Hotel Booye

Clean and staff is nice

Best hotel to stay at on route to Mazatlan.

Reporte 3 veces la cortina del baño estaba rota y no se podía recorrer y nunca la cambiaron en mi estancia le comenté en recepción y no hicieron mucho

They have a coffemaker, and you need to ask for coffe kit to the front desk

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was not good. Was told continental but only had apple or banana and juice. No pastries.

From Phoenix to Mazatlán area, this is the 10th year we have been staying at the Booye. It has been VG and we would not stay anywhere else.

Very clean rooms will definitely stay here again .

No heat in the rooms. The door safety lock had a screw that was almost falling out. The bathroom door was trashed. Check-in clerk failed to explain how to turn power on in the room.

The bed was comfortable, pillow decent, shower had pressure, good breakfast and easy walking distance to restaurants. This will be our new stopping place en route to our beach location

Great stay

Great place to stay. Easy access. Friendly and a great price. I have stayed in this community in several places and The Booye is best!

Place needs to have a little more attention had no only on hand towel and no wash cloth in room called but no follow up to correct problem.

Great service . Clean and comfortable .

Lovely dinner up in terrace bar. Continental breakfast very basic. Nice clean rooms, good parking and security, easy acces from highway.

Breakfast starts a little late for travellers

The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean only complaint was no little refrigerator in the room.

Great location when travelling through Mexico right off the Hwy 200. The room was very clean and spacious. Definitely the nicest hotel I have stayed at in this area. Water and ice machine readily available. Comfortable bed, pillows. Highly recommend

Hotel was easy to find, quiet clean but coffee machine was broken and the tv didn’t work

on the way to where we are going, had a restaurant

We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed as it was a holiday. We found a pizza place down the street which was great

Stayed here twice. It’s clean and safe.

Great staff there, Geraldo was so accommodating, his charm and confidence was outstanding with his abilities to help us with our needs..Thank you

Excellent pub on rooftop. Wonderful staff. Very loud outside noises.

Excellent Service, Excellent Staff, Excellent Room, Convenient Location…

Newer hotel very clean, spacious rooms huge walk in shower, excellent restaurant on the 3rd floor. Highly recommended

Good bed, good towels, good staff. Clean and newer.

Always stay at Booye when we drive thru Mexico. Great staff, room and service.

Nice room. Clean and quiet. Taco dinner at restaurant was good. Great sunset from balcony.

Outstanding

This is my hometown and I've stayed in every hotel when i visit family. This is the best of them due to location and the age of the hotel. It was super dirty when i was there. Now, understand that Navojoa is a dusty town so it is hard to keep dust out but this hotel room was COVERED in human hair when i arrived. There was mucus stuck to the wall with a hair in it when i checked in and i notified housekeeping. The air filter was disgusting. At this point, i stay here out of necesity but will bring my own sheets, blankets and cleaning supplies. I went to the store and bought a broom, cleaning supplies and a mop so i wouldn't be so grossed out. Staff is ok, Housekeeping is very nice but the front desk staff is always unhelpful and kind of rude.

pool was nice

Stayed here for 1 night while in the area for business. This is a simple motel and not luxurious by any means, but for the money paid, it did the job just fine. Hotel staff was friendly upon checking in. Room was quiet and comfortable. They provided 2 free water bottles. If you want to buy more, you can do so in the lobby. They have a cafe/restaurant connected to the lobby, along with a bar upstairs that's open late. They also have a pool and gym but I did not visit either.

Booye Hotel was excellent. Beds were soft and great. Very clean through out all of the hotel. We will be staying there again and would recommending it anyone going through Navojoa. First rate.

We have stayed at the Booye hotel for several years and find it very comfortable.

Very clean hotel with English speaking clean and the beds were very comfortable

It was a great place, quiet and well maintain. Would stay again, staff very friendly and helpful.

The property was fine. They did not recognise my use of my Expedia dollars. I had to pay the full rate of $1,416 pesos. I was expecting about half of this number.

Very clean and they accommodated us with an early arrival.

Good place for business. It is a small town and there is not much to do. The hotel have enough for a short stay. Everything ok

I liked the hotel overall. Good customer service. Very clean, had a pool and a gym. Breakfast included.

Nice hotel with good restaurant on site. Room was large and comfortable. There was a bit of a mixup and about four hours after we checked in someone else was given the same room. Thankfully we were there when they used a keycard to open the door. Front desk attendant was apologetic and remedied the mistake quickly.

Whenever we travel north or south we always stay here...great beds, pillows and sheets...also we like the bar on the premises which closes early so not noisy late...staff is great...pay extra for full breakfast as free one is very limited.

Parking was secure. Liked the rooftop bar. The continental breakfast was sparse.

hotel is really nice and safe, our room was super clean ,from top to bottom, all of them were very friendly and helpful .We will come back for sure ..

