From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive and always ready to help, making you feel truly welcome throughout your stay. Their kindness and personal approach create a wonderful atmosphere and turn the entire experience into something truly special and memorable. It is the kind of hospitality that stays with you long after you leave. A great selection of fresh, high-quality products. The freshly squeezed orange juice is excellent, and the Greek yoghurt with honey, granola and dried fruits from the self-service buffet is definitely worth trying.

This is purely a matter of personal taste and by no means intended as criticism. With such a beautiful pool and the stunning views over the sea, I personally feel that a relaxed Beach Club-style playlist would complement the setting and atmosphere even better than the current R&B selection. Something with a laid-back, summery Mediterranean vibe would, in my opinion, make an already wonderful poolside experience even more enjoyable.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau....bei der Paarmassage waren angrenzend im Schwimmbad die anwesenden Personen etwas laut....die Masseure haben dies zwar kundgetan, allerdings änderte sich nicht viel...aber wie erwähnt...jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Everything was amazing

What sets this hotel apart is the people. The customer service is exceptional, and the friendliness of the entire team, from reception to the restaurant staff, was consistent from the first to the last day. You feel looked after without ever being fussed over. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection and great quality. The rooms are beautiful, well designed and comfortable, and the overall infrastructure of the resort (pool area, spa, restaurants) is top notch.

Two small points: the gym could be a bit larger, and the daily housekeeping sticks to the essentials rather than a full refresh. Neither took anything away from our stay. All in all, an absolutely recommendable hotel. We will definitely be coming back.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the coastal view was splendid. The breakfast was high-end, varied, tasty, and well-served. I would definitely stay at the Amazon Resort on a future visit.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’hôtel Amazon est tout simplement incroyable, aussi beau que sur les photos, voire encore plus magnifique en réalité. La vue sur le coucher de soleil depuis l’hôtel est absolument fabuleuse, et le restaurant offre un panorama à couper le souffle. Le personnel est également exceptionnel : chaleureux, attentionné et toujours à l’écoute de nos demandes. Malgré le fait que nous ne parlions pas très bien anglais, ils ont toujours été patients, compréhensifs et ont fait leur maximum pour nous aider. Pour notre dernière nuit, nous avons eu la très belle surprise d’être surclassés dans la suite lune de miel. Ce geste nous a énormément touchés et a parfaitement conclu notre séjour. Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cet hôtel et nous n’avons absolument rien à redire. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est délicieux, avec énormément de choix et des produits de qualité. Habitués aux hôtels 5 étoiles, nous pouvons clairement dire que celui-ci fait partie de nos meilleures expériences. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Absolutely perfect. Without a doubt, the best vacation we have ever had. We arrived with our children and, before coming, we were a little worried that there might not be enough for them to do. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel turned out to be incredibly family-friendly, with plenty of options for the kids, and the entire team was wonderful with them. They were warm, attentive and genuinely made our children feel welcome and happy throughout the stay. The hotel itself is in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location, while still being conveniently close to the airport, the city, and beautiful organized beaches. The views are simply breathtaking. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. It is genuinely exceptional and, in our experience, among the best we have ever received. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, warm, and attentive. They made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our room was large, spacious, comfortable, and extremely pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, the hotel restaurant was genuinely very good, and the pool was absolutely perfect. Most importantly, there is a wonderful feeling throughout the entire property. You can feel that the team genuinely cares about their guests and wants them to have an amazing experience. We loved every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation. 10/10 does not feel like enough. Highly, highly recommended! ❤️

Absolutely nothing.

The sunset view from the room was incredible, couldn't have been better. The room was nice and clean. The hotel front of house staff were keen to organise things for you if you wanted. Taxis were readily available upon request. Breakfast was decent, lots of options to choose from and also went until 11am for late risers.

Mykonos is very commercial and so is this hotel - immediately upon arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade our room but for a price to be paid only in cash (notwithstanding that we were on honeymoon there, which went unacknowledged). For a hotel charging c. €600/night (after discount), this was a bit tasteless. We felt the value for money was a bit lacking in parts. The television was a basic television; no smart TV in the room. The shower did not seem to have a cold/lukewarm option, only various degrees of hot. When you placed a "do not disturb" sign on the door, the cleaners still cleaned immediately outside your room and banged their brooms against your door. We also had an incident with staff accidentally trying to bring other guests into our room and fully opening our door (though we did receive an apology call for this). Taxis that the hotel uses bring you to designated drop off points, rather than your specific requested location, which is possibly standard in Mykonos, but they don't tell you that in advance so we were left a 10 minute walk from our dinner reservation on our first night. After we left, the hotel specifically asked via WhatsApp for us to give a 10/10 review, which in hindsight made us think that some of the ratings are artificially elevated rather than organically driven.

