Check in Prozess dauert Ewigkeiten, sehr enge und schwer nutzbare Parkplätze, Espresso hat nichts mit Italien zu tun

Sehr leckeres Frühstück! Shampoo und Seife sehr angenehm, angenehmer Geruch im Zimmer, Möglichkeit Fahrrad zu laden und zu reinigen. Wasserkocher im Zimmer, Mülltrennung wird ernst genommen, Parkplätze vorhanden.

Die Zimmertür hat einen deutlichen Spalt zum Rahmen und die Geräusche vom Flur waren deutlich zu hören. Auch schade, dass die Zwischentür vom Eingang zu den Zimmern meist offen stand, so dass die Gespräche im Bereich der Rezeption im Zimmer zu hören waren. Auf dem Schreibtisch war eigentlich kaum Platz mehr eigene Sachen abzustellen.

Pokoje ładnie urządzone, dobrze wyposażone oraz czyste. W łazience prze pięknie pachnące ekologiczne płyny. Śniadanie pyszne z bardzo dużym wyborem świeżych i dobrych lokalnych produktów. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut

Seit vielen Jahren machen wir Zwischenstop im Bonapace und mögen es sehr. Mittlerweile lassen die Matratzen etwas nach und im Bad gehen die Silikonfugen dahin ( entweder mal Intensivreinigung der Fugen oder Erneuerung nötig)

Seit Jahren sind wir immer wieder gerne im Bonapace. Sehr ruhige.Lage und doch nicht weit zum Zentrum. Diverse Parkmöglichkeiten im bzw. am Hotel. Toller Whirpool incl. Sonnenliegen auf der Dachterrasse.

Etwas beengte Sitzmöglichkeiten im Frühstücksraum.

Die Lage, das Ökologische Konzept

Schade, dass im Oktober schon der Whirlpool zu ist. Die Wallbox in der Tiefgarage war nicht funktionsfähig.

Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig aber trotzdem nicht weit ins Zentrum. Gutes Frühstück.

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, tolles Ambiente, perfektes leckeres Frühstück. Das Hotelkonzept hat uns sehr beeindruckt und begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊😎

Hier gibt es keine negativen Punkte.

Zimmerausstattung war okay. Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohngebiet, daher war es sehr ruhig. Es gab einen Fahrradraum, wo wir unsere Räder sicher abstellen konnten.

Although the room was quite small, it was cosy, nicely decorated and very functional. There was a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers, pleasant lighting and thoughtful decoration. It was also a nice touch to have a sun lounger on the balcony. The TV offered Italian and German channels. A kettle and cups were provided in the room, which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with everything fresh and good quality. The selection was the same every day, but there was enough variety to choose from, both sweet and savoury: scrambled eggs, dairy products, cold cuts, soft- and hard-boiled eggs, yoghurts, good-quality bread, mini waffles, pancakes, cereals, nuts, fruit and vegetables. The coffee was excellent. We also really appreciated the dispenser with freshly filtered water in the lobby. It was a great and environmentally friendly option for refilling our own bottles before heading out. The liquid soaps in the bathrooms smelled absolutely wonderful — such a lovely little detail! Another great advantage was the possibility of activating a discount card for various local attractions and public transport. The card can be activated at reception, which was very convenient and made exploring the area easier and more affordable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The lack of a mini fridge in the room was quite inconvenient. The staff kindly allowed us to store things in the hotel refrigerator, which we really appreciated, but having to ask for our things every time we wanted to take something out or put something back was rather inconvenient. During the summer, especially in hot weather, having access to a fridge for things like yoghurt or drinks would make a big difference. A foldable drying rack in the room would also be very useful. There is a small rail on the balcony, but there isn't really enough space to hang towels or clothes after a day at the beach. We really like the hotel's eco-friendly approach — reducing plastic, electricity, chemicals and water consumption is a great idea, and we definitely appreciated it. At the same time, considering that the hotel promotes itself so strongly as an eco-friendly property and there are other sustainable solutions available, such as solar panels, we feel that a small fridge or a basic set of plates and cutlery in the room should not necessarily conflict with that philosophy. These small additions would make guests' stays much more comfortable without undermining the hotel's environmental values.

Kleines Hotel mit schönem Zimmer + Balkon, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, ruhig und doch zentral.

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Tolles Frühstück und sehr schöne Zimmer, es gibt außerdem eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ortszentrum wo es sehr viele nette Lokale gibt.

Parkplatz war für unseren Campingbus etwas eng, aber es hat dann alles super geklappt.

Das Hotel liegt recht gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten sogar 1/2 Stunde früher frühstücken damit wir unseren Bus zur Rückfahrt gut erreichen konnten.

Bei längerem Aufenthalt kein Wellnessbereich vorhanden.

Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng und für größere Autos schlecht geeignet.

Sauber, zweckmäßig, ruhig - trotzdem nur 5min zu Fuß ins Zentrum, gute Klimatisierung, gute Schalldämmung zu den angrenzenden Zimmern (nicht selbstverständlich im Süden!), Frühstück gut, sicher abgeschlossener Radkeller, Für einen Kurzurlaub alles da, was man benötigt

Parkplätze recht eng für große Autos. Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein, für kürzeren Aufenthalt aber OK

A very nice budget hotel in Torbole. Everything was perfect, thank you very much.

Hotel is small and very eco oriented with facile possibility to separate garbage. Rooms are quite generous and clean, so does also the bathroom. Breakfast was good and with a various selection, coffee very good. The lady at the reception was very helpful and speaking German but also English very well.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Strand und zum Ortszenrum von Torbole und ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet einzig ein Kühlschrank wäre nicht schlecht. Gleich ums Eck gibt es auch das Restaurant, Pizzeria Villa Emma das sehr zu Empfehlen ist. Für unsere Motorräder war eine Garage vorhanden was uns sehr gefallen hat. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden

A late arrangement as I was meeting a motorcycle tour and trying to book in to their hotel was a mission, so thankfully I found this one. I my opinion a much better proposition, The hotel is a short walk from the centre and as a result there was no traffic noise from the busy centre, clean comfortable with great staff Unfortunately I had to leave early so did not get a chance for breakfast but I did see it all being set up and it looked good On site parking

schönes sauberes Zimmer mit für uns sehr bequemen Betten mit festeren Matratzen. Wasserspender für gratis Trinkwasser. Fahrradgarage vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Gute Lage, in ein paar Min. zu Fuss an der Seepromenade. Kann ich weiterempfehlen!

Il parcheggio non è sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti A fine agosto abbiamo avuto la fortuna che l'hotel non era al completo. Anche i parcheggi liberi vicino all'hotel sono difficili da trovare in piena stagione. Un problema per molti hotel e appartamenti della zona
