Great location, beautiful decor and lovely bathroom products.

My bedroom was facing the inner courtyard, so there was no view

Clean, great shower, wonderful pillows, good breakast, amazing staff. The director who oversaw everything was very kind, sending me off with a cafe. Other occasions I was offered cucumber infused water.

It was close to Gare du Nord. Morning staff was nice.

Check in was underwhelming. Bathroom is not practical, no shelving, room was very tight for 3 people and there was no lift access to the room especially when we chose the hotel because of lift access.

Das ganze ist sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Bettwäsche ist richtig schön. Das Frühstück ist auch super – für den Preis wirklich lobenswert.

kamer was toch wat kleiner en donkerder dan de foto's lieten uitschijnen. Poging tot modernisering van hotel maar je blijft het oude gebouw voelen en hier-en-daar zien

Très joli petit hôtel . La décoration est sympa, le personnel adorable. Evidement, on est à Paris, les chambres sont petites. Néanmoins, elle n'était pas minuscule non plus. Le personnel est adorable.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu trop simple. Pas d'œufs brouillés, pas de bacon...et le personnel du petit déjeuner était parfois surmené. mais toujours hyper gentil.

Es war nicht gut geputzt. Schimmel in der Dusche, abgeplatzt Toilettenbrille, fleckige Hocker. Auch das Treppenhaus war total in die Jahre gekommen mit Flecken an der wand etc. Sehr enttäuschendes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. sieht definitiv nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern leider.

Pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre le soir et le matin et aucune prise en compte du désagrément. Moquette dans la chambre et le couloir. Espace petit déjeuner très étroit.

Excellent location, very good service and a genuinely good breakfast with quality products. The area felt safe and having Gare du Nord just a few minutes away was a huge advantage, giving us easy access to practically anywhere in Paris and beyond. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay. It is worth visiting.

A small refrigerator for basic necessities would have been very useful. The bathroom and shower could also be a little more spacious, and some additional space or hooks for hanging clothes would make the room more practical and comfortable.

Tout était parfait pour une nuitée. Demande d'une chambre au calme côté cour qui a été respectée. Tout était très bien ! Chambre propre et accueil agréable et professionnel.

駅ちかで便利。酷暑のパリでしたが、エアコンが完備されており快適であった。 朝食は、一般的なフランスの形式で美味しかった。パンと、ハムと、卵と、チーズと、ヨーグルト、グラノーラ。コーヒーや紅茶が飲み放題のビュッフェスタイル。

Great and very clean hotel! The rooms are very tidy, nice interior, with large bathroom for Paris standards ! The hotel also has a small but convenient elevator which is very helpful. Overall the location is good, very close to Gare du Nord if you travel for work and have to visit Parc Des Exposition. The hotel is at a main boulevard with many bus stops around it. There’s a small but nice breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful.

During breakfast you have to boil the eggs you want yourself. We found it arrange and not convenient, but I guess the hotel has some reason behind it.

Rooms are tiniest. Bathrooms even more so. But that’s also usual Paris hotel rooms.

Very close to Gare de Nord, and a lovely room. Good value for its comfort and handy location. The room’s decor is a lot ‘simpler’ and basic than it comes across in the photos but fine nevertheless.

The warm greeting I received on arrival. My room was delightful and looked onto a leafy street. The windows opened. Glorious. Breakfast was tailored and of high standard.

Good location. The place seems nice, there’s a nice smell when you enter and the staff is kind and helpful.

The room was very dirty. We had our cat with us and obviously she was curious, putting her nose in every corner, everywhere was full of dust.

Great location close to Gare du Nord, small but clean and comfortable room. Helpful service of leaving luggage there after check out until our later Eurostar.

In- en uitchecken ging goed, bagage-opslag was fijne service, dichtbij Gare du Nord.

Erg kleine kamer, kort bed, gehorig (enorm drukke straat), kamer met twee aparte bedden gereserveerd maar die was niet beschikbaar waardoor we classic kamer kregen. De kamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Die Lage am Gare de L'est ist perfekt, man kann mit der Metro, mit Bussen und auch zu Fuss alles gut erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war klein, aber schön designed. Frühstück für 12 € konnte man optional dazu buchen.

