La ubicacación es muy centrica lo que permite ver muchas cosas, literal a dos minutos de la plaza del sol. Apartamento grande i luminoso com todo lo necesario.

Esta en una zona de ocio nocturno lo que aún estando en la tercera planta se escuchaba el remor de la gente de la plaza de abajo. No hay ascensor. La cama un poco blanda para nuestro gusto.

Izvanredna lokacija, u samom centru grada, 2 minute hoda do središnjeg trga Puerta Del Sol i pripadajuće mu stanice metroa. Pregršt gastronomskih objekata, kafića i klubova u neposrednoj okolici. Trgovina namirnicama preko puta otvorena do 1 u noći. Dvoetažni apartman na vrhu zgrade, udoban, čist, klimatiziran, izvrsne zvučne izolacije, s perilicom za rublje, lijepom terasom za opuštanje u večernjim satima i uživanjem u pogledu. Jednostavna i izvrsna komunikacija s domaćinom putem poruka.

Moglo bi biti više krpa za brisanje i posuđa (lonci, tave) u minijaturnoj, ali zgodnoj kuhinji. Iako nisu neophodni, obzirom da hrana u restoranima nije skupa. Zgrada je stara, iako lijepo sređene unutrašnjosti, pa nema lifta. Osobno me nije smetalo, no nekome bi moglo biti naporno penjati se na 4.kat više puta svakodnevno.

Az apartman elhelyezkedése fantasztikus volt, a város közepén található, közel minden látványossághoz. Jó az összeköttetés a metróval, így Madrid bármely pontja rövid időn belül elérhető. Szép, tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman. Alig pár lépésre volt egy kis bolt, ahol minden alapvető élelmiszer beszerezhető.

Nem volt szép látvány a teraszon az a rengeteg elszáradt növény. Ha nem gondozza őket senki, nem kell kiültetni. A másik ami nem tetszett, hogy az erkélyen az asztal lába törött volt és nem lehetett rendesen használni. Megvették már ugyan az új asztalt, ami letámasztva állt a nappaliban, de egy hétig nem jött senki sem összeszerelni. Jó lett volna több időt tölteni a teraszon, ami egy valódi gyöngyszem Madridban. Ami az apartman előnye, ugyanaz a hátránya is. Az hogy a belvárosban van, azt is jelentette, hogy borzalmasan zajos volt éjszaka. Ha becsuktuk az ablakot, a tetőbeépítés miatt a hálószoba hamar átmelegedett, ha pedig kinyitottuk az ablakokat, a borzalmas zaj miatt nem tudtunk aludni és a lárma nem csak éjfélig, hanem egészen reggelig tartott.

Podrían dejar algo más para el aseo en cocina ya que en mercados no se consigue nada chico. Fijarse en las cortinas el Black out cubría media ventana.y en la del dormitorio le faltan unos ganchos. Me llevo la impresión de que en los aptos que estuve en éstas vacaciones prestan más atención a los detalles, que se arreglan con muy poco dinero.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and central. The kitchen was fully equipped, but with accessibility issues. 4 floors with numerous steps no lift.

We stayed on the 4th floor, with the rooftop balcony. I was very disappointed to discover on arrival that the apartment is located up several flights of stairs and there is no lift or elevator. This important information was not made sufficiently clear in the Booking.com listing. There were at least 58 steps all the way to the 4th floor. My daughter and I arrived with two large suitcases, and carrying them up multiple flights of stairs was extremely difficult. As I have recently had surgery and am unable to lift heavy luggage, this created a significant problem and made the start of our stay very stressful. I strongly believe the absence of a lift should be prominently stated in the property description so that guests can make an informed decision before booking. Had I known this in advance, I would not have chosen this apartment. Future guests, particularly those with mobility issues, recent injuries, medical conditions, or heavy luggage, should be aware of the access situation before making a reservation.

central location

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, the neighborhood was very noisy, and it was almost impossible to rest properly. The staff was not friendly at all; they came across as indifferent and unhelpful. A deposit also had to be paid, which made the experience even worse, and there was no elevator in the building, so getting around with luggage was especially inconvenient. It was also a major drawback that no basic toiletries were provided.

