Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage des Hotels.. Sauberkeit. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich

Zimmer relativ klein. Aufzug hielt nicht in jeder Etage, sondern nur zwischen 2 und 3, so dass man trotz Aufzug Treppen laufen musste.

Posizione ottima, colazione buona

Camera molto piccola e non ben pulita, struttura disorganizzata (fino a tardo pomeriggio si trovavano nei corridoi i vassoi con cibo avanzato e i contenitori di biancheria sporca). Inoltre siamo arrivati dopo l’orario previsto per il check-in ma la nostra camera (e quella di molti altri clienti) non era pronta e il receptionist non ha saputo dirci quanto avremmo dovuto aspettare.

Mir haben die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, das Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels gefallen.

Zunächst bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit einer defekten Klimaanlage zugewiesen, obwohl es draußen +30 Grad waren. Wir mussten erneut zur Rezeption gehen, um die Situation zu erklären … das hat Zeit und Nerven gekostet.

Fabulous little boutique hotel. Rooms are small but very clean. Delicious breakfast served by friendly & courteous staff. 7 min walk to Gare du Nord station and 3 minute walk to Gare du L'est station.

Le quartier est proche des gares, il y a les avantages et les inconvénients de fréquentation, pas grand sentiment de sécurité mais c’est la 2eme fois que nous y allons et on y retournera probablement

Superbe chambre avec un lit très confortable. L'emplacement est parfait, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la gare de l'Est. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, d'autant que le petit-déjeuner est bien complet. Je recommande vivement !

Expensive for what you get

The room was large and the bed comfortable. Good shower. Easy walking distance from the train station.

The room seemed to be halfway between floors, so when getting in or out of the lift, you had to walk down/up narrow stairs with the suitcase.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage war perfekt, da man in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof ist. Das macht das Hotel besonders für Ausflüge und die Anreise mit dem Zug super praktisch.Das Frühstück war ausreichend und bot eine solide Basis für den Start in den Tag. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal höflich. Fazit: Für einen Städtetrip oder eine Durchreise dank der tollen Lage absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Gare est ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig. Das sehr gut sanierte Bad und die Zimmereinrichtung sind zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und in guter Qualität.

Von unserer Seite besteht kein Grund zur Kritik.

The rooms were well organized and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast, and the location was excellent, with easy access to the main railway station and major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower.

Неплохой небольшой отель для транзитной остановки рядом с Восточным вокзалом. В номере чисто, есть чайник, небольшой холодильник. Две бутылочки воды бесплатно.

Есть ступеньки, если вы с тяжелыми чемоданами. Район неблагоприятный, поэтому отель больше подходит для транзита, если приезжаете или отправляетесь с Восточного вокзала.

Great location near gare du Nord and gare de l’Est, and a great starting point to go venture our exploring Paris. good beds and acclimatized rooms, clean and modern bathroom.

Breakfast room is quite small and was serviced by only one staff member so we had to wait quite a while to be seated.

Very comfortable room with a large comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing - a great range of options. AC in the room was most welcome.

Anecdote j’étais sorti acheter le petit déjeuner donc en passant je dis bonjour à l’accueil et à une femme qui était là ( elle travail dans l’établissement je ne sais juste pas son poste bref) au retour je repasse sans dire bonjour et je me prend un «BONJOUR !» en mode tu passe et tu dis pas bonjour donc je lui dis «que j’ai déjà dis bonjour en passant ya quelque minutes de ça» et elle va demander la confirmation à son collègue qui était à l’accueil 😒 fin bref trop culotté pour ma par ça m’a saoulé. Mais sinon rien d’alarmant

Sa situation géographique toute proche de la gare de l’Est. La décoration de la chambre, la salle du petit déjeuner très belle et accueillante ainsi que le petit déjeuner en lui-même avec un buffet très varié, difficile de ne pas y trouver ce que l’on aime. Le rapport qualité prix et enfin, le personnel très agréable et sympathique.

Petit bémol sur les nuisances dues au métro mais ce point était parfaitement mentionné dans le descriptif de l’hôtel. Je le savais.

I was happy with it.

The hotel was smart compared with many alternatives in the local area. It was obviously well maintained and looked after. 5 mins walk to Gare Du L’Est Train Station and Metro. Good bus links also. Approx 10 mins walk from Gare Du Nord so convenient.

While the hotel is nice, it’s in a slightly less welcoming part of town. Groups of men smoking and drinking outside neighbouring bars. The staff were friendly when engaged but otherwise just left you to come and go. Our biggest gripe was that our check in was delayed by 4.5hrs because the room wasn’t ready, and even then it needed another clean and restock of pillows etc. That said, after that first blip the housekeeping was impeccable.

En la primera habitacion que me dieron las sabanas estaban sucias pero me lo solucionaron rapidamente; al ser un edificio antiguo el ascensor se para en plantas intermedias y tienes que subir o bajar las estrechas escaleras.

