Somerset Xindicheng Xi'an

Locatie had beter gekund

Great facilities all round, and spacious, comfortable rooms. Staff were accomodating. Level 27 pool and games were a nice addition.

Location is ok but not really walkable to anything. Didi is cheap so easy enough to transfer.

The hotel is huge, the room/apartments are really big and have a full big kitchen, washing machine/dryer in one, full on living room, big bedroom and really big bathroom. The facilities in the hotel are also really good. The pool, the sauna, the gym, the game room are really nice. Breakfast was also decent.

A Wonderful Stay – Warm and Thoughtful Service We had a wonderful stay at Somerset Xindicheng Xi’an, and our whole family felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ms. He and Mr Diego, who was extremely warm, attentive, and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, she was always patient and happy to help. She also recommended many good restaurants nearby, which made our stay in Xi’an even more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff also deserve special praise. Our room was kept very clean every day, and the staff were always friendly and courteous. Another thing we really appreciated was the excellent service whenever we ordered items through Meituan or had purchases delivered from department stores. The hotel staff kindly helped us receive and keep our deliveries, which made everything very convenient and worry-free. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good selection that included local Xi’an specialties, giving us a chance to experience some local flavours every morning. Most importantly, the service made us feel warm and at home rather than simply staying in a hotel. Our family truly appreciated the care and hospitality we received. Thank you again to Ms. He and Mr Diego and the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Xi’an and would definitely recommend Somerset Xindicheng Xi’an to our family and friends.

Everything good

Tot be

Very comfortable stay. Washing machine with drying function. Spacious room. Very nice kitchen with full of utensils. Thanks to the receptionist lady for the outstanding customer service and I got an update. Cleanliness is perfect!

Wish I could get a room in higher floors but overall is great. Just my personal preference.

Nice and specious rooms. Polite and friendly staff. Very good pool area. Nice breakfast and decent choice. Special thanks to the staff, they made overall experience very good.

In overall good place. Special thanks to the staff.

Great stay, had apartment facilities and felt homely but also had hotel amenities, like regular cleaning and access to the reception desk 24 hours a day. Provided us with halal breakfast and the chefs were very helpful

The spaciousness of the room

Did not provide hair conditional

very nice people!

Beautiful rooms and gym. Great value and professional and helpful staff

Tudo!

good breakfast, spacious room, most of it is great.

Odor in suit.

Eigenlijk niets

Propre, personnelle aimable et compétent.

Well taken care of, staff very friendly, breakfast buffet was great.

Didn’t have orange juice the first day, then when I brought my own the second day you had it.

I didn’t sleep well at Delta hotel (under Marriott) but I slept nicely here. The room is spacious and cozy. Downstairs is mall with supermarkets and various restaurants in. Very convenient and good location. The room featured with washing machines(including dyer function) and microwave and proper fridge. Could do late check out till 2pm for free which is very flexible. I absolutely loved it here.

Spacious rooms at good value and right next to CapitaMalls and a great Mr Wei Burger

It was great

For a family of 4, a two-bedroom suite gave us comfort and space to relax after a day of busy sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of Western food, fresh fruits, and daily featured Shanxi local dishes. We looked forward to sampling new food and enjoying familiar home food at the same time. The real jam of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff who helped me to reserve tour tickets, order takeout, and recommend activities and restaurants. Kristal, Diago, Amber, the amazing front desk team, who went above and beyond to provide us with guest services and made our trip memorable. Chef Su kindly shared his delicious dish recipes with me. We will recommend the hotel to family and friends for future stays.

The apartment is huge, super clean and well decorated. The location is great walking distance from 2 shopping malls and supermarket. They also have a washing and dyer machine which is perfect to wash your clothes if you like to travel light. Breakfast is also good

nothing really

Everything 👍

Not one

I loved the homey feeling and the relaxing swimming pool/ sauna experience. Gym was really good- had all free weights I needed for my workout- including kettlebells! Really fantastic facilities! I’ve extended the stay twice! That how good I felt in there! It’s next to the mall where I could get some really tasty food, and has got two 7/11 just near by! The suite was fantastic! If I’ll ever return to Xi’an- that will be my hotel to stay!

All was fabulous for my liking

Loved everything about our stay here. Staff were so friendly and helpful (even forgot the room key after closing the door and they were able to supply a new one.) Breakfast was 10/10. Apartment was so great . Will stay here again for sure and recommend to anybody

Nothing. Everything was 5 stars

I have travelled to over 50+ countries and this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The facilities (pool, gym, sauna and steam rooms) were amazing, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was generous. I couldn’t recommend it more.

The hotel is conveniently located, offering spacious rooms, comprehensive facilities, and very comfortable beds. The highlight was the kids' activity room, where our two-year-old could happily spend most of the day.

The hotel's main shortcoming was the breakfast. The variety of food was limited, and despite breakfast being available until 10:30 a.m., many dishes were already unavailable by 9:00 a.m. and were not promptly replenished. Furthermore, some staff members spent time chatting and commenting on guests, which felt inappropriate and left a poor impression of the service.

Bathroom ventilation could be stronger

Super Hotel

Everything

Bathroom water couldn't flow fast perhaps it needs a deep clean!

Very clean and spacious for couple staying in 1 bedroom deluxe with comfortable bed allowing good sleep. Furniture and appliances as stated/ pictured. 24hr reception check-in appreciated as incoming flight arrives past midnight. Informed front desk in chat text that husband was celebrating birthday and they surprised with birthday wishes and a whole cake - gesture is much appreciated.

Stayed in 1 bedroom deluxe for couple for 6 nights. Very spacious and very clean with daily housekeeping. Pool and large gym but didnt use. Next door mall for food in under 5 min walk and short cab ride to SAGA dept store. Easy cab ride to city attractions. Comfortable bag- pillow selections (but did not use). Furnishings and fittings as pictured.

Could have provided more interesting complimentary Chinese tea bags. Only had one green tea and one black tea daily.

Location, room, facilities

The wire hanger & rack to air dry clothes after washing in the washing machine. The comfortable sofa.

Todo

The apartment was so much better than we expected after reading the reviews. It was very clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom and we had access to the gym and swimming pool. The kitchen had plates, cutlery and cooking pot, which they often don’t in China. The location was great, close to restaurants, shops and convenience stores. We liked everything and wished we had booked a longer stay.

Nothing, it was all so good.

This was my fourth time staying at Somerset, and this time we stayed at the one in Xi'an. The apartment was super clean, really spacious, and had brand-new modern styles. The king bed is very large and extremely comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is great too, with lots of good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.👍

Spacious

Changed room due heavy smoking smell new room slightly better but still smoking smell. Need non-smoking rooms

Loved how big the space was, the breakfast was excellent and I loved how close it was to a mall for any extra needs that I had.

Not too close to transit but it is what it is.

Very spacious, great room, good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Very clean, great facilities, staff are very nice. Close to subway as well

Loved the place and excellent location

Everything was good.

Pretty much everything was fantastic… What an absolute gem. Highly recommend..

If I have to fault anything, it would be the breakfast. There was variety, but as a vegetarian, there weren’t so many options.

Hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the station. Was easy to get to from the airport by metro, and I found it easy to walk to a few different monuments - great location. The staff were absolutely lovely. The room was massive, very well equipped kitchen including washing machine which was super handy. Bathroom was massive and everyrhing was very clean. Lovely and quiet and very comfortable.

Massive room, all the facilities you could need, nice bathtub, great pool and gym, good free breakfast, good washing machine, great location, close to restaurants and shopping centre

Need a swimming hat to swim in the pool (had to buy one for 30 yuan), breakfast could have a few more western options
