoff and morning pickup

The cleanliness, the apartment is close to the beach though we couldn’t go due to cold weather. Stuff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned everyday. There is almost everything that we need in the kitchen.

The shower glass was leaking and the bath even though there is a lid. If you can attend to them, next time I will rate the apartment exceptional.

The sliding door could not close properly,with the wind that was blowing so hard it was not easy to sleep. The main door too gave us a problem. We were told that the workshop people had left already

There is a serious cockroach infestation there. We encountered them in every room and had to throw out food because of it. This was unpleasant

Our Braai stand didn’t work , guys assisted and brought in another one however that one also didn’t work . Each one on one gas burner worked . Making it almost impossible to Braai

The place was kept clean at all times. Food was delivered to our apartment upon request. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. We really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.

At times we were to leave the apartment the security gate couldn't open for us and we had to go back inside to another security who had to leave his desk just to confirm with the team outside that we were visiting.

When I posted photos from this place most people thought I was overseas. The gondolas bout, water stream, harbour view is worth millions. The apartment itself is stylish and clean. Love love love

Not a deal breaker but I had to keep the door locked because the wind would easily open the door.

The balcony facing the harbor was breathtaking and it was nice to see the vessels in close range. The entire experience was just great.

Loved the view, being safe and friendly staff. Business or family holiday it's lovely. I cant wait to visit again. O and lots to do beautiful peaceful walks loved the coffee shop and there food.

I think our bed needed an upgrade nothing major. And maybe invest in a small business centre. Something small to make copies ext if possible.

Modern apartment complex near the harbour with a beautiful sea view. Easy self check-in and secure underground parking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains helped me sleep like a baby. Having two bathrooms made a huge difference, especially for a family. The apartment had everything we needed, including fast, reliable WiFi and complimentary coffee and tea.

The unit looked a bit more spacious in the photos than it felt in person. The lounge seating wasn't quite enough for our group of 4 —adding another single armchair would make it much more comfortable. There was some noise from the harbour, although it wasn't overwhelming. Since the neighbouring apartment is still unoccupied, opening the side curtains reveals a dirty balcony covered with pigeons and droppings, which takes away from the overall experience. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you!

One of them mattress was terrible I could see inside the mattress, the springs of the mattress was exposed. That was really not a nice experience and I did report it but I didn't get assistance I needed. The braaing facility (Webber) wasn't working. The maintenance team tried to assist but they couldn't get it right, we ended up putting our meat in the oven. 😭😭

The harbor view, seeing boats in import/export. The location is close to almost all nice places, like Ushaka Marine, the beach, and the harbor. The cleanliness is amazing.

It was very compact and comfortable with everything that you needed. All very modern and up to date and a fantastic view and very secure.

We liked everything about the property. Not too keen on the smell of marijuana coming from one of the adjacent properties but that’s not really a train smash and nothing to do with the hosts. I could have done with an extra blanket, but I am just a person that feels a bit chilly quite easily

The view was the best part. Great view of the bay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was no bar in the toilet for a hand towel which was a bit annoying. My bed sheet had a few stains on it so I wasn't sure whether the sheet was washed, but the staff did give me another one when I mentioned the stains.

It was a Spacious Apartment...Good view. The day lady at front office was very pleasant..her name was gugu.

When it was time to shower we had no hot water in the apartment. We called the reception area a gentleman came and told us the water shuts off and comes on at 7 in the morning..it was such an uncomfortable night.we had less toilet rolls in the bathroom..the bedding was messed with blood..it was a total nightmare. No mop in the apartment. The gas braai was not cleaned cud not use it properly. Called them twice ..the gentleman says the apartments are all booked ..but no ones using the braai so he cud of jus got 1 for us..instead we had to mke do..total waste of money.

The location was beautiful, loved the view of the harbour. The apartment was clean and the staff friendly. Loved all the mirrors around the apartment. We loved how the aircon ran throughout the apartment

The curtains were dirty and didn’t close properly in the main bedroom. Owner really needs to update the curtains. Furniture in living was too bare, can do with an upgrade.

Loved looking at the harbour everyday. The apartment had everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated and so peaceful. The shower was great and everything worked as it’s meant to.

The cleaning slot is too vast. It’s hard to predict what time they will come to clean. I also didn’t like that they remove all the towels in the morning and then bring new ones in the afternoon.

Its location, it is close to the beach and entertainment facilities. Braai facilities with a beautiful view of the harbour. Feel secured in and outside the facilities. The food at Maha cafe was wonderful.

Towel are too old The shower leaks water, and runs into the passage. One of the kitchen cabinet doors are loose

Not all electric plugs works. Add dishwasher and washing machine. Gas braai on balcony doea not work

From reception to the escort the service was excellent👏 we had a view of the bay. Beds were comfortable, couches too. Didn't expect the drinks in the fridge but they were very welcome.

Don't forget your hairdryers. Outside balcony seating could've done with a clean.

The units are poorly maintained. Our unit had broken kitchen tap, toilet broken. The couch is old, needs to be replaced. The room with singles bed are very uncomfortable and extremely small. They are more suitable for kids not adults. Bedding was not changed. Overall I was disappointed with these apartments

It could have used a better clean, cupboard weren’t wiped great and surfaces weren’t the cleanest.

I loved everything about the facility, booking in was very simple and quick, regardless of us checking just before 8pm. Even before getting to the facility, was called to check if we are on our way and let us know that there's a change of shift.

Die Aussicht war grandios.

Die Türen an beiden Duschen haben nicht richtig geschlossen und gerade an einer Duschtür war nach dem Duschen der Boden sehr nass. Schränke, Türen und der Braai waren sehr angestoßen bzw. angerostet.

The sea-view facing apartments were beautiful, with great security in the area during the day and night. The apartment was cleaned every day, and the location was very central and convenient.

They could improve on making sure the showers have soap in the bathrooms.

The best was not clean and the bathrooms were not perfectly cleaned. The lights kept going off while showering and the water would leak outside. This became slippery.

Beautiful apartment.. very clean and safe beaches.

The food from the MAHÀ restaurant downstairs was terrible. We had breakfast already paid and we wish we didnt.. the food took over an hour and when it did vome it was either under seasoned or spoilt (gave us diarrhea). The lunch was salty and oily... Just a very bad experience.

It’s located on a bus/taxi route that makes travelling around the CBD very convenient. It’s also within walking distance of Ushaka and the beach and promenade. Booking Ubers from the location is also very convenient.

There’s actually nothing to dislike about the property.

The staff was friendly. Check-in was very easy. We had cleaning everyday of our stay. The view, the quietness are great. The evening view is breathtaking. The Swimming pool area has a good view of the ships driving into the harbour. Walkable distance to Ushaka Marine World on the beach.
