Reviewed Sep 19, 2026I would like to my sincere thanks to the office team and the restaurant staff; it was a lovely experience. However, I was not happy with the housekeeping; the hotel was only at a quarter capacity, yet cleaning was done very late or not at all. On the last day, our room was not cleaned.

Long way to walk to rooms . No bell boy outside peak times lug your own bags out had bags taken to room when checked in . This hotel would not suit everyone due to the amount of stairs required to climb to get to different levels . If you book request lower rooms a must .

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026- Sehr schöner Strandabschnitt, nicht so beschäftigt wie Sai Kaew Beach - Super Restaurant direkt am Strand - Sehr nettes Personal - Sehr grosses Zimmer mit viel Stauraum
Beim Frühstück war immer wieder einiges schon leer, da hätte das Personal besser darauf achten können. Aber sonst wirklich top!

The hotel bar/restaurant by the beach is the best place to be in the whole area, I went to several different places but ended up going back to our hotel every time - Great food, a playground with slides and swings for the kids and good dining/lounge areas right by the sea. We’ll be coming back :)

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Шикарный номер с обалденной ванной комнатой с видом на джунгли. Хоть и расположен отель на горке и + подъем до своего номера (у нас был 3 этаж), нам никак не испортило это отдых. Отдыхали с 7 летним ребенком, спокойно все ходили через красивые зеленые насаждения, а так же очень красивый водопад во внутреннем дворике с рыбками. Все было просто замечательно! Завтраки хорошие сытные. Пляж отличный! Очень вкусные смузи в кафе на пляже. Приятный персонал! Обязательно еще вернемся!

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The hotel is in an excellent location right on a beautiful beach and either a walk down the beach( tides permitting) or a short taxi ride to restaurants and bars.
The reception staff were very unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome either on arrival or at checkout. They did not smile on our arrival or offer the normal welcome we have come to take for granted from Thai staff in the many other hotels where we have stayed. On departure they were again abrupt and did not say they hoped we had enjoyed our stay or any similar things. Breakfast was supposed to finish at 10.00. When we arrived at 09.20 much of the food was finished. When asked to bring more the attitude of the staff was unfriendly and resentful. The hotel offers only hard and uncomfortable upright chairs at the beach....no sun beds. We had to hire sunbeds from the restaurant next door. There was a lot of sand on the floor in our room which inevitable got into our bed as it stuck to our feet. We did speak to the manager about the unfriendly attitude of the staff but doubt that anything will change. It is a great pity that these problems arose as the hotel, although in need of some cosmetic improvements, has enormous wasted potential.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026I stayed here with 2 colleagues and 17 students from the university I teach at. We had a phenomenal stay! The rooms were clean, I appreciated the big bathroom, and the staff went above and beyond what I would expect from hotel staff on more than one occasion. One of my favorite interactions with one of the staff was walking past him in the morning. When I said good morning to him in English, he proceeded to teach me a relevant Thai phrase in a very friendly and patient manner. The resort is right on the beach, there were multiple restaurants, a smoothie stand and 7-11 within walking distance. Our group loved the fire dancers that go to several of the restaurants on the beach. Traveling with such a large group, I especially appreciated that the restaurant accepted a credit card. If I am in Thailand again, I will definitely be staying here again.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026I traveled with a group of 20 as part of a short-term study abroad program. it was a great accommodation for a large group. The staff was really friendly and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. There were many, many things they did that made our stay better such as showing us to our rooms, helping get luggage up the stairs and helping us get to a medical clinic when needed. I especially appreciated the spacious bathroom. It would have been fine with out it and was a nice touch. My favorite part of this resort was that it was right on the beach! The restaurant was great - a variety of choices with better than expected prices considering we were at a beach resort. It was delicious food - maybe the best Margerita Pizza I've ever had! Our group really enjoyed the fire dancers who go along the beach to different hotels each night.
There was nothhing about this resort I did not like. If I ever travel to Koh Samet again, this will be my number one choice for accommodations. The only thing that could have made my stay go from great to perfect would be a shuttle from the hotel to the ferry pier.

The Air conditioning hadn't been cleaned in years it smelt of mould. The sheets hadn't been changed and had stains on the sheets. Yes those kind of stains. The beds were old and very hard. No rooms to eat only eat on the beach, if it rains there is no where to eat breakfast or dinner. Its in the middle of no where so your stuck with this place. the rooms to get to them you have to walk up hills and carry bags up stairs .

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Die Lage war sehr angenehm nah am Strand. Auch sonst ƙann zu Fuß alles erreicht werden was für entspannte Ferien erreicht werden. Ansonsten kann problemlos ein Motorrad gemietet werden.
Leider hatte das Hotel keinen Balkon. So etwa für europäische Horror. Und jetzt nicht halten, Dämmerung, täte die Kurve morgen. Ich stimme, wie toll ich sehr präsent.

Rooms nice, but not new - loose water tap and the safety box gave some trouble, but the staff was quick to assist though. Most of the staff did not speak English - primarily reception and few waiters.

Jedinu informaciu co som nepostrehla bolo , ze plaz nie je priamo resp 0m od ubytovania . Nie je to daleko cca 80m , je tam mierny kopcek k ubytovaniu . Na zaciatku nas to trochu potrapilo v tom teple :) ,ale zvykli sme si. Problem to moze byt pre starsich ludi .Nevidim to ako minus ubytovania ,ale bolo by dobre ,to dat k popisu ,aby ludia vedeli . Fotky su ,ale zas nie su popisane, co to je .

Walk from road reception to the room building block is uphill and although the internal building block is ok, the whole area needs Tender Loving Care. No pool in this facility

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026The rooms are very big and very comfortable, the bathroom big and clean, everything worked well in our room and we liked the decorations style. We also liked the wooden building in a tropical jungle, few steps away from the beach. Breakfast is good, the restaurant has a good choice and the beach is quieter and less crowded but few steps away from the main beach.
Our room was in the third floor so three floors of steep stairs... not an issue for us but the hotel should explain this beforehand in case there are guests with mobility issues. On the beach only plastic chairs; you can rent a sunbed for 100 baht from the bars next door, but adding a few beanbags to replace or add to the chair would be easy and appreciated.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Läget till stranden, nära och enkelt att ta sig till och från hotellet. Fint läge att sitta och njuta av kvällssolen och natten direkt vid havet. Bra och stora rum. Stort badrum med väl tilltagen dusch. Minibar med kaffe, te och vatten som fylls på varje dag. Handdukar till stranden kvitteras ut i receptionen. Frukosten serveras utomhus på stranden, ett härligt sätt att börja dagen på.
Du som har dåliga knän bör välja ett annat hotell, då det är många trappor och backar du ska upp för. Öns huvudväg passerar genom hotellområdet, så gäller att se sig för när man går ut från hotellet pga trafiken.

Service in the restaurant at lunch and dinner very slow often we went to the staff to order. The rooms are approx 100 metre from reception up a very steep incline. Not suitable for people with mobility problems.
