The property was conveniently located on the island, rooms were clean and had everything you need. Beautiful beach metres away. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was closed at the time of our stay but we knew this when booking. Which was not a problem as the place next door had a fantastic restaurant. And the property was easy walking distances to other restaurants and the main walking street.

We had a wonderful stay at the bungalows. They were very clean and only a short walk from the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Really loved the bungalow and having two different spaces with the upstairs and downstairs rooms. The beach is beautiful and really good spot for snorkeling at the reef on this actual beach 2 minute walk from the bungalow! Staff really friendly, bungalow clean, big comfortable beds. I really enjoyed my weekend away, very relaxing and exactly what I needed.

Las habitaciones ( en el caso de la que use) se podrian modernizar, la puerta del baño estaba rota.

Location on Sunrise Beach. However, island is so small you could walk there from most places very easily. Receptionist was friendly. Air con was efficient.

The room was awful. It was the most expensive room we have stayed in in 5 weeks in Thailand and easily the worst. It wasn’t clean. The bathroom tiles were cracked, the fittings were rusty. The water out of the shower smelt bad. The mattress was soft, lumpy and lop sided. Desperately in need of renovation. There were bigger bungalows available but I didn’t see inside any of those.

The place was perfect! and the lunch was so good. View and location absolutely perfect. A great experience. Room was great and it was super easy to find.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Sunrise Beach. Definitiv der schönste und ruhigste Strand, wenn man keine Lust auf Partytouris hat. Trotzdem alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich. Gutes Frühstück, nicht das klassische Buffet, sondern man kann aus verschiedenen Optionen wählen und bekommt das frisch zubereitet. Das Zimmer war schön, mit ausreichend Ablageflächen, großem Bad und sehr bequemem Bett. Die Bungalows werden tagsüber sehr heiß, aber die AC hat sehr schnell runtergekühlt. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ubicación excelente: a solo 5 minutos de Walking Street, en primera línea de playa y prácticamente en el centro de Sunrise Beach. La cabaña superior estaba muy bien cuidada, con una ducha que tenía agua caliente y muy buena presión. Las camas, cómodas sin destacar especialmente. También ofrecen servicio de tuk-tuk al puerto, y es muy probable que puedan recogerte a la llegada si lo solicitas con antelación, lo cual se agradece mucho.

La única pega sería que está todo lleno de long tails, pero por la mañana cuando salen todas las playa se queda casi vacía

Wir waren das zweite Mal und mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Zur Walkingstreeet sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Strand liegt vor einem. Haben uns an 3 Nachmittagen vom Resort ein Longtailboot gemietet und sind auf unbewohnte Inseln geschippert. Der Skipper kannte die schönsten Plätze. Preis 1.800 Baht. Frühstück ist ausreichend - wir waren aber auch in der Walkingstreet.. Koh Lipe ist kein Ort - es ist ein Lebensgefühl.. Wer Perfektion erwartet, ist hier falsch.

Dass der wunderschöne Strand vor dem Resort mit geparkten Booten voll gestellt ist.

Nice location. I hope the other bungalows are better than what I had. Some of them look like it, at least. Breakfasts was good. Relaxed feeling over the whole area.

Dirty sheets, damp and moldy smell from the aircon, sewage smell when turning on the shower. The drain looks like it’s just drilled through the wall/floor in the corner of the room. Looks like paper have been used to patch up holes in the wall og the bathroom. Resturant closes at 18. I ended up leaving early, to stay somewhere else. It could have been worse, but I expected better for a 3 star hotell.

Detalles cutres, todos los alojamientos de la isla ofrecen servicio para traerte del muelle y ellos no, no te dejan tener 2 llaves del bungalow aunque fuésemos 3 personas.

The location is absolutely perfect, direct at the Beach. We had the 2-floor family bungalow in the front row, so that couldn't be better. The room was clean, had an A/C, small fridge and kettle. They also have a fair priced laundry service. Actually everything we needed for a perfect time. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they even organized our transport when we had to leave.

