Everything was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Twice we received little pastry treats from reception. Which was so nice and unexpected. The apartment was spotless and cleaned for us twice a week during our two week stay. Loved our time there. Would defo recommend these apartments and would stay here again if we come back to Chania.

Une qualité de prestations rarement égalée. Personnel très professionnel et prévenant. Piscine très belle et bien entretenue. Nous avons passé une semaine particulièrement agréable dans cet hébergement et le recommandons malgré la distance jusqu'à la plage et le cetre-ville.

Si faut dire quelque chose un peu loin du centre de la Canée mais ça n'était pas un problème pour nous après voilà il faut savoir il y a environ 30 min de marche pour se rendre au port. Le stationnement, le soir surtout est compliqué.

Le logement etait excellent, l’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, tres fonctionnel. La piscine est tres grande L’établissement n’est pas loin de la cannee une navette gratuite a 5 min a pied de l’hotel vius ammene directement dans le centre

Super séjour dans ce bel et grand appartement. Confortable, calme, bien équipé, grands balcons, magnifique piscine avec transats. Check-in et check-out en autonomie et facile (si réception fermée). Parking dans la rue. Arrêt du bus électrique à 5-10 minutes de marche pour se rendre au centre de La Canée.

Spędziliśmy rodzinnie (4 osoby)dwa i pół tygodnia w Apartamencie. Świetny apartament, lśniący czystością i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Do tego basen, w którym można było skryć się przed upałem. W takich warunkach można zostać na stałe. Panie sprzątające dbające o każdy szczegół. Po prostu rewelacja.

Апартаменты нам очень понравились. В них было абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: полностью оборудованная кухня с бытовой техникой и посудой, две ванные комнаты, очень удобная кровать, на которой мы прекрасно высыпались, а также огромный балкон, где было приятно проводить время. На территории есть небольшой, но очень чистый бассейн. В целом к самим апартаментам у нас не возникло ни единого замечания — всё было продумано, чисто, удобно и действительно на высоком уровне.

К сожалению, расположение апартаментов стало для нас главным недостатком. Район оказался очень запущенным: вокруг много грязи, заброшенных, недостроенных и полуразрушенных зданий, из-за чего окружающая обстановка оставляет неприятное впечатление. До моря идти примерно 20 минут, но путь проходит по совсем не живописным улицам. До центра города также около 20–30 минут пешком, причем значительная часть маршрута проходит вдоль оживленной дороги. Во многих местах тротуары отсутствуют, а там, где они есть, они нередко заставлены припаркованными автомобилями, перекрыты столбами или другими препятствиями. Из-за этого прогулки были некомфортными и даже местами неудобными. Именно расположение апартаментов стало для нас самым большим разочарованием и заметно испортило общее впечатление от отдыха. Очень жаль, что такие современные, чистые и прекрасно оборудованные апартаменты находятся в настолько запущенной части города.

Great location to the Old Town and beaches

Very modern spacious apartment that we stayed in. Very clean and comfortable.

Bit of a walk to the old town for some I would think especially in the hot weather as it’s just over a mile or so and the pavements are dodgy. The pool area is really nice and generally quiet but it was noticeable that some people left little bits of rubbish behind that didn’t seem to get removed.

Het appartement was heel ruim en zeer netjes. Alle kamers waren van airco voorzien. Alles was voorzien in de keuken: een croquemachine, toaster, waterkoker, voldoende glazen, bestek en alle materiaal wat je nodig hebt in de keuken. Ook voldoende afwasblokjes en afwasmiddel en wasmiddel voor de wasmachine. Meestal moet je hiervoor nog naar de winkel. Er stonden ook al 2 flessen water fris in de frigo. Het personeel was super vriendelijk, ze hielpen ons zeer snel verder en gaven goede tips. Het zwembad was heel netjes onderhouden, je kan er voldoende ligbedden vinden en het was er altijd rustig. Eén keer in de week werd het appartement gepoetst en van nieuwe lakens en handdoeken voorzien. Deze service was een leuk extraatje. Voor onze auto was er altijd voldoende parking. Vlakbij heb je ook een parking met busstation waar je elke dag gratis de bus kan nemen naar Chania stad. Op nog minder dan 10 minuutjes ben je in de stad en heb je geen parkeerstress. Heel handig. Onze verwachtingen werden allemaal ingelost.

The property is very new and has all the required facilities, including a pool, for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of parking nearby if needed and public transport is within 70 metres. Reception is during business hours and extremely pleasant to deal with.

The property is too far from the main Chania town centre and there are not many shops or eating places nearby.

Très belle résidence, avec une piscine très agréable, excentré du centre de Chania mais facilement accessible en voiture. Il y a un bus aussi et si vous êtes marcheur, ce n'est pas non plus très loin. L'appartement était génial, une sorte de duplex, un grand balcon avec vue sur la montagne, sans vis à vis. Les équipements sont tops, la clim, les chambres et salle de bain de haut standing. Enfin, la communication était très facile et arrangeante. Nous recommandons !

