An exceptional resort spa property in the most beautiful location, facilities and staff were exceptional a fantastic breakfast. The pool area is our second to none and overlook the Agaen sea.

Wir haben extra wegen eines early Check-in angefragt … hatten eine Suite gebucht und mussten 5! Auf das Zimmer warten …. Alle Anreisenden nach uns wurden innert kürzester Zeit ihre Zimmer zugewiesen. Freunde von uns wurden auch kostenlos vom Flughafen abgeholt, uns wurden € 50.00 auf der Rechnung verbucht.

This was my second stay here, and my parents' first, they were in awe the whole time: the view, the scenery, the staff. My dad even wanted to extend for two extra nights, though work commitments meant we couldn't. They're already talking about coming back. The buffet has a really good range of options too. We will for sure be back again!

The bathrooms felt slightly more tired than when I last visited and could use an upgrade. Other than that, no complaints.

First and most important for me was the air-conditioning was not good since the room is big and the way they installed the ac in the corridor and the supply was not strong enough to cool the room The second most important is the Beach coming from other beaches this rate 5/10 since it’s so so windy rocky and I have seen ppl ere hurt cause of the rocks So the wave where 24/7 ( island of the wind) So if you are a pool person this would be the best for you if you are a beach person well up to you But I will definitely stay here again but not the whole trip

Het is niet echt heel erg geschikt voor kinderen. Wij zijn zelf weg gegaan een paar dagen eerder van het hele eiland af maar het had niet zoveel te maken met de accommodatie. Overal waar je loopt op dat eiland voel je je een wandelde geldmachine

Swietna lokalizacja, fantastycza obsluga zwlaszcza w recepcji. Zajeli sie wszystkimi naszymi rezerwacjami zarówno do restauracji, beach clubow jak i transportu. Zwłaszcza to ostatnie na Mykonos jest trudne do załatwienia. Staneli na wysokosci zadania!

Estrutura do hotel. Quarto excelente. Piscina com vista incrível. Recepção e funcionários do carrinho muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom. Praia ótima para nadar.

Atendimento do restaurante poderia ser melhor. Tive problemas recorrentes com a fechadura do quarto- porta não abria.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l’Anax avec notre fille de 5 ans. Le personnel était très accueillant et attentionné, avec une mention toute particulière pour le chauffeur sud-africain des buggys, toujours souriant, gentil et disponible pour nous conduire dans les différentes parties de l’hôtel. La vue est magnifique, surtout au moment du coucher du soleil. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé les piscines, le jacuzzi, le petit-déjeuner, ainsi que le confort de la chambre. Un très bel hôtel pour profiter de Mykonos en famille.

Le principal point négatif a été une mauvaise odeur dans les toilettes, probablement liée aux canalisations ou aux égouts. Par ailleurs, la plage privée est très belle, mais elle est assez difficile d’accès à la baignade à cause des nombreux rochers, surtout avec un jeune enfant.

Belle vue, hôtel propre et agréable visuellement. Le petit-déjeuner était très varié, copieux et vraiment bon. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié un membre du personnel, un monsieur aux cheveux gris qui conduisait les voiturettes de golf et nous accompagnait régulièrement jusqu’à notre chambre. Il était attentionné, souriant et serviable : c’est probablement la seule personne qui nous a réellement donné le sentiment d’être dans un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Le niveau de service est très loin de ce que l’on attend d’un véritable hôtel 5 étoiles et donne souvent l’impression d’un manque de personnel, d’organisation et de proactivité. Nous devions aller nous-mêmes chercher nos serviettes de plage dans une petite boutique pour ensuite les apporter à la piscine, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un établissement de cette catégorie. La même personne gérait également la boutique et devait mettre le hammam en marche à la demande. Il fallait ensuite attendre environ 30 minutes à une heure avant de pouvoir réellement l’utiliser. Le service à la piscine était très irrégulier : certains jours correct, d’autres fois nous devions pratiquement aller chercher les serveurs nous-mêmes pour pouvoir commander. Même expérience au restaurant, où nous avons dû nous lever pour trouver quelqu’un simplement afin d’obtenir de l’eau. La gestion du minibar et de la restauration était également étonnante. Un matin vers 9h30, lorsque nous avons appelé pour demander quelque chose pour le minibar, on nous a expliqué que la personne responsable ne commençait qu’à 10h. Un autre soir, on nous a répondu que la clé était détenue par une autre personne. Certains produits très basiques, notamment les chips, ont été indisponibles pendant plusieurs jours malgré plusieurs appels, et à une occasion personne ne nous a même rappelés. Un soir, nous avions très faim, aucune nourriture n’était disponible à l’hôtel et ils ne pouvaient même pas nous apporter quelque chose du minibar. La seule solution proposée par la réception a été de commander sur Wolt. Il n’y a d’ailleurs pas de room service disponible 24h/24, ce qui est particulièrement contraignant dans une destination comme Mykonos où les clients peuvent rentrer tard le soir. L’hôtel n’est pas adults only et peut être très bruyant. Il y avait beaucoup de familles avec enfants autour de la piscine et au restaurant.