1. The breakfast in the restaurant is really quite simple, with few options to choose from, portions are ok, but not enough for a hungry teenager. The restaurant staff doesn't seem to be very motivated. Also, behind the restaurant, there is a lot of trash, just left there. I would remove it. 2. The Hotel is perfectly located, so of course it's not the cheapest option on the island. It was sad to see that in the bungalow, instead of nice and stylish furniture, they used plastic shoe racks instead of shelves. I would invest a little bit in stylish quality furniture

This was a fantastic place to stay. Lovely comfortable bungalow metres away from the beach. This is on the more quiet side of the island but only minutes from Walking Street which suited us perfectly. Mas the Reception Manager was superb. She was so supportive and helpful in every way and her command of English was so useful. Thank you Mas for your amazing customer service. We also took two separate snorkelling days organised by the resort. These were great days and fully recommend them.

Apart from Mas and one lady in the cafe no English was spoken by any of the staff. The WiFi was very poor. This was blamed on being on an island but elsewhere and talking to other people staying elsewhere they didn’t have our issues. We had to use our phone data.

Litet familjedrivet ställe med bungalows av olika slag med restaurang precis vid stranden. I vår bungalow var bäddsoffan bäddad åt vår 5-åring redan när vi kom. Fyra frukostalternativ som lagas på beställning, vi fick jättefin hjälp med något att äta åt vårt barn. Lugnt och stillsamt på kvällar och nätter.

Egentligen inget, det enda kanske är att restaurangen stänger klockan 18. Men det finns ju gott om ställen precis intill.

Небольшой отель непосредственно на пляже Sunrise из отдельно стоящих домиков: 4 маленьких более старых домика и несколько более новых, побольше размером. Мы жили в старом и маленьком ( комната 14м2). Территория — довольно зеленая аллея с цветущими плумериями и домиками вдоль нее. Аллея с домиками упирается в здание кафе, где организовывают завтрак. Ни один из домиков не имеет вида на море, но на территории тихо, вечером приятно посидеть на веранде или прямо у моря, полюбоваться звездами. Возле домиков емкость с водой и ковшиком, чтобы смыть песок с ног. У каждого домика небольшая веранда с креслами, столиком и сушилкой для полотенец. В номере есть холодильник, небольшой сейф, диванчик, удобная кровать, с хорошими подушками ,чайник, столик, зеркало. Полотенец достаточно, пляжные полотенца можно менять самим возле рецепции. Убирались , если повесить табличку с просьбой убраться, хорошо, ставили по 2 бутылочки воды и даже поменяли белье 1 раз и меняли все полотенца каждый раз при уборке. На пирс при выезде доставили на трицикле бесплатно, правда позже выяснилось, что точек отправления на одном и том же главном пляже 2, мы этого не знали и приехали. Уда куда пришел наш паром из Лангкави. Прошли все процедуры на выезд, сдали багаж, прошли границу и при начале посадки выяснилось, что наш ваучер на билеты не оплачен и нам надо оплатить поездку. В общем пришлось платить, и ругать Trip.com, и только потом мы поняли в чем была ошибка, мы приехали не на тот пирс. Никто нам ничего не сказал, никто не проверил что за ваучер на билеты, ну, в общем и мы лоханулись, и местным было не интересно что то нам подсказать. Покупайте билеты заново, переиграть уже было невозможно, т. к. граница пройдена и впереди вылет с Лангкави домой. Пишу только для того, чтоб другие знали, что пунктов отправления паромов на главном пляже острова есть 2.

Очень старый домик, везде щели, комаров много. В номере стоит огромный баллон спрея от комаров ( д. в. это цеперметрин— на кожу его не наносят, только попрыскать вокруг веранды). Есть фумигатор в номере. Ремонт там не делали очень давно, очень страшненький внутренний вид, но мы не за дизайном сюда конечно, но все же. Сантехника старая, старая, но нагреватель для воды работает, хоть напор воды очень слабый. Кафель в ванной комнате очень скользкий, особенно учитывая уклон для стока воды от душа. Раковина на высоте груди почему то. Уровень пола в этом помещении ниже уровня пола см на 20—25, надо шагать осторожно, особенно ночью. Вода желтая, пахнет неприятно, в другом отеле на Ко Липе вода была лучше, зубы ею чистили, а тут не стали. Самое неприятное — в номере 1!!!розетка и в нее воткнут холодильник. Есть раздолбанный удлинитель на 3 розетки, т. е. вилку от холодильника туда , фумигатор и остается 1 свободная розетка под все, но и она такая , что ничего в ней не держится. В общем, пошла жаловаться, удлинитель поменяли на такой же, только новый, но тем хоть можно было пользоваться. Белье меняли , оно стираное, но все пятнами, ну тоже не так уж это большая проблема. Пляж напротив отеля — много лодок, утром сильный отлив. Мы ходили в правую сторону пляжа там где отель ‘10 Moons’ , там хорошо, есть тень, но лодки есть везде, надо быть осторожным, ну или купаться там где есть отгороженное буйками местечко. Своих лежаков у отеля нет. У нас было размещение без завтрака, мы 1 раз поели в кафе от отеля (250 бат стоимость) , нам не очень понравилось и мы продолжили ходить на завтрак в наш предыдущий отель Ricci , где был приличный шведский стол, хороший кофе из машины и цена 200 б за 1 чел.

