la stanza è molto grande e molto spaziosa e ti danno sempre due capsule per il caffe..è comodo parcheggiare

il bagno non ha la tenda e quindi tendeva tutto ad allagarsi non solo il bagno ma anche il resto della stanza..con il rischio di scivolare.

It was really clean and in a great location. Easy access to the local beach and restaurants. Walking distance to Chania Venetian port and old town. Big balcony with view across rooftops to the mountains. Easy parking on street outside. Pool was great for a cool dip. Coffee & tea making facilities provided.

Bathroom sink area was open plan. Our navigation took us to back street whereas reception is on main street.

The hospitality was excellent, just couldn't do enough, so helpful and explained everything from how the buses run to where to eat. The hotel was so clean and comfortable, I just can't fault anything

The second bedroom would have benefitted from air conditioning I would say and the hair dryer and iron needed replacing as they were not clean.

Erittäin siisti hotelli, palvelu pelasi todella hyvin. Mukava henkilökunta, joka huolehti koko majoituksen ajan meistä. Siivouksesta pidettiin koko ajan huolta ja kaikki tarvittavat keittiövälineet löytyivät huoneesta. Rauhallisella alueella, minimarket ja ravintoloita löytyy lyhyen matkan päästä.

Ei ollut mitään ruokaa/snackiä ostettavissa.

L’emplacement excentré et l’environnement, odeurs d’eau stagnante, accueil relativement froid, absence d’articles de toilettes, absence de commerces à proximité immédiate, mal insonorisé.

Staff were amazing, from reception to the housekeeping team. Great facilities, complimentary coffee and access to cold drinks by the pool for an extra charge. Cleanliness is exceptional. The room was spacious, had a kitchenette, big terrace and ensuite. The pool was clean and great to cool down. Location is perfect - about 20 min walk from the old town but 2 nice beaches just 5 min walk from the apartments and loads of food options and supermarkets nearby

Ειχαμε ενα πολυ θερμο καλωσορισμα , το περιβαλλον ηταν πολυ φιλοξενο ,το μερος ηταν φανταστικο , η πισινα υπεροχη , ο χωρος καθαρος , το δωματιο πολυ μοντερνο και ομορφο και η εξυπηρετηση ηταν αριστη .

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ze dachten mee, gaven tips en waren heel open. Nadat ons transport vanuit Santorini vertraging had, waren ze erg meelevend en hebben ze ons zelf in de nacht ontvangen. Er werd elke dag schoongemaakt.

Onderhoud van de meubels in de kamer kan beter. De vriezer kon niet open, omdat de koelkast deur niet ver open kon door de ingebouwde keuken. Deur bij het toilet maakte veel herrie.

Obiekt w spokojnej okolicy. Czysty, zadbany, z bardzo sympatyczną obsługą. Mały basen i leżaki - jeśli ktoś nie lubi plaży. W pobliżu jest świetna lokalna restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem, kawiarnia, małe sklepy oraz niedaleko restauracje z bogatym menu - co kto woli. Blisko do czystej piaszczysto-kamienistej plaży z możliwością wynajęcia leżaków pod parasolem. Można spacerować wzdłuż plaży.

Hotel znajduje się przy drodze, bardzo słuchać pojazdy, zwłaszcza motorynki.

Everything, the staff were all wonderful and always happy to see us and help with anything.The accommodation was beautiful too gorgeous decor and comfy bed.

It is a long walk to the Old City but if you want a beach stay it is perfect and away from the crowds.

The location was great about a 20 min walk to the old town and a short walk to the beach. The pool area was lovely and a nice area to chill, the staff were amazing. I would definitely stay again and recommend to stay.

The balcony was big it was it shame it didn’t have sun lounges provided on it! Apart from that everything was great.

The staff is very friendly and forthcoming. The property is beautiful and located in a prime area for walking to the beach and into Old Town. We had a lovely time.

Perhaps a more comfortable sofa in the living room as well as better cooking facilities. Other than that it was all good.

The hotel was ideally placed, a stones throw away from the beach and a great range of restaurants but still very quiet. Chania town is just a 15 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly, our room was kept clean and overall the hotel was very quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most days.

The wifi was patchy in our room but perfect outside - I think it must be better in some rooms than others.

We stayed in the delux room on the ground floor at the front of the hotel. It has a large private terrace overlooking the pool. The staff and owner are helpful if you need anything. The location is perfectly placed, 20 minutes walk into Chania along the sea front and its town beaches. Or 15 minutes walk in the opposite direction to the lovely long sandy ‘Golden Beach’. Bus stops are close by. Restaurants, cafes and bakeries just around the corner. The best and most genuine restaurant in our opinion is the one on the corner, almost right next to the hotel. What’s not to like ?

La zona de la piscina está muy bien y la habitación con cocina está bien.

El horario de la piscina en verano es un poco escaso. Los apartamentos que son para 2 cuando vas 3 se quedan un poco escasos de sitio. Faltan mosquiteras ya que hay muchos mosquitos y el personal de limpieza cuando hace la habitación deja todo abierto, lo que facilita que entren más mosquitos.

We found very kind people at the property, ready to help us with anything we needed. The pool was really nice and clean. We had sea view from our balcony, which was a nice touch for drinking our coffee in the morning. The access to the beach was 10 mins away. Also, close to the property we found supermarkets, pastry and brunch places. The location was great - 20 mins walking to get to the old town.