The hotel is absolutely perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. You don’t need to rent a car, as you can get anywhere you need to go using the hotel’s own cars. You will feel special the moment you walk into the hotel. It would be very difficult to find a better hotel than this one. The cleanliness, food, facilities, service, and friendliness of the staff were all exceptional. We received so much more than we expected. I honestly recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will definitely be coming back!

Здається, ніби живеш на скелі із захоплюючою панорамою на морі, а всього за кілька хвилин можеш спуститися на свій затишний, практично дикий пляж із кришталево чистою водою. Це справді особлива атмосфера. Окремо хочу наголосити на сервісі. Нас заселили набагато раніше за офіційний час заїзду, що було дуже приємно після дороги. Нам надали чудовий номер з чудовим видом на Міконос. У всьому відчувається увага до деталей: вишуканий аромат у лобі та загальних зонах, бездоганна чистота, високий рівень сервісу та щире бажання зробити відпочинок гостей комфортним. Цей готель повністю виправдовує свою вартість. Тут справді розумієш, за що платиш. Із задоволенням повернувся б сюди знову і з упевненістю рекомендую його всім, хто шукає гарне, спокійне та по-справжньому якісне місце для відпочинку.

Las personas del restaurante también, y la encargada de asear las habitaciones muy pendiente de los detalles. Con esta es mi tercera vez en mikonos, y creo que la próxima repitiera el mismo hotel. A truly outstanding hotel that fully deserves its five-star rating. Every detail reflects quality and professionalism. We had a spacious, bright room that was cool, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and highly professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were personally welcomed and seen off by the owner, Eugenia, and we genuinely felt her warmth and hospitality. It is clear that she truly loves what she does, and that passion is reflected throughout the entire hotel. We especially enjoyed the restaurant and the spa massage. Compliments to the chef—every meal was excellent. This was already our second stay here, and we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

The concierge service is not nice. The lady seems only keen to sell you private tour or the transfer. When i ask for how to go city, or any restaurant around, there is no any input. I saw she want me to leave her desk already.

Quite a slope from the pool area to reception but the Hotel were very good about arranging constant shuttle services which really helped that become less of an issue.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and everything was amazing. The rooms were very clean and beautiful and the workers were very kind.

Location away from the Old Town and on a quiet West facing hill to capture amazing sunsets. Most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept on. Room was top drawer with every need catered for. Staff were brilliant and a big shout out to Costa and Alex who made us very welcome.

We stayed at Anax for 7 days a week ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It’s very hard to fault. Our room was a beach villa and we got lucky as we got the one with the most privacy, some were straight on the beachfront with people sunbathing in front which personally I wouldn’t have liked. Our room was perfect, huge, amazing jacuzzi, amazing balcony, spotless, incredible amenities, very comfy bed. Slept so well. The pool are is stunning, the views are stunning it’s such a haven from the hustle and bustle of mykonos. I think the main thing for us was the food. It was amazing. We had dinner in the hotel a few nights and I am so glad we did, everything was delicious, room service also was fabulous. The sea bass was spectacular. Also the cocktails were all delicious. Breakfast was also fab, one thing I would note is you can order hot food like an omelette but we were not told that so for most of our day we didn’t know and I wish we had been told because that’s something I wanted the entire stay. But it is an option and they are amazing too. Finally, I just wanted to make a note about the staff round the pool and in the breakfast, those guys running breakfast and delivering room service always smiling. Always kind. Always asking if they can do More and asking how you are. They really made this stay so much more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to literally anyone.