Fantastic location with a beautiful panoramic view over the Aegean Sea at breakfast. The breakfast buffet is more than complete: no sad little corner with three croissants and a lonely slice of cheese, but a breakfast with genuinely something for everyone. Excellent coffee is served at your table by exceptionally polite and friendly staff. The hotel is built on quite a steep hillside, so walking back to your room can occasionally feel suspiciously like a small mountain stage. Fortunately, a golf cart with hotel staff regularly passes by and they are always happy to give you a lift. Convenient for us, basically an amusement park for our children. We had a spacious four-person room over two floors with a private pool, creative interior design, wonderful beds and, from upstairs, a beautiful view over the Aegean Sea. In the evening, hundreds of tiny lights come on in the pool, turning it into something of a starry sky. Completely unnecessary, of course, but exactly the kind of unnecessary luxury you get used to remarkably quickly on holiday. There are also rooms with an infinity pool with a glass edge, should a regular private pool suddenly start to feel a little too modest. Taxis to Mykonos Town are perfectly arranged and the manager keeps in touch via WhatsApp to make sure you are picked up again. The drivers have comfortable cars, are friendly, give useful tips and are always open to a good conversation. Two restaurant tips: Tokyo Joe, an excellent Japanese restaurant about 600 metres outside Mykonos Town. Take a taxi, because 600 metres without a proper pavement becomes a surprisingly different concept on Mykonos. In town, D’Angelo is also highly recommended. In short: stunning views, special rooms, an excellent breakfast and genuinely hospitable staff. A hotel you get dangerously used to.

There is honestly very little to criticise, but if one part could still catch up with the excellent level of the hotel, it would be dinner at the restaurant. The setting needs no help: every table has an unobstructed view over the Aegean Sea and sunset, while well-chosen lounge music creates exactly the right atmosphere. Mother Nature and the DJ have clearly done their homework. Prices are substantial, which is perfectly fine when everything on the plate plays in the same league. Our lamb and steak were excellent, as was the children’s pasta, and clearly above what you often encounter in Greek restaurants. The salad and dessert, however, seemed to have missed the creative meeting and didn’t quite match their price tags. The cocktails were very good, although they could arrive with a little more theatre. At these prices, a cocktail is allowed to dress up for dinner too. Dinner itself could also have more breathing space. In many Greek restaurants there seems to be an Olympic discipline called “how quickly can we get the next course on the table?” With this sunset and view, there is absolutely no reason to win it. The staff were friendly, but on our evening occasionally seemed more interested in each other than in the tables. Nothing dramatic, but when service elsewhere in the hotel is so attentive, you notice it. Finally, the €100 advance charge in case you don’t show up or cancel too late. I understand the reasoning and have no problem with it, but paying €100 to prove you genuinely intend to have dinner feels slightly less elegant than the rest of the hotel. Effective? Certainly. Chic? Perhaps not quite. These are small points in what was still a very enjoyable evening. The ingredients are all there: spectacular views, excellent main courses, good cocktails, great music and an Aegean sunset. With a little more creativity, attention and relaxation, the restaurant could easily match the excellent hotel around it.

first of all the location of this hotel is amazing. its on a quitter side of the island, 7 minute ride from Ornos beach which is a beautiful beach, not over expensive and like a swimming pool. you can swim there for hours! the hotel itself has such a serenity quite vibe with so many corners to chill in and relax. we loved it. was absolutely what we needed. Room was big and comfy. private pool was great, and the views from the balcony are the best.

spa treatments were OK but I would skip them- not value to money

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The property was immaculately clean, and the views from the main pool overlooking Agios Ioannis Bay were simply breathtaking. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to everything we wanted. One of our favourite touches was the pool lighting in the evenings, which created such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary buggy service was also a fantastic addition. As our room was located up the hill towards reception, the staff were always more than happy to drive us between our room and the main pool, making getting around effortless. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

There was honestly nothing not to like. If we could make one suggestion, it would be to offer an à la carte breakfast menu alongside the existing buffet. We think this would enhance the breakfast experience even further and add an extra touch of luxury.

Since we had a very early flight, the reception team kindly asked if we would like a breakfast box to take with us. The next morning they had thoughtfully prepared a delicious breakfast box with juice, toast, cake, and other treats, ensuring we didn’t start our journey on an empty stomach. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly reflects the exceptional hospitality of the hotel. We will definitely be back very soon. For us, Mykonos means Amazon Resort & Spa!

Amazon Mykonos Resort & Spa exceeded all our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Sunset Deluxe Sea View Suite with an Outdoor Heated Whirlpool. The suite featured a huge terrace, a private heated whirlpool, and breathtaking sea views. At this time of year, the sunset is directly in front of the hotel, making every evening truly unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary champagne at reception, which was a lovely touch. The staff were all young, energetic, and incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to help with anything we needed. We also loved how peaceful and uncrowded the hotel felt. Even at the end of June, we enjoyed a quiet and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The room also included a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules, as well as two bottles of water that were replenished daily. We rented an electric car, and parking was never an issue. There was plenty of free parking available, and the hotel also has an EV charging station. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mykonos.

Nothing affected our rating at all, but there are a couple of small areas for improvement. The breakfast could have been a bit more indulgent, perhaps with a wider selection of fresh croissants. Also, the water in the main pool was quite cold.

Everything exceeded our expectations, even though they were high from the beginning. Spectacular customer service, outstanding attention to detail, delicious breakfast options, beautiful and modern rooms, very comfortable bed. The staff was amazing, so very helpful and friendly, we truly felt welcome. When we arrived they checked us in a bit earlier and they even upgraded our room. The manager was very hands on and made sure everything went smoothly.

המיקום של המלון קצת מחוץ לאיזורי הבילוי אבל למי שמגיע עם רכב/אופנוע זה לא כל כך נורא 15-20 דק' ואתה מגיע לכל מקומות הבילוי.
