Great beachfront view , good room size close to all areas had a fridge, we got free beach towels and free access to loungers right on the beach, the 711 is only 10 mins walk as are all the bars pretty much down the beach. Owners are super friendly but english isn't great. if you leave your room key you can get fresh towels etc. we got free ice also for our beers. our room was the one upstairs with a balcony and found it super quiet and couldn't hear much outside despite being next to the road also. we went there midweek. really enjoyed our time and would visit again

Friendly staff, great location just at the end of the beach that kept it quiet from the rest of the action further north. Great spot on the ocean, with a nice balcony and bed facing the ocean. No mosquitoes , pleasant breeze and inexpensive drinks all day.

Can’t think of anything. There’s an upscale coffee shop right next door that is a nice alternative to the instant served in the room.

Nettes Personal, schönes Zimmer! Direkt am Strand situiert samt einer Bar gleich nebenan und kleinem Lebensmittelgeschäft. Der Gastgeber verleiht auch sein Motorrad für einen guten Preis und wir wurden jeden Tag mit gratis Snacks und Getränken von ihm verwöhnt! Dies ist das beste Zimmer samt Gastgeber in Koh Samet und wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen! 😃🤝

Ligging van Nong Nuey is ideaal, op het begin van het strand waar ook veel van de eetgelegenheden liggen. Mogelijk om een brommer te huren en de rest van het eiland te bezoeken.

The location of this hotel very nice right on the beach. There are many long chairs available with shade. The hotel is about 10 minutes by foot from the center. The staff is very friendly and rooms clean.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t provide a real breakfast only coffee, tea and toast but I know that before.

Location is fabulous, right on the beach under a huge shade tree. The village is only a 10-15 minute walk away but Nong Nuey is close enough to all the action to access but quiet at the end of the beach. Beach chairs right out front on the beach, your choice of sunshine or shade. Beach towels provided Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly accommodating staff.

Lovely place to stay, very clean, great location, on site shop, free sunbeds and staff very nice. We stayed in one of the front balcony room and it was very spacious with a beautiful view

Our first night we slept in the settee as the mattress on the bed was so hard. After this was swapped we had a very comfortable stay. The room rate is expensive but it is a very popular island with limited supply

Fantastisk beliggenhed og lækkert værelse med udsigt til den flotte strand. Dejlig lille kiosk på hotellet med helt rimelige priser for øl og vand. Meget god rengøring. Altid ledige solsenge og gratis kaffe, banan små kager. Du kan låne mountainbike gratis af hotellet.

close to the beach!!

La très bonne situation de l’hôtel, sur le partie calme de la grande plage, très agréable la journée et le soir. Le monsieur de l’hôtel a l’abord sympathique. Le thé, café, bananes et biscuits à volonté en guise de petit déjeuner jusqu’à une heure avancée de la journée : une bonne surprise.

Nous avons du changer de chambre et payer un gros surplus car la chambre avec le lit d’appoint demandé n’avait pas été prise en compte. Puis un changement de chambre encore la deuxième nuit. Une couette légère sans housse. Le bruit dans la rue la nuit. Le jour du départ, nous avons libéré comme prévu les chambres à midi et nous avons été informés que pour continuer à utiliser les chaises longues il fallait payer 100 thb par siège.

Hotel is right on the beach and we had one of the two rooms at the front with a nice view of the beach and a very nice balcony. It is at the end of the beach so a little bit quieter with a beach bar and sun beds in front. The sea is very close, less than 50m. The hotel includes a simple breakfast with toast, coffee and fruit but there are plenty of restaurants along the beach with breakfast lunch and dinner and drinks/snacks all day, we tried several and all were good/excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and provided free bottles of water and toiletries every day. The hotel is an easy 15min walk from the ferry jetty but there are also shared taxis which stop outside the hotel. If you use the sunbeds (some with shade) then various vendors come along offering fruit and snacks, drinks and snacks are also available from the hotel shop and the beach bar, all at normal prices. One of the highlights for me was the Thai massage from one of the ladies on the beach, I don't know her name, I know her only as Number Three according to the number on her badge :-). It was so good I booked another one the next day with pedicure, all for a very reasonable price. My back pain disappeared as if by magic!! Highly recommended!

