Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war neu und modern. Es gab einen Pool, den wir fast allein für uns hatten, da andere Gäste diesen kaum benutzt haben. Das erste Frühstück nahmen wir in einer Art Herrenzimmer ein. Das zweite auf einer sehr schönen Veranda. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig. Man konnte dort gut ein paar schöne ruhige Tage verbringen.
Der Ort selber verfügt nur über eine kleine Bar. Um Essen zu gehen, muss man einige Kilometer fahren. In der Region gab es einige Waldbrände, deren Schäden noch sichtbar sind.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026We had a lovely stay at Quinta do Terreiro. The breakfast particularly stood out. We also slept very comfortably in our hotel room as it was nice and cool despite the August heat outside.
The room was very well equipped. However, the only thing missing might have been a kettle for tea in the evening.

Pequeno almoço tipo colonial com frutas colhidas no pé e compotas caseiras com uma linda vista. Quartos grandes e confortáveis . Área da piscina ampla e espaço muito bem cuidado . Um abraço à Vânia e equipa!

Fomos passar o fim-de-semana por causa de um evento em Lamego e, mesmo com horários de pequenos-almoços diferentes diariamente, tentaram sempre acomodar os nossos pedidos. Já foi o segundo ano que ficámos neste alojamento, e recomendamos muito. Fica a cerca de 15 minutos de carro de Lamego, e a estrada até lá é boa e pavimentada. Uma óptima opção para qualquer viajante. A zona da piscina também é muito agradável, com a zona de estar à sombra das árvores.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025The staff was very helpful, helped with our different requests, and speaks reasonable English. Big room with an attached bathroom. Breakfast at the terrace was plentiful and satisfying. The parking is large and easy to access.
The place is located in a small estate house in a small village, about 3 minutes drive from the main road, on a narrow road. The double bed was rather small. My wife found it hard, but I slept great on it. The room is very rustic, somewhat old-fashioned, with wooden furniture, stone walls, and dim lights.

Easy access, easy parking, beautiful traditional building and trimmed garden with a nice swimming pool. Great food for breakfast, freshly made treats and the most delicious homemade jams you'll ever have. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back.

We hadden de pech dat er een feest van het dorp, daar we sliepen aan de straatkant hebben we niet echt goed kunnen slapen. Het tweepersoonsbed was ook wat aan de kleine kant.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025Beautifully restored house. Quite dark inside but very modern bright en suite bathrooms. Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. Secure undercover parking for our motorbikes. Fantastic breakfast. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. They gave us information sheet of places to visit and restaurants.
No food at the property or in the town to eat apart from breakfast at the property. There was a supermarket in the town.

The staff is very thoughtful, one of the days I needed to leave a little earlier and they had the breakfast ready 30 mins before, just for me. I've felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Having parking slots is also very convenient, as there isn't a lot of parking spaces in small villages.
Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

A food and drink offering in the evening would be helpful as there are no facilities in the village. It is only a short drive to Lamego which has a good selection of places.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2025De kamers liggen in een heel oud pand, je gaat even terug in de tijd, maar alles tip top in orde! Badkamer was gloednieuw. Prachtige tuin met zwembad waar je heerlijk kan relaxen. Ontbijt was heerlijk!
De kwaliteit van de bedden had een niveau hoger gemogen. Je kunt er ‘s avonds niets te eten of te drinken krijgen. Dat is op zich niet erg als je je daar maar op voorbereid. Klein supermarktje 50 meter verderop waar je alles kunt vinden.