Kambariai turėtų būti valomi kasdien, bet taip nėra. Keistai paliekamas tik vienas ritinėlis tualetinio popieriaus, ir jai pritrūksta- turi eiti prašyti. Absurdas, kad jei nori naudotis plaukų džuovintuvu- 300 bahtų už 1 dieną.

L’emplacement proche du centre, calme et cadre agréable. A 10min de marche de l’arrivée du bateau, à 15min de la plage de Northern point très belle.

Clim un peu capricieuse mais elle fonctionne.

La plage n'a rien a voir avec les photos, elle est minuscule et rempli de bateaux. Le restaurant ferme à 18h, aucun transat dispo sur la plage. Petit déjeuné tres léger pour 150 baths. Niveau chambre, elle est bien, sauf la douche, vétuste ++++. La clim fait énormément de bruit. Au niveau personnel cela dépendait des personnes... A nos yeux, très cher pour ce que c'est et pour 3 étoiles.

La struttura è formata da una fila d bungalow in mezzo a piante ombrose e fiorite e finisce con un ristorante per colazioni e pranzi direttamente sul mare. È tutto molto pulito sia le camere che il giardino dove il personale passa in continuazione , la camera basica ma comoda letto comodissimo con doppio cuscino. Il portico dispone di sedie e tavolino dove si può anche fare colazione , all interno della camera a disposizione bollitore e bustine di te e caffè più una bottiglia di acqua a persone ogni giorno.

Un po lunghi i tempi per la colazione ma se non si devono fare escursioni o partire i non importa. Peccato il poco spazio sulla spiaggia davanti dove è quasi impossibile stendersi ma pochi passi più avanti c è una delle più belle spiaggette dell isola

The facilities are well located, right next to the beach and to the main street and walkable street. The bungalows offer a terrace, which is convenient to relax under some shade or enjoy the rain while staying dry! The receptionist offered free taxi to the pier, which was greatly appreciated.

The bungalow we got was a "budget with A/C" one. While it provided an ok place to stay for 3 days, we were very disappointed by its interior which is very old and requires a lot of maintenance. The bathroom was the worst, but it was clean. We normally love a firm bed mattress, but this was next level! It was like sleeping on a rock. Upon our arrival, we had lunch at the Coco Bungalow restaurant and my husband got sick for 2 days. All that to say, we unfortunately can't say it was good value for money, at $100 CAD per night, in Thailand.

Die Terrasse war ganz nett.

Die Lage am mit longtail booten, die den ganzen Tag krach machen, vom diesel Gestank ganz zu schweigen. Der Strand und das Wasser vor der Unterkunft ist nicht zu nutzen. Wasser dreckig und geschätzt 300 longtail boote vor der ase. Der Weg zum Ort ist so eklig! Es stinkt und ist total vermüllt. Die Bungalows sind sehr alt und schlecht in stand. Habe knapp 100 Euro die Nacht bezahlt. 20 wären angemessen gewesen! Die ganze Insel ist total überlaufen und vermüllt. Bis auf die Strand Seite im Norden ist es kein Vergnügen!!!

