L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique, dans le quartier San Marco, à proximité de deux stations de vaporetto. La rue où est située l'hôtel est calme. Le personnel était agréable et parlait français. La chambre était climatisée et disposait d'un petit frigo. Je n'ai pas été dérangée par le bruit (de la rue ou des autres clients). Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment copieux ! (distributeur de cafés et de jus de fruit, laitages, fruits, viennoiseries, charcuterie, fromage, confitures, etc.) La terrasse était vraiment très agréable. L'hôtel disposait d'une bagagerie où laisser ses valises le dernier jour et permettait l'accès aux toilettes de l'établissement, même une fois le check out effectué.

Le lit était un peu petit... mais confortable ! Je n'ai pas réussi à brancher mon ordinateur sur les prises de ma chambre. J'aurais aimé savoir qu'un adaptateur était nécessaire.

Das Zimmer wirkte nicht frisch geputzt. Bad und auch Minikühlschrank waren schmutzig, dies wurde an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Es wurde dann noch einmal geputzt. Das Bad war dann okay, der Kühlschrank weiterhin nicht nutzbar. Das Zimmer sah den Zimmern, die hier auf der Seite in der Beschreibung abgebildetet sind, kaum ähnlich, sehr viel einfacher und hatte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich.

Air con noisy and not controllable in the room Reception staff did not know answers to questions or gave wrong information ie gluten breakfast was told no but there was a lovely basket selection available. Staff were unable to book a water taxi on our behalf. Some history about the hotel would have been great. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated.

La posizione è buona. Il letto è comodo. La colazione è soddisfacente. Tuttavia ci è capitato di non avere un asciugamano per la doccia ciascuno. Inoltre le marmellate e lo zucchero vengono messi solo su alcuni tavoli della colazione quindi talvolta ci si trova in imbarazzo anche perché il personale nella sala colazione non è molto presente.

Tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente. Non posso dire che ci sia qualcosa che proprio non mi è piaciuto. Venezia è una città costosa, questo hotel è in una zona tranquilla ma comoda da raggiungere quindi tutto sommato il bilancio è positivo

The place was clean, easy to find, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was solid and consistent and the staff was friendly, although not very engaging, a quality which some would see as a bonus. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The hotel is a bit spartan, harking the ascetic history of the place. Also, the shower stall is half the size of a small phone booth (if you drop a soap you may have to open the sliding doors to be able to retrieve it). Our soap dispenser ran out of stuff and was never refilled. No shampoo either.

Bevorzugte Lage von mir, bestens. Frühstück sehr gut und mehr als genug. Schön auch der Innenhof zum draußen sitzen Einzelzimmer natürlich nicht riesig, aber alles da was notwendig. Bei den Temperaturen war der Kühlschrank natürlich super.

Good central location in Venice. Short walk from all tourist sites. Breakfast included was really nice! Lots of choice :) & a nice courtyard to sit in. Super friendly receptionist who was more than happy to answer any questions.

Walls of rooms quite thin, was able to hear people next door having showers/ talking. Room looks quite tired in places, could do with a bit of a repaint but nothing major!

Отель очень понравился! Локация, номера, завтраки были замечательные! Очень напомнило студенческие годы.

Хотелось бы в номере была вода для питья, хотя бы платная. Я целый час стояла ждала водный транспорт, что бы добраться до отеля и еще минут 20 ехать на лодке и мне было не хорошо.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and I think it's a fantastic option if you want both a central location and an impeccable service. The hotel is austere yet provides an excellent experience. There is a lovely courtyard for a breakfast al fresco or an afternoon cup of tea.

I like everything here. I recommend it to people with appreciation for old school ways of doing, definitely not for a public expectations up in the sky.