A wonderful place to stay in the very center of Madrid. Most of the city's main attractions are just a short walk away, and the nearby shaded streets are filled with lovely cafés, restaurants, and spots to sit back and enjoy the city.

Adding an umbrella or some form of shade on the lovely terrace would make it even more enjoyable.

If you are concerned about noise the nightlife outside does get pretty loud, however this wasn’t an issue for me for a couple of nights

3 flight of stairs. We are 70 +/- 2 years. The laundry was in the stairwell for 2 days. There is something wrong with the hob. It doesn’t heat up very well. It is a bit noisy.

Cleanly, spacious, comfortable apartment. Central location. You enter using a physical key and door code which I find more practical to using e-keys. The correspondence with the host was straightforward and simple. You do pay a deposit, but it is swiftly returned to your account.

The street is very noisy and will very likely be an issue for lighter sleepers. The bathroom could use more storage space

Fantastic location, comfortable space for two. The balcony had fantastic people watching, cold AC and only on the second floor. Washing machine with detergent was a big help!

The staff felt very unresponsive. Arrived 30 minutes early and asked to drop bags off. They directed us to luggage storage. Also no coffee at all and not enough loo paper for the stay.

Studio apartment well designed, well fitted out, good location, very secure, very central to everything. Bars, restaurants, night life in abundance. Very lively location. Best ever towells.

Localização soberba. Rua muito movimentada dia e noite, no entanto as janelas têm um isolamento acústico excelente. Com tudo fechado não se ouve nada e o seu descanso está garantido. O terraço é um must! O quarto tem uma cama enorme e uma luz solar imbatível. Muita privacidade. Mercado à porta com tudo o que é preciso. Restaurantes e cultura nas imediações.

Interior da casa já está um pouco gasto. Quando era nova, a casa devia ser incrível...actualmente já mostra um desgaste que não condiz com o preço pedido. Mobiliário partido! À chegada fui logo ao terraço e encontrei a perna da mesa partida! A mesa nem se aguentava de pé se fosse usada, tive que improvisar uma solução para a conseguir utilizar. O alojamento sabia da situação e afirmou estar a aguardar uma nova unidade mas não me avisou de nada...

Ohne Ohrstöpsel hat man verloren, Lärm bis 5 Uhr Nachts, auch unter der Woche. Was ich erwartet hätte wäre ußerdem zumindest eine Flasche Wasser - das Leitungswasser ist so stark gechlort dass man es nicht trinken kann- und eine Minimalausstattung an Salz, Pfeffer und Öl. Für 4 Tage Aufenthalt zwei koffeinfreie Kaffeekapseln anzubieten ist frech- das ist schlimmer als gar nichts Schade dass es an solchen Kleinigkeiten scheitern muss.

L'appartement est très confortable et pratique. La literie est vraiment bonne, il y a tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin pour cuisiner et il est en plein coeur du centre de Madrid.

Le quartier est très animé (et bruyant) jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit. Malgré une bonne isolation (en journée on n'entend pas le bruit de la rue), le port de bouchons d'oreilles est recommandé.

Die Lage war sehr gut, da man das Zentrum in 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Apartment war sauber und groß genug für zwei Personen.

Es war leider sehr laut, da sich unter dem Fenster bis früh morgens oft Gruppen von Menschen aufgehalten haben. Außerdem es fehlten einige Badezimmerartikel sowie Kaffeekapseln. Überraschend war auch, dass erst einen Tag vor der Anreise ein Deposit verlangt wurde, ohne vorherige Information.

Lokacija je ludilo za osobe kojima buka ne smeta, jer je za vikend bas glasno do 8,9 ujutro... meni to ne smeta. Stancic je simpatican, za 3 je komotno, za 4 ako volite sa se gurate. Terasa je super. Stan nije nikakva ekskluziva, ali vidi se da se trude da odrzavaju.

Cini mi se da je malo skuplji, jeste lokacija top, ali cenu koju smo ovde platili, u drugim i Spanskim i evropskim gradovima bi bilo za 5 dana.