L’accoglienza pessima anche la mattina alla colazione, le ragazze sempre scortesi e non sorridenti La colazione sarebbe dovuta iniziare alle 07:30, ma alle 07:45 non era mai pronto e le ragazze si stavano truccando e pettinando 😅 e guai a interromperle Stanza sporca, mai pulita e ci siamo lamentati più volte durante il soggiorno, anche dimostrando la sporcizia con le foto, ma ovviamente se ne sono fregati

Die Lage ist super, ganz nah zum Strand, schnell bei den Geschäften und alles war sehr ruhig. Man hat schön die Vögel gehört. Die eigene Terrasse habe ich sehr oft genutzt. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Das Bad war sehr alt.

Franchement pas grand chose

Emplacement: On a choisi cet hôtel pour être en front de mer mais franchement impossible de se baigner au niveau de la plage car il y a tout les bateaux qui se garent devant. Il faut marcher au moins 10 min avant d’avoir une belle plage. Donc complément inutile La chambre : catastrophique. Un nid à moustiques. Des cadavres de moustiques partout sur les murs qu’ils n’ont même pas pris la peine de nettoyer entre chaque client. Taches douteuses sur les draps. La sdb date de la préhistoire et des remontées d’odeur d’égout dès lors que vous faites couler l’eau de la douche. Ça empeste !! La Clim est placée juste devant le lit donc je vous explique pas le mal de tête au bout de 5 min. On a fini par l’éteindre. Personnel : le pire pour la fin. Nous avons l’habitude de laisser nos clés à la réception le matin avant de partir pour éviter de s’encombrer à la plage et de les perdre. Je vous laisse deviner notre surprise le soir à notre retour en voyant la réception fermée (elle ferme à 18h). Nous avons chercher partout devant notre bungalow avec un espoir qu’elle nous ai déposer les clés, mais non rien. Aucun numéro de téléphone non plus. On est alors parti voir un voisin qui a eu la gentillesse d’appeler la dame de la réception. Elle arrive au bout de 20 min et nous lance clairement les clés d’une manière agressive, sans bonsoir sans pardon sans rien !! Elle se frottait les yeux avec les mains pour nous faire comprendre qu’on l’avait réveillé pardon mais on y peut rien (c’était 20h, pas non plus 4h du matin). Mon époux s’est quand même excuse pour le dérangement mais elle n’a même pas répondu. Elle nous a très mal regardé et est parti. Bref je ne vous recommande pas du tout, surtout pour le prix y’a rien qui va. Autant prendre un hôtel moins cher au centre de l’île est marcher 5 min pour avoir une belle plage.

Everything! Great location (perfect swimming beach), lovely staff, clean and nice rooms and good food at the restaurant. Location is great, easy access to walking street and great fish down the main road. Decent breakfast. Noting there are not lounge chairs at this property on the beach (sitting chairs available and great for sunrise watching or shady beers in the afternoon).

È un posto che consiglio perché tranquillo, rilassante ma allo stesso tempo a 2 passi dalla walking street. Si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge dell'isola a piedi. Le camere sono spaziose come i bagni, asciugamani mare giornalieri puliti, possibilità di farsi lavare i vestiti ad un prezzo onesto. C'è il bar/ristorante del resort che chiude alle 18, non preoccupatevi, a 2 minuti a piedi troverete il mondo😬 Ragazze al ristorante e addette alle pulizie sempre sorridenti, un ringraziamento particolare alla receptionist Matt gentilissima e disponibile da subito 🩵 See you soon Lipe!🫂

Camere un po' datate ma pulite alla perfezione!

The staff were a bit salty at first, which unfortunately seems to be unavoidable during peak season in Thailand. But they were nice later on. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were OK.

Die Unterkunft ist am schönsten Strand von Koh Lipe. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Das Restaurant welches zum Resort dazu gehört hat jeden Abend bereits im 18.00 Uhr geschlossen. Im Zimmer hatte es extrem viele Mücken, die Türe war open kaputt.

very nice location close to all nicest beaches on island - we did zodiac beach and 10moons beach both close by. Bed was large and very comfortable. Provided some mosquito stuff to get rid of them. Overall good value for money. we did not take breakfast as long as it cost 250B pp what we ate outside much better for half price. Beach towels were great addition

bungalows were nice from outside but bathroom was quite old and dirty. it really needs renovation at least of bathroom or deep cleaning. I would use staff to do a bit more than just brushing the main walk. Enterance to the resort would be done different way