La ubicación es cómoda y céntrica, a 10 minutos de los puntos de interés más importantes de Venecia. Las habitaciones son decentes sin excesos, poco refinadas pero funcionales. Se agradece que tienen un buen aire acondicionado en verano. El desayuno es bueno aunque poco variado. Buen café y excelentes cruasanes. La chica que atiende el desayuno es súper amable y el espacio es muy confortable. A eso se le añade una terraza muy tranquila para tomar el café y tener una buena charla.

En el desayuno podría haber un poco más de variedad. El aire acondicionado está demasiado fuerte en las zonas comunes.

We have stayed at Domus Ciliota on numerous occasions and it’s a very good value hotel. It’s been done up since we last stayed and the refurbishment is great.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Hotel znajduje się w dzielnicy San Marko, wszędzie jest blisko. Przystanek tramwaju wodnego jest 5 min pieszo od hotelu. Do najważniejszych zabytków jest około 10-15 min. Blisko jest sklep i restauracje. W pokojach było czysto. Działa klimatyzacja.

Śniadanie było smaczne, ale niezbyt różnorodne.

My single room was a good size and was very clean and comfortable if basic. The linen was all spotless. The aircon worked rapidly and the fridge was very useful in the summer heat. Breakfast was simple but there was plenty on offer and the coffee was good. Sitting in the courtyard was very pleasant in the morning. Staff were consistently polite and friendly. The location was good, genuinely a pleasant ten-minute wander to St. Mark's, and the walk felt safe enough at night as there are plenty of cafes and shops open late into the evening.

The hotel signage was a little hard to spot so watch carefully for the side street on Google maps! A chilled bottle of water in the fridge would be an inexpensive additional bonus. Left luggage is unsupervised in a side room so be mindful of this.

Of course, an amazing terrace to have breakfast in! Location is more than excellent, just around corner in a calm little street. Hotel facilities are good, maybe room needed some improvement, but overall a really good choice in Venice.

Het is er allemaal wel wat verouderd. Geen schilderijtje in de kamers, kale witte muren...zeeppompjes die stuk waren op twee kamers. Badkamerspiegel geroest aan de zijkant en hing scheef. Aan de lift zie je een grote zekeringkast, ook op de gangen. Kleine moeite om deze wat te verstoppen in een kast, gordijn of iets dergelijk. Toen ik contact opnam om een extra kamer te reserveren ging dat niet meer terwijl het online wel perfect nog kon.

The location was ideal as it was close to everything. It was clean and seemed well maintained. My son looked it up on Google and also thought it was interesting that it used to be a seminary, which could be seen around the building.

The shower was a little small. The floors were slippery when getting out of the shower. However, it was nice that we were provided with shower slippers. Also, when I booked, I asked for 2 beds since I was staying with my son. I was surprised that there were 2 beds, but they were pushed together. It would have been nice to have a little more room.

Es un hotel super bonito, la ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir caminando a todos lados porque está en uno de los barrios principales. Tiene a pocos minutos una plaza donde tienes restaurante para cenar si no te quieres mover mucho. La habitación en mi caso era amplia. El aire acondicionado es automático. Y el desayuno no es un desayuno español, pero le daría un 7 de nota al desayuno.

Por decir algo, el sistema de limpieza, de habitación un poco lento, pero esto es quejarse por gusto XD

No tea & coffee facilities in bedroom

The only thing that is positive about this place is the location.

Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience during my stay. From the beginning, the staff were rude and dismissive, making me feel as though my concerns were not being taken seriously. The room was extremely small and, more importantly, in an unacceptable condition. The bathroom ceiling had mould and peeling paint. There were shoe prints on the bedroom ceiling, and stains on the wall that appeared to be blood. The pillows were extremely old and worn, with two pillows seemingly placed together just to give them some shape. Most concerning of all, I found pieces of glass underneath the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable from a cleanliness and safety perspective. I contacted Booking.com to report these issues, but I was told that the hotel had rejected my complaints and that there was nothing more they could do other than offer me €30, despite having paid €250 for two nights. I expected a clean, safe, and decent room for the price I paid. Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience from start to finish. Based on my experience, I definitely would not recommend this hotel.