La chambre n’était pas propre . Cheveux sur l’oreiller, dans les draps et dans la salle de bains, draps sales (non changés). Le jeune homme devait faire le nécessaire pour régler ça pendant que je sortais pour dîner et rien n’avait été fait à mon retour. J’ai dû changer les draps avec la jeune femme qui lui avait succéder. Aucune compensation commerciale sur le prix de la nuit. Un établissement à rayer de la liste.

Proximité de la Gare de Nord. Chambre et salle de bain propres et confortables, pas de nuisances sonores, bagagerie utile lors de notre arrivée avant l'heure du check-in. Localisation juste derrière le marché couvert alimentaire où l'on peut manger à tous moments de la journée. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux, beau buffet. Arrivée à toute heure.

Manque de propreté de l'ascenseur et du WC commun dans la cage d'escalier (WC près de la salle à manger des petits-déjeuners). Tenez compte que l'ascenseur ne désert que des demi-étages: des marches sont obligatoirement à monter ou à descendre pour accéder à la chambre.

Friendly welcome and helpful staff, good breakfast, good location for Paris Gare du Nord Nd Gare l'est. Really comfy bed and comfortable room with kettle and fridge.

Not much of a view but good location for trains and lots of eating options. May have felt a little uncomfortable coming back after dark if travelling solo but it was fine and quiet at night.

Perfect little room with everything you need including a fridge and kettle (but unfortunately no cups). Sockets by the bed, nice shower room and air-conditioning. Comfortable bed. Extremely well located for the Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est and, unlike many hotels near railway stations in big cities, it had a pleasant, family feel about it.

Everything was really good, but I suppose a minor quibble might be that the selection of food at breakfast wasn’t as good as some other hotels in similar price bracket but it was perfectly adequate.

For the price we paid, we were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed one night after arriving from the Eurostar station, seeking something nearby for the evening. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality, cleanliness, and helpful staff. It met our needs perfectly. I found the rooms clean and well decorated, with efficient use of space.

Original et bien placé. Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Un problème pour récupérer le Doudou de mon petit-fils ( importance pour l’enfant qui l’avait depuis sa naissance). Quelques jours après, nous pensons réellement l’ avoir oublié dans la chambre. Ne semblent pas s’être donné les moyens de vérifier ou ils l’ont jeté. Dommage de finir sur cette note car c’est un hôtel que nous apprécions particulièrement.

Mooie ruime en nette kamer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaampersoneel. Hotel was goed te vinden via Google maps en op kleine loopafstand van het station.

Er was eigenlijk niet echt iets wat tegenviel. Paar kleine dingen die opvielen en eventueel makkelijk aangepast kunnen worden. De douchekop hing heel erg laag en kon ook niet hoger versteld worden, waardoor we de sproeier er af moesten halen en ons moesten afspoelen. Misschien een stang ophangen, waardoor die hoger zit. Bij het ontbijt stonden er niet overal bordjes bij wat het was en als het er wel stond was het in het Frans. Hierdoor had ik de eerste ochtend een rauw ei op mijn bord. Het opklapbed bij ons op de kamer voor mijn dochter was heel instabiel en wiebelig. Misschien vervangen door een iets stevigere (opklap)bed.

Wie immer hervorragend – meine erste Wahl in Paris! ​Ich bin Stammgast in diesem Hotel und wurde auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt! Die Lage zwischen den zwei Bahnhöfen ist schlichtweg fantastisch und unschlagbar praktisch. ​Als ich wegen Weiterreiseproblemen spontan noch eine Nacht dranhängen wollte, war leider alles ausgebucht – sehr schade für mich, aber es zeigt nur, wie beliebt und gut dieses Haus ist. ​Wie immer alles perfekt. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Un hotel à 5min à pied de la gare de l'Est et du coup du métro, franchement top. Du coup quartier animé avec de un large choix de restaurant. La chambre spacieuse et très clean. la partie SDB un peu étroite mais pour un séjour de 2 nuits largement suffisant. Le petit déjeuner était très bon également

Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof war es angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber und in einem guten Zustand, die Betten bequem und breit genug für zwei Personen. Praktisch war auch der späte Checkout bis 12 Uhr.

Das gechlorte Pariser Wasser ist halt gewöhnungsbedürftig. In einem anderen Hotel in Paris gab es deshalb einen kostenlosen Trinkwasserspender, hier aber nicht. Das wäre noch eine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

The stay was pretty nice! We e had everything we needed, even 2 free water bottles and free tea and coffee. The location is amazing too. Clean, fresh sheets. Fresh towels every day. Shampoo and shower gel were provided as well. AND THEY HAD ACTUAL WORKING AIR CONDITIONER AND A LIFT.

It is in the most convenient location, within a few minutes’ walk to both Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord. The staff are efficient and eager to help. My room in the attic is nice, air-con very strong during the summer heatwave. Bed, room and bathroom all well-equipped and decent-sized. Breakfast included but rather simple