Cleanliness and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Newly

Nice hotel - glad we stayed here.

The place is so clean!! I love it!!

The nicest and best set up hotel I have stayed in Mexico ! And I have stayed in a lot . To find this is Navojoa is a one in a million !

Entrance parking blocked by delivery motorcycles (and maintenance vehicles) as well as in front of the assigned room. Lobby personnel lack professionalism. Hopefully it is better on next occasion.

Newer property in the center of town, bright breakfast room with continental breakfast or menu choices. Clean, updated. Lots of road noise.

This is the best hotel we've stayed in Navojoa. However, we went to get coffee and breakfast at 6:40. There was barely one cup of coffee left and no one around to ask if they could make more. The breakfast, understandable why they weren't serving because of COVID, but there should have at least been coffee! Breakfast was to be served at 6:30 and we waited for 10 minutes after that ... this is Mexico!! *Ü*

Clean and safe hotel. Easy to walk around for delicious food. Plenty of parking in front of our room

Nice, comfortable place.

I make regular trips from Puerto Vallarta to Arizona. It is a 18 hour drive split into two days. I have stayed in a few hotels through the four years making this trip. Going to Navajo makes a 10-11 hour drive for one day but is it worth it. This hotel is above and beyond any hotel I have stayed in Mexico staff is friendly, property is spotless, they have room service with menus and pictures for the gringo like me. I had Nachos from the restaurant that were amazing, the bed and pillow are very comfortable, shower is huge and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower after the long drive. Your car can be parked in front of your room. The best part of this hotel is it is directly on the highway out of town to go north. Coffee maker in the room is perfect for two cups. And they have a morning breakfast that I have not tried cause I hit the road early the next day. 24 hour on site security 👍

Very clean, a bust with Covid. Staff was friendly, the receptionist spoke fluent English which help gringos like me. I will be returning every three to six months for one night stays. Finally, the beds are amazing, shower is the size of a walk in closet. Suggestions, vending machine did not work? Overall experience was very good.

Modern clean comfortable space. Good location. All good!

Short over night. All was great.

Modern ,good beds and linens. Nice workout gym. Outdoor pool and hot tub were not heated

Nice modern hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It is the perfect spot for the first day traveling from the Nogales border crossing. Nice restaurant/bar on site.

I liked that they have security at night and overall it feels really safe.

Safe and secure. Easy to find on main highway. Very pleasant staff

A nice clean hotel with all of the amenities. Easy access to the 15D. Secure parking. Bar and restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. I suggest that you tell them you want wash clothes upfront as they are none in the room. There is an outdoor swimming pool as well as an exercise room.

They have an elevator to the 2nd floor which when one has difficulty climbing stairs is a bonus.

Easy access petty clean the gym was good restaurant was clean good service , upper deck bar nice .

Parking area is patrolled by a guard, which we appreciate on our travels since we dont want to unload each night. Comfortable beds are great.

We have stayed here for several years. It is more expensive than many of the hotels in Navajoa and we have stayed in 3 others. It is beautifully clean, large showers and comfortable beds. We really like that the rooms are back and we hear very little road noise or noise from other rooms. A disappointing aspect is that there really isn’t a good eating place close and breakfast isn’t included. Breakfast is available but it seems like when you order they go somewhere to get it - interesting. We also like that there is a pool and hot tub. We didn’t use either this time because they didn’t seem to be clean. It is difficult to tell because of the finish.

Great hotel, very clean, easy to find! Good food

Staff was very friendly and professional. Disliked the humid bed sheets and loud air conditioning unit

Great stop. Excellent rooms and beds. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant

Buffet was ample but plain tasty...lots to choose from but as mentioned tasted plain...

I checked Trip Advisor for hotels as we were pulling into Navojoa, Sonora, México. I saw Hotel Booya listed with great references. We had no reservations but, we were right in front of the hotel, so we decided to ask if a room was available. It’s on the main road in and out of town. The price was on the upper end (for México) but you get what you pay for. The room with 2 queens beds was 1,059 pesos per night ($58. U.S.) The room was immaculate. There was a hair on my friends bed but may have been from the maid. The sheets were definitely new and crisp. There were 2 sets of bath towels (clean and smelled good) but only one hand towel and one washcloth. (OK by me-I use a scrubby). There was bottled water, an ice cold fridge (it froze our water for the next day-great on the road!) and a coffee maker with coffee and condiment package. An iron and board and a blow dryer were available also. Complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were on the counter. There was a small flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Had we needed it, an extra blanket was available in the closet area. The room was very quiet (no partying going on) and there are black out draperies as well as sheers in case you don’t want daylight. There was a secondary lock on the inside door. It had a telephone and digital clock on the nightstand. Multiple lights were available. The room was simple but nicely decorated. There is an elevator on the right side of the hotel for handicapped visitors. Our side had stairs (2 floors). There was a bar/lounge on the 3rd floor with enough selections to calm your hunger but no real dinner entrees. You could visit their restaurant (or order room service from it) which was a kilometer away. In the lounge we had sirloin steak tacos served with grilled onions, guacamole and pick de gallo (around 120 pesos) and it was delicious. Coke and Sprite were served with a tall glass of ice. The eating area is open to the outdoors but can be closed off in the rain. It was a nice night for dining outside. Not much of a view (the Main Street) but we didn’t mind. There was a TV (thankfully) on very low. The price of the room included pool privaledges, free parking with nighttime security and a free continental breakfast. We left early and decided to skip breakfast. Check-in and out was easy. The lobby had 2 comfortable couches and was well appointed. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I was very pleased. 😀👍🏼