Es gab in dem Zimmer keine Sitzgelegenheit und keinen Tisch.

The staff at the property were excellent and could not do more to help. The location was good.

We had a room at ground floor right on the street which meant we were essentially stuck in a dark room and no natural light if we wanted privacy. We did mention to staff who offered to change our room for the final night but there wasn’t much point in repacking everything for 1 night. The room also had stairs in which were very steep and the shower was so small that even I struggled to shower in it and I’m 157cm. The shower tray also flooded each time you showered.

We loved the location and the beautiful view from our balcony. The hotel was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The staff were very efficient, friendly and welcoming.

We liked everything. It was good value for money.

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Paris Est oder Paris Nord erreichen will. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und hat schon gestaltete Zimmer, die über eine Klimaanlage verfügen.

Die Klimaanlage ist eher laut, die Strasse trotz geschlossenen Fenster auch nicht zu überhören. Dies ist aber eher ein Eindruck aus einer der sehr heissen Nächte im August

The highlight of the stay is the staff! The reception people and special thanks to Centha, the breakfast gentleman and the cleaning team. They are all very helpful and friendly. The check in was very quick. The breakfast was good (fresh fruits, boiled eggs, cheese and cold meats, fresh bread and croissants/pain au chocolat, tea, coffee, juice, milk and almond milk). The room and bathroom were always clean. The shower pressure is very good. The a/c is good in Paris heat but apparently it’s centrally controlled. Alla in all, it was good value for money. The location is also good.

We had booked this hotel for its reviews and elevator availability. However, beware that the triple rooms are only accessible by some long and narrow stairs. The reception team helped us at check-in/checkout tho. The triple room can benefit from a renovation.

The location was very convenient, as the hotel was close to the central train station. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

The room and bathroom were very small, and the bathroom door was difficult to close. There was considerable street noise, especially ambulance sirens. Breakfast was very basic, and the lift was small. Overall, the hotel felt quite congested and was not worth the price paid.

De locatie is uitstekend. Ondanks de centrale ligging was het er rustig en stil, waardoor we een heerlijke nachtrust hebben gehad.

De badkamer is relatief klein en biedt beperkte bewegingsruimte.

It was clean and was a duplex

The bathrooms were tiny, there was no long mirror. The ground floor room was big but the stairs were too narrow and risky with kids. Also the view isn’t great from inside.

Location wasn’t great, nothing really to do in Lecco , lots of construction near by. There were a lot of house and pool rules, and constraints on when you could use the pool. Pool water didn’t feel that clean - we left 2 days early

The property looked clean and inviting the bed was comfortable and the room design was a plus.

The room had a strange, moldy smell and the air con had no clear instructions how to turn off. There was also a 100 euro holding fee that you got back at the end of your stay. I found it excessive for a 3 star accommodation that l was only staying at from 11pm-8am.

The air conditioning worked perfectly on a hot evening after a week of other european hotels that claimed to have aircon and did not. Great location near the station. Lift is tiny and up a few steps but much better than carrying bags up flights of stairs. Really helpful staff too.

I arrived in the morning and could sit in the hotel to work while the room was not ready yet, I was even offered a coffee and it was a very warm welcome by the governess. The hotel was easy to find, good location for a quick work trip to Paris, near public transportation.

Bardzo ładny hotel. Czyściutki pokój i łazienka, bardzo wygodne łóżko i wygodne poduszki. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu i jest cicha. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany oraz były wymieniane ręczniki. Personel bardzo miły, wszyscy pracownicy hotelu - na recepcji, w sali śniadaniowej, Panie i Panowie sprzątający pokój zawsze się uśmiechali. Pyszne śniadanie, urozmaicone i dobra kawa.

Może okolica, trochę bezdomnych i trochę brudno. Ale nie czułyśmy niebezpieczeństwa, nawet wracając po zmroku.

Checkin was repeatedly postponed. It was supposed to be at 1400 and wound up at 1830, kind of ruined that afternoon.
