The breakfast are good, staff are friendly, room are clean and tidy, help us when we needed. They even help me to tie hair every morning😂 without charged. I really satisfied with their stay

Beach

Amazing view right out to the sea and great location close to the main walking street and right by the beach. Friendly staff as well that also helped us with pick-up and drop-off to the ferry. Very modern standard room and bathroom.

Breakfast was simple but it works for a hotel of this size.

Right on the beach, lovely view from the room and balcony was nice to sit on in the morning whilst having breakfast. The hotel is perfectly situated for admiring the beautiful sunrise and the boat taxis were right next to the hotel. Snorkling was amazing at the beach here.

The restocking of breakfast was slow but it was high season. The sunloungers were uncomfortable and dated

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat eine Renovierung notwendig.

Très bien situé avec un accès direct à la plage. La chambre est grande et propre mais la salle de bain un peu humide. Le personnel est gentil et souriant. Ils proposent du matériel de snorkeling et des kayaks à prix bas.

Le bruit! Des 7h du matin, les talkie-walkie du personnel résonnent dans l'allée centrale. De plus le petit déjeuner est servi sur des tables dans l'allée donc proche des chambres. On subit le bruit des autres résidents et par exemple les enfants qui crient dès le matin. Impossible donc de dormir le matin. Pas de parties communes. Le petit déjeuner était pas bon du tout, plats tièdes voir froids et pas assez de choix, seul point positif, la machine à café à volonté.

The toilet bidet sprayer and the shower head are worn out and heavily clogged with limescale, making them almost unusable in their current condition as all the openings are blocked.

Die Treppen war fürchterlich grauslich. Überall Vogelkacke. Das muss nicht sein. Zuviel Zubehör ist kaputt und manches ist sanierungsbedürftig.

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht.Es war sehr sehr laut morgens und abends.Teils von den Mittarbeiter,teils von den Gästen.

Funcionários eram uma simpatia, adorei. Boa localização, mesmo na sunrise beach. Transporte gratuito desde e para o terminal de barcos.

O quarto em si era ok, a casa de banho deixava muito a desejar. Quando se ligava a água do duche era um cheio a esgoto muito forte e a pressão do chuveiro era horrível. Além de que, não havendo cortinas no duche e com o chuveiro todo desengonçado, molhava toda a casa de banho. O pequeno almoço era aceitável e temos de comer em mesas ao sol ou então levar a comida para a própria varanda, não é muito confortável. Existem espreguiçadeiras velhas mas não existe muito espaço para estar junto à água

The location is stunning, you are steps away from the most beautiful beach in Koh Lipe. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They picked us up from the port and dropped us off for free when we left.

Small updates to the shower shelves and towel hanging racks to remove the rust would be a great improvement

Ottima struttura personale attento disponibile cordiale e sempre sorridente. Posizione buona sul lato sunrise vicina a tutto. Buona la colazione a buffet. Letto e cuscini comodissimi

Unica accortezza qualche lettino in spiaggia in più in proporzione al numero delle camere.

Petit déjeuner très moyen, le buffet (sans protection des mouches) étant dans la réception les tables réparties dans l'allée principale en plein soleil sans parasol...

Propreté de la salle de bain INACEPTABLE! Robinetterie et sol de douche vraiment très sale.l allée principale non entretenue vieux papier, vieux matériaux au sol. Très petit bord de plage, transats sales. Etc... J ai pris des photo...

La colazione è compresa ma non esiste una sala colazione. I tavoli dove puoi fare colazione sono sulla stradina di passaggio tra le camere e il mare. Spesso al sole che picchia forte già alle 8 del mattino.

L'extrême gentillesse du personnel. Merci à Nadia et toute l'équipe pour leur accueil. L'accès direct à la plage. Proche des commerces Notre chambre qui offrait une vue superbe sur la mer. Les navettes offertes par l'hôtel pour notre arrivée et notre retour au port.

Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas énormément de choix pour ce genre de resort. Mais c'est un détail ☺️

Super Lage Gutes Frühstück alles da was in Asien üblich ist Freundlich absolut Etwas laut durch die Boote am Strand ist aber überall auf der Insel gleich ein wenig laufen dann erreicht man jeden anderen Strand unnötig noch eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen absolut 👍

Tolle Lage an einem superschönen Strand. Zimmer ansprechend und sauber

Wir waren hier nur eine Nacht und hatten das Zimmer direkt gegenüber der Rezeption, was dann halt sehr laut war.

Die Unterkunft liegt zwar am Meer, aber der ganze Strandabschnitt ist mit Taxibooten voll. Man muss zwischen diesen höllisch lauten Booten hindurch um schwimmen gehen zu können. Der totale Irrsinn.

Die sanitär Anlagen sind ungepflegt.

On the beach, close to Walking street! Staff were amazing, upgraded our room, even gave us a lift to our next resort!

The bed is the most comfortable I have EVER slept in, felt like soft clouds. Right on the beach, large terrace, very nice outdoor seating area. Staff are very friendly, good shower, nice toiletries, good location not far from walking street.

Very windy from the beach but not really the hotels fault, lack of sunbeds for all guests, breakfast is average as not much option and it is all cold. The price is very high.

The view from the room was stunning.

The breakfast set up was strange. You were encouraged to take it to your room or eat in a walkway on some tables. No proper seated area. Over priced on the site. As we had to extend our stay and was offered it for half the price.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lange am Sunrise Beach. Unser Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber schon eher in die Jahre gekommen.

Im Zimmer fehlt ein zusätzlicher Spiegel. Das Bad ist innenliegend und schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Armaturen sind verrostet und lose und der kleine Duschkopf kaum nutzbar. Es gibt nur wenige eigene Strandliegen. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber etwas mehr Auswahl wäre wünschenswert. Für das, was man hier insgesamt bekommt, ist der Preis mE zu hoch (auch wenn es auf Koh Lipe generell teurer ist).

L’emplacement est top, le personnel très souriant et le service de navette était très arrangeant.

Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas optimum, c’est un établissement très cher. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très léger, vu le prix de la nuit il devrait être meilleur. Les chambre côté mer sont très mal isolées… on entend tout, impossible de dormir après 8h du matin.

Beliggenheten er perfekt. Rett ved stranda, og kort til gågata. Hotellet ligger i et rolig strøk så ikke noe bråk. Fine rom, god frokost og utrolig hyggelig personalet.

I did not like the boy that what on the arrivall and the departure because there are a scheme to transpass a private proprety to go to the transfer (near the ferry) and it is 10 baths. Is not for the money is because it is a scheme. He did this whith everybody, so at the end of tge day this scheme are very productive.

The rooms are organised along two blocks facing each other, set quite close to one another. It can feel a bit oppressive and not very private

Excellent!! Everything was perfect; the room and the view were heavenly. They even provide a beach bag with towels for guests. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel arranged complimentary port transfers, and we loved the free coffee and hot chocolate. All the staff were wonderful, but a special mention goes to the girl at reception. She was the highlight of our trip—so kind, helpful, and always cheerful. I forgot to get her name, but thank you so much for everything!

Plage presque inexistante devant l'hôtel à marée haute, peu de transat en plus délabré, petit déjeuner pas terrible positionné dans le lobby sans table, d'où l'obligation de se le ramener sur son balcon. Pas pratique du tout. Type de bâtiment en U étroit donc les chambres se font face à face, peu d'intimité. Beaucoup trop cher pour ses prestations. Il y a mieux sur l'île.

The property is in a good location, perfect to catch the sunrise. The upper floor room was clean with good aircon. The bed was comfortable. The staff is wonderful.

The room furniture is dated with scuffs, tears, pleather. The bathroom shower needs a serious decalc. The sink drain backs up and smells. The water is sometimes brown. Breakfast is simple but the coffee machine’s coffee is terrible.

Located on the beach. Transport from pier to hotel on arrival.

Location is a little out the way depending on where you are interested in.