Not really connected to the property, but Below in the building there is a 24 hour market in front of which crowd is drinking until morning so it gets really noisy and sometimes hard to sleep because of them

Position for exploring Madrid perfect. Great pad to pop back to during the day and lovely cafes and restaurants close by. Also little shop on street for essentials. Lovely historic building too with own access and private. Apartment had everything you needed, including washing machine and was clean and comfortable. Heated rail in showerroom perfect drying little bits.

There was a delay on getting access. We had a very early flight that got us in the area an hour before access, were happy having a cuppa opposite. However although we contacted the host, watched cleaners leave and others arrive, it ws over half an hour after check in we were told we could enter. On hindsight maybe we should have just entered at checkin time rather than being polite. Very noisy (more than expected) at night due to a group of men/workers drinking beer, leaving litter and standing around loudly talking and playing music on phones from early hours (after clubs finished) until almost 8am...very strange. Basically no break in noise all night, expect it till clubs finish. Don't understand why police don't move them on as also thought drinking on streets was not permitted after closing.

The location was perfect! It was about a 30 minute walk from the train station. There are plenty of dining options around the apartment. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The outdoor patio couch was a wonderful way to end each evening.

Que era un segundo piso por escalera, empinada y escaló es altos. Para mi marido fue difícil ya que está operado de la rodilla. El departamento en sí bien cómodo y funcional.

A la hora de hacer el check-in online te piden una fianza de 200 euros. La entrada a la ducha es muy estrecha, tienes que entrar de lado.

Nos alojamos en familia (3 personas) y la experiencia fue excelente. El apartamento es muy limpio, ordenado y con una iluminación perfecta, tanto natural como artificial. La vista desde el balcón es hermosa. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro, cerca de la Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol y Gran Vía. Todo se puede recorrer a pie, con muchas opciones para comer y hacer compras. Sin duda, lo recomendaría.

Il Quarto piano senza ascensore potrebbe, per qualcuno, rappresentare un problema e a noi è stato comunicato solo in prossimità dell'arrivo in struttura. ...Nel cuore di Madrid, quindi nel cuore della movida, nel bene e nel male.

Apartamento 102, no primeiro andar, muito bom, bem equipado, bem localizado. Rua com vários restaurantes e a 5min da Estação de metrô Sol. Muita luz natural e acústica boa para o barulho da rua.

Porta de acesso à área de banho muito estreita, em torno de 33 cm, tendo que entrar de lado, se espremendo. Totalmente impossível para quem tem um porte físico maior ou uma barriga um pouco saliente. Isso nos impediu de aproveitar melhor o local. Também achamos muito pouco só 2 rolos de papel higiênico (pequenos)para duas pessoas para 6 diárias.

Me gustó todo, pero ten en cuenta que es un barrio de gente, para cenar y salir, por lo que se oirán voces constantes. Aún así, no se oye en exceso y no tuvimos problemas para conciliar el sueño.

There is no luggage storage service in this hotel. There are many stairs and no elevators. This room is on the corner of the fourth floor. It's very noisy at night next to the Porta del Sol. When we checked in, the sofa on the terrace in Madrid was wet when it was raining. It was all wet, which made you unable to use it on a sunny day. The bathroom is very small. The facilities in the shower room are old and slippery.

Het was heel krap om in de douche te komen. Als je een hele grote man of vrouw bent of erg dik, dan pas je niet in de douche. En de koelkast werd niet koud dus we moesten onze drankjes buiten op het balkon zetten. Nu niet erg maar in de zomer niet oké.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito con tutto l'essenziale per cucinare. Non sono presenti olio/sale o condimenti. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere ogni punto della città. Vi è un Carrefour City davanti abbastanza fornito.

L'abitazione si trova in un punto di movida notturna, soprattutto nel weekend musica e schiamazzi perdurano l'intera notte fino alle 6:00/7:00 del mattino e le finestre non sono insonorizzate. Non et possibile lasciare i bagagli prima del check in o dopo il checkout, vi è però un Locker a pagamento nella strada parallela.