The closest village was not really all that attractive, pleasant enough though.

Emplacement exceptionnel directement sur la plus belle plage de l île, idéal pour se reposer. Chaises longues et parasols compris dans le prix. Pas loin de plusieurs resto de plages et bars pour les soirées au bord de l eau. Personnel agréable. Café, thé et petits gâteaux accessibles toute la journée. De quoi se faire de belles vacances paradisiaques à petits prix.

Parasols un peu vétustes mais on s'en fout, on regarde la mer!!

Beste Lage am Strand und hochwertige Ausstattung, wurde nicht dran gespart... Nettes Personal, insgesamt empfehlenswert... Strandhandtücher, Liegen, morgen Kaffee, kleine Snacks im Raum, gründlicher roomservice... Ist eines der besten Hotels auf Koh Samet...

Trotzdem es sehr sauber aussah hat die Klimaanlage feucht gerochen... Die Toilette war auch sauber und hochwertige hat aber leicht nach dem Vorgänger gerochen... Das Bett könnte etwas größer sein und die Bettwäsche bequemer, hab aber trotzdem gut geschlafen... Beim Frühstück könnte man noch ein oder zwei Dinge zur Auswahl mehr auf den Tisch stellen... Wer so hohe Preise verlangt muss mit ein wenig Kritik leben... Allerdings war ich mit Koh Samet insgesamt unzufrieden, was ich allerdings hier nicht bewertet habe...

Kjempebra beliggenhet, nær egen sandstrand med flotte solstoler. Veldig hyggelig vertskap. Enkel selvbetjening på frokosten.

Proximity to the beach was all that was good with this place.

The list is long so ill make it brief- 1. Aircon didn't function well but when I asked the manager to get it sorted, he was angry and appeared to make it out like it was my fault. I had booked 4 nighys here and he said you pay 1 night, i huve money back and you find another hotel. The attitude was just appalling. 2. The room was located on the main road so there were motor bikes and cars non stop. 3. The door leading into the bathroom was definitely made for very short people so if you stya here MAKE SURE YOU DUCK YOUR HEAD. The bathroom also always continued to smell of sewerage. Would I stay here again?? No chance...not even if it was free. It was not only way below acceptable standards but exceptionally pricey.

Fabulous beach, right outside our door. Always plenty of free sunbeds and umbrellas, plus a bar. Lots of restaurants close by and short walk to the main street and ferry port. Taxis stop right by the property.

Some lively nightlife was missing.

La localisation est excellente - les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Il y a de l’eau chaude dans la douche. Les gérants sont très accueillants et gentils. Accès à la plage direct - les sunbeds sont gratuits

Le bruit de la rue et du frigo dans la chambre

Läget var det bästa på Sai Kaew beach med gratis solstolar och inte så tätt och trångt som det var på övriga ställen! Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal och välstädat rum. Frukost gick inte att boka men värden tillhandahöll rostat bröd m marmelad kaffe/the och frukt! Fanns 4 rum med uteplats eller balkong mot havet, övriga rum hade ingen utsikt men det fanns en gemensam balkong mot havet med fyra fåtöljer att tillgå.

Lite lyhört från gatan men inget som störde oss.

Veldig god beliggenhet rett på stranden, god wifi, enkel bufet med brød, syltetøy, frukt, kaffe og te hele dagen. Enkle standstoler med strandhåndkle.

När till stranden. Stort fint rum.

Sängen var stenhård. Hade svårt att sova. En del ljud från gatan som går precis utanför. Ingen frukost. Kunde få marmelad och rostbröd

Die Lage und die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr gut

Staff were amazing, so helpful and lovely. Location is as good as you can get, the whole experience was superb and the hotel is absolutely spotless.

The sunbeds could be better, they have these small cushions on them that cover half the bed rather than the usual full bed padding. That said, it would just be an improvement and not an overall criticism