Safe and secure apartment building in great location near beach and lovely walk into Chania old town along beach past many great restaurants and bars. Beautiful pool with loungers. Stunning apartment building and decor inside. Has small lift for luggage. Our 1 bedroom apartment was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Long balcony with table and chairs and space to hang washing. It was heaven for us after the stress of cancelled flights.

Room I initially booked with a balcony on last floor had no operating air conditioning. After discussion with the staff, they found a solution and I moved to another room. They have been helpful keen to help

Dårlig internett. Lite skapplass til å pakke ut, lite hyller og kun 6 kleshengere til 2 personer. Ingen sted å oppbevare kofferten (bortsett fra utslått på gulvet p.g.a. ingen steder å legge klærne).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le personnel est disponible et agréable ! L’hôtel est très propre avec tout à disposition. La localisation par rapport au centre ville est parfaite tout à 15-20 min de marche de la vieille ville. Il y a tout à proximité un supermarché, un snack de gyros délicieux, un restaurant.

Il n’y a pas de parking mais cela n’est pas très grave car il y a des places disponibles juste à côté de l’hôtel .

Le personnel a été super du début à la fin ! À l’écoute, toujours là pour répondre à vos questions. Je recommande fortement cet établissement !

Emplacement parfait, proche du centre ville à 2 pas de la mer sans compter le petit restaurant au coin de la rue qui est excellent. Le personnel est adorable, la propreté irréprochable. Le plus un complexe de quelques appartements ce qui rend l'endroit beaucoup plus calme que les grands complexes hôteliers.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und hat uns super Ausflugstipps in der Umgebung empfohlen. Auch beim Mietwagen mieten haben sie uns unterstützt. Alles was man braucht in laufnähe. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Großer Balkon und Kaffee und Tee sind den ganzen Tag umsonst verfügbar. Sowie ein Getränkekühlschrank an dem man sich etwas für eine kleine Gebühr entnehmen kann. Die kleine küchennische ist auch super sich mal einen kleinen Snack zuzubereiten.

Derzeit in nebenan eine Baustelle, man muss aber sagen, dass der Lärm erträglich gewesen ist. Die Tür zum WC ist nicht ganz dicht zu schließen gewesen, aber das ist in Griechenland soweit ich die Erfahrung gemacht habe, üblich. Das sind aber auch nur kleine Anmerkungen, in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam en meedenkend. Super schone kamer. Elke dag schone handdoeken en een opgeruimde kamer. Rustige omgeving maar alles bij de hand, supermarkt, bakker en binnen 10 minuten in een straat vol restaurants. Met 20 minuten lopen was je in the old town of Chania.

Bij het douche werd de vloer bij de toilet erg nat en er was geen trekker aanwezig, klein minpuntje

Hotel ma dwa typy pokoi - city i sea - stąd nazwa. Warto dopłacić za te z widokiem na morze bo jeśli weźmiesz najtańszą opcję to dostaniesz widok na ścianę lub dach z solarami i rurami. Na plus codziennie rano ciepła kawa przy recepcji, codzienne sprzątanie, wygodne łóżka, kawa w pokoju.

Nam się trafił niestety pokój city, co pokazuje mi jak trzeba oglądać te wszystkie oferty. Z początku mieliśmy widok jedynie na ścianę, ale udało się w połowie wyjazdu zmienić na wyższe piętro i pomiędzy solarami i rurami dachu był widok na morze. Hotel na pewno dużo lepiej wygląda na zdjęciach, są one bardzo podrasowane, a w rzeczywistości pokoje są najtańszej jakości. Niestety mocno to widać, wszystko słychać przez drzwi, meble są bardzo mocno delikatne. Basen mógłby być podgrzewany.

Der Zugang mit Zimmerkarte auf das Hotelgrundstück ist praktisch und gibt Außenstehende keinen Zutritt. Kostenloser Kaffee dauerhaft im Empfangsbereich. Gekühlte Getränke kann man sich nehmen und beim checkout bar bezahlen. Nettes Personal. Busverbindung in 200m nach Chania. Saubere Unterkunft. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel immer bekommen. Frühstücksrestaurant empfohlen bekommen, was auch gut war und nicht weit entfernt ( Beloni). Gelungener Aufenthalt!!! Danke!!! 4 schöne Tage!!!

Das Bad ist sehr klein. Trockentücher in der Küche wären gut. Strand ist sehr kieselig( was aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat) Eine schmale Liege auf dem langen Balkon wäre noch schön gewesen. Poolbereich ist zwar nett gestaltet, aber wer sich dort gerne länger aufhält, sollte wissen, dass es wirklich sehr klein ist . Außenbeleuchtung auf Balkon konnten wir nicht ausschalten ( oder nicht gefunden :) )

We had the deluxe room which was perfect. A lovely outdoor area to relax outside. Room was comfortable and spacious. The location suited us well with restaurants around the corner and local shop. Room was also cleaned every day and polite staff.

The room was a little dark with no natural light.

Good location, close to the beach <1 minute and other beaches within easy walking distance. 20 minute walk to Chania old town along the coast, lots of restaurants near nearby.