Struttura nuova e perfetta, la piscina sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Nota positiva per il cambio biancheria a metà settimana!

L’unica nota negativa, ma che non ha influito sulla nostra meravigliosa vacanza, è il centro di chania non così vicino (a piedi per lo meno)

The accommodation was truly great, it was well spaced, clean. We had a huge balcony to relax after a long day. The swimming pool wasn't too big but just enough for us and our little boy. We loved all abut the Aurora. It was a walking distance from the Nea Chora beach and the Old Town. Although the walk to the beach takes 20 minutes and to the Old Town 35 min approximately, we didn't mind it as we like to explore town by foot. If it was too much sometime, we would take a buss and the buss stop was 5 minutes away from the property. We need to say once again, the property was exceptional and far away from the street noise.

We loved everything.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was clear that the hosts had put a lot of thought into every detail to make guests feel at home. The apartment was easy to find and access, and although the area was peaceful and quiet, there were plenty of great restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. The beach was also within walking distance, which made the location perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the housekeeper, who surprised us with adorable towel swans, it was such a thoughtful touch and really made us smile. This is honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. We absolutely loved it!

Highest standard possible. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 30 to old town Chania. The pool was practically private (maybe in June there was not that many people). Very clean (room and pool area), very quiet.

On entend un peu les voisins ou l'extérieur car les murs sont fins. Mais comme la résidence est globalement calme, ce n'est pas si gênant. On entend juste les oiseaux le matin 😁

Spędziliśmy w apartamencie Aurora 9 dni i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. To naprawdę świetne miejsce, apartamenty są duże, przestronne i bardzo komfortowe. Dużym atutem jest sprzątanie w trakcie pobytu, dzięki czemu przez cały czas było czysto i świeżo. Obsługa była bardzo miła i zawsze pomocna, co dodatkowo uprzyjemniało pobyt. Na plus zasługuje również basen czysty zadbany i przestronny z wygodnymi leżakami. Był idealnym miejscem na relaks po całym dniu zwiedzania. Apartament okazał się idealną bazą wypadową podczas wyjazdu przejechaliśmy około 800 km, zwiedzając najciekawsze miejsca zachodniej Krety. Byliśmy z dziećmi, które świetnie się tam bawiły, co dla nas było bardzo ważne. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce w dużej mierze przyczyniło się do tego, że nasz wyjazd był tak udany.

Todella siisti, moderni ja tilava asunto, aivan kuin kuvissa. Kaksi isoa parveketta oli positiivinen yllätys. Hieman syrjäisen sijaintinsa vuoksi ikkunoistamme ei näkynyt muita taloja vaan pelkkää luontoa, joka toi mukavaa yksityisyyden tunnetta. Piha ja Uima-altaan alue olivat erinomaiset. Paljon parkkipaikkoja.

Huono äänieristys, kaikki äänet kuuluivat muista asunnoista ja ulkoa selvästi sisälle. Huonosti keittiövälineitä, liian vähän haarukoita henkilömääräämme nähden, ei ruokailuveitsiä ollenkaan, huonot puukot. Sängyissä olisi parantamisen varaa.

Absolument tout , appartement neuf , propre avec une belle piscine , pas de bruits , on a passé un excellent sujoir et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet établissement

Clean, well presented and maintained. Nice pool, large accommodation floor plan which meant we were happy to spend some evenings in. Full kitchen facilities and sizeable balcony.

The compromise is the location, we knew this and walked into town. The buses into town were sometimes full and didn’t stop for us.

Correspondait parfaitement aux images.un séjour très agréable. Très belle piscine. Un transport public avec un autobus électrique près de l’hôtel nous reconduisait directement au centre ville et vieux port gratuitement. Même chose pour le retour.

We stayed in family apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean with big balcony with beautiful view looking up to the mountains. Good air conditions. The pool is very nice with sun beds. The outdoor area is clean and quiet.

The curtains in the bedroom upstairs weren't good enough, so it was bright inside the room at sunrise. The neighbourhood of the property is a bit shabby and not very nice to walk. But only 5-10 minutes by car downtown.

Die Unterkunft hat uns auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir hatten alles, was wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Pool, der sich in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand befand und sehr gepflegt wirkte. Das gesamte Anwesen machte einen modernen, hochwertigen und neuwertigen Eindruck. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir dem Personal aussprechen: Alle Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Dadurch wurde unser Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken uns herzlich für die schöne Zeit.

Uns sind während unseres Aufenthalts keine negativen Punkte aufgefallen.

