Behöver renoveras lite, väldigt fuktigt i rummet och luktade lite mögel

Location is the best part.

If you are going to stay there don’t forget to carry your own shampoo, conditional and lotion. They don’t have in the room. I would have appreciated if they could have changed my bed sheet as my period leaked while sleeping and got stain on the sheet.Unfortunately I haven’t taken any photos of mentioned feedback.

J’ai trouvé que la chambre n’était pas très propre. On voyait entre la couette et le drap des longs cheveux. De plus, il y avait pleins de fourmi sur les meubles.

Good sized room, hotel was clean and the pool was nice.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get a good night’s sleep. A large tour group arrived shortly after midnight and were practically shouting in the lobby, which I could clearly hear from my room. As they walked to their rooms, there was also significant noise outside my door. I tried calling reception and the duty manager, but there was no answer. While I understand that the arrival of a large group may not be entirely within the hotel’s control, the hotel should have managed it more considerately for other guests. If large late-night groups are expected, they could be allocated rooms further from the entrance and reminded to keep noise to a minimum. I raised this with the front desk, who apologised and acknowledged they had received the same complaint before relating to the same tour operator. They said they had spoken to the tour agent, but this does not address the fact that the issue appears to be recurring. The hotel needs to take more proactive action to prevent its other guests being disturbed, particularly when groups arrive late at night and reception cannot be reached.

Gym is good, breakfast fine and price quality unbeatable. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Transport to Canna beachclub great as the beach is not near.

Staat van onderhoud kamer had beter gekund, niet echt 4 sterren gevoel maar prijs kwaliteit is erg goed. We hadden ook connecting rooms en dit is een voordeel met kinderen.

A szálláson a szoba megfelelő méretű, amennyiben csak alvásra használod. A lift jól működik, a recepciósok, de a teljes személyzet is kedves. A masszőr hölgy nagyon jó, egy hátmasszázsra fizettünk be, kellően erős masszázst kaptunk.

A szállás főút mellett van, ami zajossá teszi. A szomszédságában épülő házak, illetve régebbi lakások, akik némely este zajosak, így ablaknyitás nem mindig jó. A szálloda szebb fotókon, mint a valóságban.

We enjoyed the staycation here, they have clean room, good gym, and also massive infinity pool on the top, the service was good, fast check-in. I would like to suggest food pricing for me, it’s liltle bit pricey like for breakfast is IDR 180k/pax not worthy at all..

The hotel is a big disappointment, Very noisy and they were having a lot of building work going on. The standard of hotel is a real budget hotel. Not the cleanest. Staff very judgy at checking in. Asked for a double as it was booked as a double but was told we could only have 2 singles. The pool on the roof could be lovely but no staff at the bar 3 times we went to the bar on the roof.

Customer service from reception was great. It is more suited to transit travellers or people who need to be well located to different locations for transport options. Well situated for airport.

Location, a lot of noise, no one seemed to be around at rooftop bar or pool. It was basically on a motorway. It is undergoing refurbishment.

Nous avons fait une nuit pour prendre l’avion le lendemain, l’emplacement est bien pour aller à l’aéroport de Denpasar.

La douche est un peu vétuste avec des traces de moisissures.

We liked that 24 hours and they were able to accommodate. Their breakfast is mostly Indonesia which was really good I love their sausage and cold salads chiches soup was nice .They have an elevator which came in handy with a baby. It was accessible and closer to amenities especially the airport.

They should have more than one towel in the room.

Super kind staff, helped me with everything I need. I had an injury and they were so friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and good water pressure in the shower. Bed was also very comfortable

The menu has limited vegetarian options stated on there - however this wasn’t an issue as they could make things vegetarian on request

Close to the beach restaurant

We enjoyed the pool area after a workout in the well equipped gym. Also recommend the on site restaurant where we had a couple of meals and afternoon drinks.

Location needed to use Grab to get anywhere, but that was very inexpensive.

we really liked the roof top pool and the gym. Those were cool. Breakfast and the parking were good. Also the pool had privacy. The staff were okay.

It could have been cleaned a lot more. It was very dirty. There were tiny bugs in the room. One of our bathrooms had used cloths behind the bathroom door.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were very professional and super helpful and always friendly. I especially loved the unique and interesting architecture of the building. Also, for the price, the inclusion of many TV channels including HBO movies etc, a very granular aircon control and the infinity pool on the rooftop were amazing. The bed was firm, which I love. I also appreciated the bolsters that came with the comfy pillows in the Deluxe room.

Betten waren sehr Bequem. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Gratis Wasser auf dem Zimmer und 2 Flaschen Bier im Restaurant..

War nur 2 Nächte dort . Das Zimmer hatte zwar eine Balkontür, aber nur in die lobby. Es gab keine Frischluft oder Zirkulation. Das Zimmer hat sehr nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel gerochen. Hab mir für die 2. Nacht ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen, dieses war okay aber auch wieder ohne Fenster zum öffnen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

At the time we stayed this time there, there was an extreme noise through the building, parties, wedding parties. All very loud, totally not comfortable.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Если у вас есть байк, то вы поселитесь в очень удобном месте - все рядом. Завтраки за эту стоимость отличные, персонал вежливый. Номер классный. Нам достался номер с окном на улицу, на заднюю часто отеля. Разделение душа и унитаза по разным кабинкам. Раковина стоит отдельно, многие пишут что это неудобно. На самом деле это очень удобно, кто имеет опыт проживания в разных отелях поймут почему. У кровати есть удобная длинна полка вдоль стены, две прикроватные тумбочки. Есть стол и стул со спинкой , а не табуретка. Шторы полный блэкаут. На крыше есть хороший бассейн, бар, бильярд, тренажерный зал тоже хорошие для отеля. Удобная охраняемая парковка под землей. Удобный подъезд к лобби, и лобби красиво выглядит. Нам дали бесплатный ужин, два пенных напитка и бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта . Я заселился сюда на неделю, пожив несколько дней, решил продлить еще на 15 дней. Благодарю команду отеля Infinity 8

The breakfast was yummy and there was a good variety of food. The room was clean and the infinity pool was cool. Nice basic gym. Not too far from the Airport. Staff were friendly.

The bed was a bit hard. Could do with a softer mattress upgrade. The towels in the room weren't that great. The kids shallow pool area needs to be cleaned more often.

Extremely well maintained property with everything you could want in one place.

We did get left alone in the upstairs bar while staff disappeared twice which was kind of strange. One after ordering drinks & the other after finishing our meal & some games of pool. We just left the restaurant empty while no staff were present.

Conforto e boa localização! Extremamente práticos e prestativos a nos atender! Fácil de comunicar com os funcionários. O café da manhã sempre maravilhoso, e as outras áreas como piscina e academia muito boas!

Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet Goede douche Heerlijke bedden en super kussens Mooie gym Super zwembad als je baantjes wil zwemmen. Receptie spreekt goed Engels Handdoeken bij het zwembad. Douchen bij het zwembad Heel centraal gelegen Supermarkt nog geen 1 minuut lopen.

Onderhoud aan het zwembad, is gewoon zonde