The hotel was reasonably new and clean. Fairly quiet. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Everything here was great. The check in staff was a little slow but everything was fine. Will stay here again for sure!

Easy access. Well maintained. Very clean and fast check-in/out.

This property was much more then I expected...Awesome hotel as well as awesome staff, I travel every year to Puerto Vallarta, I usually stay at a hotel up the street, Not anymore! The staff recommended a fabulous Steak House, Stix Steak House, literally 5 minute from the hotel, A must try for anyone visiting Navojoa.

The property is very new, clean, and overall amazing.

Clean, modern and all around excellent value for the cost.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and outgoing.

Great place to stop on route to Mazatlan from USA. Very safe and clean.

The Booye is located at the north end of the city and there are a few restaurant and tacos close by. Hotel was quite clean and although besides the road the sound level was good. Lots of TV channels. Really good bed and instant hot shower in a nice bathroom. Bedside lights even to read. WiFi good. Good breakfast included but eggs or fried food was extra. Front desk staff pleasant. Not the cheapest place to stay but I would stay again.

Everything was great! The room was ready on time. Parking right in front of your room and security guard as well.

This is a very new, clean property with a bar and restaurant. Love the easy in, easy out aspect. I good stop for a night en route to Ajijic.

The location is very good, the price was also good an you get breakfast, coffee in the room and water, the hotel has everything you may need.Great hotel for your money!!

Everything was fine

very up to date rooms, good breakfast. easy parking.

Had to stay in Navojoa a few days. Speak little Spanish. The staff was fantastic they went out of their way to help. My wife is in a wheelchair and treated her like a queen

This hotel is very nice with cool modern decor. Check in was a breeze, and our room was very clean and nice and cold (went end of June). Great shower too! Bring a fire stick or iPad if you don't want to watch TV in Spanish, lol. The front desk staff was very courteous, and worked with us and our poor Spanish. We were passing through to Puerto Vallarta and this was the perfect stop day one. We felt safe and the parking lot was monitored - we had no issues. We opted to order breakfast in the morning (vs the free continental breakfast) and the food was great!

The Hotel Booye is a clean, modern hotel with safe secured parking. The pool facilities are excellent, and they have a small exercise room as well. They offer free breakfast, and the WiFi is strong and bandwidth is wide. The showers are hot and the staff is attentive and professional. The price is ~$50 USD per night. The location is within walking distance of good restaurants and the Cinemax movie theatre is across the street. The city of Navojoa has Pre-Colombian roots, a population of about 200,000, a lovely museum and several universities and technological schools. The streets and buildings are well maintained and feels more than a comparable city in the Unites States rather than México. In other words the hotel is a good value located in a pleasant small city.

Very nice hotel I like pretty much everything nice new I like the spacious shower and clean

Great

Great stay. Staff is amazing. Although continental breakfast is good the purchase meals are excellent. The oatmeal is the same as my Grandmother used to make.

Overall clean hotel and nice facilities. Area is okay but not super nice with some dinning options close-by.

Great rooms, clean and comfortable... Great bar at 3rd floor too...

We highly recommend this hotel for many reasons! First, the staff was friendly and helpful. Next, the room was clean and comfortable. Also, the on-site restaurant provided tasty food at a reasonable price. Finally, the price was fantastic for the value we received.

This is the 2nd stay at this hotel. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the AC works well and we found the rooms quiet and clean. The breakfast is free continental breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, toast and a selection of fruit. There is coffee but no tea. There is also hot breakfast available which is reasonably priced, There is now a bar type restaurant up on the 3rd floor. This was disappointing and we wouldn't eat there again

We were beyond pleased with this place. Spacious room, well designed and well decorated. Nice art, great colors. Comfortable beds. Couldn't have been happier.

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, new, good location, and nice amentities. Restaurant on site plus close to many others. Easy in and out to freeway. Safe and quiet. Would stay again. Was not disappointed.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Small restaurant and bar on site. Nice pool area. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay on our trip home to Canada from Mazatlan. Safe and ver friendly