The hotel offers beautiful views, excellent swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, and a range of attractive facilities. The overall property is impressive and has great potential for a relaxing stay.

There are a few areas that could be improved. During breakfast, the service was entirely self-service. When I requested a glass of water, I was asked to collect it myself from the bar rather than having it brought to the table. Additionally, special requests outside the standard breakfast offerings could not be accommodated. The pillows were also unusually large and firm, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. With some improvements to guest service and bedding comfort, the overall experience could be significantly enhanced.

To był absolutnie wyjątkowy pobyt. Hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, a nawet je przewyższył. Obsługa jest niezwykle profesjonalna, uprzejma i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Każdy członek zespołu – od recepcji, przez obsługę restauracji, po personel przy basenie – dba o gości z ogromnym zaangażowaniem i sprawia, że można poczuć się naprawdę wyjątkowo. Hotel jest idealnym wyborem dla osób wymagających, które cenią najwyższą jakość obsługi oraz komfort wypoczynku. Śniadania są przepyszne, przygotowane z najwyższej jakości produktów, a świeżo wyciskany sok pomarańczowy to najlepszy, jaki piliśmy podczas pobytu w Grecji. Restauracja również zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie – stek był po prostu wyśmienity. Ogromnym atutem są przepiękne zachody słońca, które można podziwiać z hotelu, oraz wspaniała plaża z wygodnym zejściem do morza. Krystalicznie czysta woda zachwyca i sprawia, że chce się spędzać tam całe dnie. To miejsce, do którego z ogromną przyjemnością będziemy wracać i które z czystym sumieniem polecamy każdemu, kto szuka luksusowego wypoczynku na Mykonos.

The only thing I didn’t like is there was no blackout curtains, so with the sunrise you wake up immediately.

I love the Anax, the owner is so nice, she gave me a free snorkel, and my dad broke it, she gave me a new one free! It was €20 for the snorkel but she gave it to me free. The room was spacious with a good view depending where you are in the room, the pool for our room was good. The location is easy to get to from the airport, no steep dirt roads needed to get there! The atmosphere is just amazing, just like Mykonos should be! Love it there, highly recommend. Will come back

Alles, Petros, Ronaldo, Nikos und alle Kollegen sind top! Lärm durch ein schadhaftes Kugellager einer Schwimmbadpumpe wurde sofort abgestellt! Aussicht beim Frühstück und am Pool unschlagbar!

Die Badewannen sind sehr klein und deswegen nutzt man sie eher nicht, was schade ist.

We were awed at the location/view - pool hanging over the cliff and small beach below. Modern stylish boutique hotel with a focus on personal service delivered by a fantastic group of employees from the front desk to the waiters at the restaurant, pool, bar and room attendants. Breakfast buffet was wonderful - including the special coffees made by the artistic barista. Food was delicious- pool/bar menu for lunch till 19:00 and restaurant dining after 19:00. Everyone was always helpful and kind. Room was large - we had an ocean front suite with jacuzzi. Hot tub and lounge chairs on the private patio. Adult oriented hotel. Easy local frequent bus service into town, stop nearby - about a 15 minute trip €2.20 per person.

Would like a couple of “c” ports for electronic devices in room.

The breakfast is outstanding, with incredible variety and attention to detail. The hotel décor is stunning, with thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Most importantly, the staff radiate joy, and that energy creates an atmosphere that is both uplifting and deeply relaxing. We have loved every moment of our stay. A week of pure relaxation and luxury simply wasn’t enough, and we are already hoping to return at the end of the season for a long weekend. Your hotel and facilities are worth every penny. The breakfast is outstanding, with incredible variety and attention to detail. The hotel décor is stunning, with thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Most importantly, the staff radiate joy, and that energy creates an atmosphere that is both uplifting and deeply relaxing. We have loved every moment of our stay. A week of pure relaxation and luxury simply wasn't enough, and we are already hoping to return at the end of the season for a long weekend. Your hotel and facilities are worth every penny. We had an amazing stay at Anax Resort & Spa Mykonos. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and make our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mykonos. Thank you for such a great experience — we can’t wait to come back!
