Stuff very kind and smile always and helpfully Specifically stuff gayathri

I loved the reception staff and the comfort inside the room. The bed was very comfortable and the washroom was very good sized.

The parking was very limited due to weekend but there was a very big open land in the front, can be used instead.

Amenities, location, ease of access.

Club noise reaching at 9th floor easily. Disturbing at night while sleeping.

Location, price, excellent service, brilliant Internet connectivity Was allowed in room early and given late check out

Breakfast was ok but nothing special

Great location, clean and sizable rooms

Probably not advisable for families due to the many night outlets in the hotel

The hotel' s general area was clean, and the staff were so welcoming

I didn't like the sound isolation of the room as I could hear the next room conversation and the breakfast was so bad..(very bad)

Excellent service from Roche. Such a wonderful and professional Receptionist. Her way of handling guests is extremely wow. Specialist for customer service. The most important thing is her smile 😊. Such a good hotel. I will recommend it to anyone to stay..

Nothing

Clean large room, comfortable bed, clean linen and lovely large bathroom towels. The bathroom was nicely renovated. Selected a room at the highest floor at the end of the building (recommended) for peace and quiet - no disturbances.

Everything, from the facility to the staff, special thanks to Lorine

I had an excellent experience at Arman Hotel. From the very first day of my stay, Mr. Mohammed Subhan provided outstanding service and made sure everything was taken care of professionally and efficiently. One of the main reasons I always choose to stay at Arman Hotel is because of Mr. Mohammed Subhan. He consistently goes above and beyond to help guests and ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His dedication, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly make a difference. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Mohammed Subhan for his exceptional hospitality and support. He is a great asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend Arman Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Breakfast variety can be increased, options were very limited. Also taste of the food was average.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a truly memorable experience! I felt completely at home thanks to the warm and welcoming service provided by the entire staff. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff’s dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Team members, like Akhil, are incredibly friendly and attentive to every guest’s needs. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that each visitor has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is lovely, with clean, well-appointed rooms and great amenities. Every aspect of my stay was fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with a focus on guest satisfaction. You’ll appreciate the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This was my second stay at this hotel in Bahrain, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. Returning for a second visit was an easy decision because of the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed, the Guest Relations Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. His attention to guests and willingness to help truly make a difference and create a welcoming environment. I would also like to recognize Roche at the reception desk for being friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and every interaction was handled with a smile and great professionalism. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the exceptional hospitality of the staff is what makes it stand out. My second visit was just as enjoyable as the first, and I look forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bahrain.

Ease of reaching and the amenities around

Very friendly staff especially at the front desk Ms. Roche was extremely helpful

Loved the pool, the spa and the gym. Breakfast was good and convenient. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating every time we needed something. There was plenty of parking as well.

Maybe the lobby & elevators could use some renovation. They weren’t bad just a looked a little outdated.
