Christima Residence

Good value for money and great location. Great pool. Large spacious apartment. Good for a short stay.

Bathroom had a bad smell but they did clean it again after I asked. The stove top didn’t work and the microwave didn’t have anywhere to plug in.

Fabulous two-bed apartment - it was huge, well maintained and the beds were very comfy! Great air-con. Washing machine and drying rack available to use which was very welcome! Beautiful pool and lawn area which was a great size. Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Well located in Negombo for the beach, restaurants, shops etc They arranged a van back to the airport at a very reasonable price and also a late check- out which was also at a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Konumunu cok sevdim

Apartament, obsługa, lokalizacja

Śniadania smaczne, ale trochę małe 😊

Great place to relax 1 night before flight. Huge apartment great pool , staff helpful in everything we needed arranging taxi to airport.

The pool was great and staff were lovely…they organised a taxi collection from the airport which was awesome as it was after midnight. Great spot, quiet tucked out the way, basic but had everything we needed and the washing machine was great

Heel fijn zwembad.

Pool was maintained well. The entire villa was very clean. Overall it is a good place for family.

They can improve on the breakfast options

Comfortable Quiet Friendly staff Nice pool Arrived in middle of the night and at our request the hotel arranged for a driver to pick us up from airport. Good communication when planning this via message prior to our arrival

Calm oasis after a long flight. Lovely pool and sweet staff.

Near airport, easily accessible by Pickme app. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Nice pool.

Location, close to beach strip. Owners were very nice and arranged many things for us. Good value for money.

Aanrader!!

They were very welcoming and tried their best to make everything perfect

The location was good-a bit off the busy road so less traffic noise, but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Lovely big swimming pool to enjoy after a humid day out and units are spacious with effective air-conditioning.

The kitchen was under supplied with plates and bowls, but we could request some from the staff. If you're having breakfast I would definitely recommend the Sri Lankan choice above the more traditional cooked breakfast.

Great location, easier to stay in Negombo rather than going to Colombo, accommodation was basic, but clean

Friendly staff, big and clean apartment, lovely pool by the side , generous breakfast, close to the beach. I spent two nights here with my two kids (8 & 11) and we all loved it!! top choice in Negombo

Great staff, super friendly! Rooms are a great size. Clean and comfortable.

Big rooms, which are in an apartment style - great for groups or families. Rooms are clean and have Air-con. WiFi available in rooms. Had a good size swimming pool, unfortunately didn't have time to use it. Approximately 20mins from the airport depending on the traffic. Walking distance from the beach and shops.

Bathrooms are fine, but could do with a bit of an update. WiFi only available in rooms only.

The room was very big over looking the pool, plenty of space in the kitchen area and lounge, the 3 ladies were very helpfiul ,the swimming pool is also big and set in a peaceful area.i also had a late check out at no extra cost,i recommend christima residence great hotel

Everything was perfect

Staff were very friendly and arranged a late checkout for a great price. The room was very clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning in all rooms. Would stay again.

Wonderful Women running the hotel. Had a lot to do with Jeannette and Madu both super friendly and happy people added to that very helpful. Clean spacious apartment good beds. All in all great

The bathrooms are ok but need to be renovated

Helpfull staff Clean pool Large apartment with quality beds Walking distance to the beach

We chose to stay in Negombo rather than Colombo due to a late arrival and easier proximity to the Int'l airport. It was a good choice as the transport was easy and the location was nicer than an equivalent price in Colombo. We were able to walk to the beach area (approx 400m) for a morning stroll on the beach and coffee. Breakfast was included and was pleaseant and sufficient for our family needs (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We had some time to spend in the pool which was well maintained and pleasant. The host/owner was friendly and provided some local advice as well. Overall a good short stay of two nights.

There was nothing specific we didn't like about the accomodation. We could have perhaps chosen somewhere closer to the main Negombo town area or the beach but that would have been more costly.

We only stayed for one night, but we would have loved to stay longer. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable, and the pool is an added bonus. A wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

Central and very clean. Mosquito fry inside. Good value for family travel.

Friendly personnel and owner, huge rooms, clean.

Everything was correct and neat

Very warm welcome.. extraordinary CheckIn Service, Great breakfast

It's clean and comfortable, quiet surroundings and a close walk to shops and restaurants.

Wasn't really anything to complain about

Super locatie!

Clean, small friendly hotel.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, mooi zwembad,

A hidden gem. Lovely property, great pool, friendly staff. Nothing fancy but good value. Clean and comfortable.

First impression was a bit disappointing but once inside the gate and settled the stay was nice. Linens were clean but towels were limited to one per person and no mat after a shower.

Location. The pool looked nice. Breakfast. Friendly staff.

Very basic. Nothing on the walls. Not very ‘homely’.

Location, mosquito net

Bit basic and had to carry luggage up several floors as no lift. Bathroom and room were outdated, but fine for one night.

Ruim appartement, groot zwembad, locatie, meerdere airco’s in appartement

Enigszins gedateerd (wat vies douchegordijn en koelkast)

Nice swimming pool . Close to restaurants and 20 minutes to airport.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamers, heerlijk zwembad, lekker ontbijt

Zimmer gross/Bad geoss, schöner grosser & sauberer Pool, Personal freundlich

Rustige plek, heerlijk zwembad ( warm bad)

Communicatie rondom 2e kamer verliep onhandig.

Colazione molto buona. Piscina grande ed estremamente curata. Posizione ottima vicina a supermercati, ristoranti e spiaggia.

Comfortable room, great pool and close to all amenities. Staff and Owners were amazing. Went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful little hotel. It has a gorgeous pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Spacious clean rooms with swimming pool in a good location

Everything. Spacious apartment w kitchen...and lovely pool. I wish we had booked tbis for longer!!

Very few plugs in the room...a minor problem...considering everything else!!

We had the two bedroom apartment. It was beautiful. Very spacious. The shower had hot water! Lovely pool and lawn area.