La struttura è totalmente ristrutturata a nuovo in un ottima posizione in 10 minuti a piedi o 4 minuti con il bus 19 eravamo nel centro e sul porto. L appartamento era molto grande appena entrati si sentiva proprio odore di pulito e lo era effettivamente Ogni confort era presente ferro da stiro lavatrice asciugacapelli addirittura detersivo per lavatrice forno frigo tutto perfetto. La ragazza Elena con la quale abbiamo parlato squisita qualsiasi domanda abbiamo fatto ha risposto tempestivamente

Wspaniały gospodarz, bardzo komunikatywny i tworzący miłą atmosferę podczas rozmowy. Eleni chętnie odpowiada na zadawane pytania dotyczące Krety. Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania - bardzo ciche miejsce na obrzeżach miasta. 10 minut pieszo od plaży, co 20 minut jeździ darmowy autobus do centrum z parkingu Park+Ride (500 metrów). Atmosfera przy basenie bardzo kameralna. Głębokość basenu od ok. 1 metra do 1.5 metra i można popływać + brodzik dla dzieci. Apartament nowy, czysty, bardzo dobrze wyciszony, zadbany z ogromną ilością udogodnień (pralka, zmywarka, toster, etc.). 2 duże przyjemne balkony, wspaniałe widoki, budynek dalej od głównej ulicy. Pod budynkiem mnóstwo miejsca, aby zaparkować wypożyczony samochód.

Temperatura wody w basenie o tej porze (20 maja) jest jeszcze odrobinę chłodna, ale już dało się w nim trochę popływać

Around 30 min walk to Chania Old Town, some construction going on near by.

We spent a very enjoyable 4 weeks at Aurora Suites. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable, the staff were all friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed the pool area. We appreciated the little extra touches, like small bottles of olive oil and vinegar which were refilled every time the apartment was cleaned. The location is on the edge of the city, about 25 minutes walk from the city centre and 15 minutes from the beach. When we didn't feel like walking, there were good local bus services.

L’appartement était super, parfaitement conforme aux photos et description, tout confort et très propre ! La piscine top également, par chance nous avions peu de monde en même temps que nous. Il y a quelques commerces à proximité, un bus permettant d’aller en quelques minutes dans le centre de la Canée. Cela peut se faire à pied mals à mon sens il faut clairement une voiture pour loger dans cet appartement. Pour le mois de mai le rapport qualité prix est imbattable !

A noter il y a des travaux en face de l’immeuble, cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé car pas très bruyant mais c’est à prendre en compte et cela peut évoluer.

The location was a bit too far from beach and town onky due to the fact the pavements were very badly broken so was quite difficult to walk on, which was NOT the fault of the apartment block….the place itself was very well equipped and spotless !! But one down side in the maisonette we stay were three steps down which were difficult to see edges as we had two elderly people with sight problems, but I taped the edges to make them clear, no problems then , a toaster would have been nice , not essential.. All in all excellent… would definitely return … we were a group of 7 with three different apartments and all agreed on the high standards … Julie D

Only annoyance was the steps in one maisonette which were difficult to see edges . a few more umbrellas by pool would be good too . As there were only two useable, one being broken .

Modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. As so many have mentioned it is in a slightly odd location BUT be aware that its location means you can walk along the coast to beautiful bays, which if you stayed in the centre you probably wouldn't find. Just simply walk to the very busy junction and cross so you're heading towards the sea, turn left and follow the coastline and you'll find lovely bays with great simple beach bars. Alternatively turn right and walk along the residential streets to Chania centre. You don't have to walk along the very busy road that people complain about into the centre. So the location isn't as odd as it initially seems - simply not what you expect for a holiday location.

The standard annoyance of showers in Crete - not fully enclosed so water escapes the floor outside!

Piękny i przestronny apartament z dwoma balkonami/tarasami w bardzo przystępnej cenie. Czysty, dobrze wyposażony, z wygodnymi łóżkami. Basen bardzo ładny, ale w kwietniu woda była chłodna. Położenie hotelu jest lepsze dla osób z samochodem - nie jest w centrum miasta. Blisko hotelu jest przystanek, ale autobus jeździ rzadko, z dalszego przystanku jest bezpłatny autobus do centrum.

Tuż obok trwa budowa drugiego obiektu, co dla niektórych może być niekomfortowe.

We had a wonderful stay at Aurora Apartments and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a true home away from home. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. Everything was handled with such care, and the hospitality we experienced was top-notch. Really nice and clean apartments. The apartment is large and everything is there for a perfect stay in Chania. The pool was not heated, but in the sun it was perfect even in the end of april.

Ce logement est juste parfait ! L'environnement proche est calme. Le logement est magnifique, spacieux, très confortable... Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés !

Les consignes claires et pratiques pour l'arrivée, la propreté du logement, la superbe piscine et les transats autour.

L'équipement était un peu juste, et les horaires de la réception n'étaient pas affichés, on l'a toujours trouvée fermée. Le canapé-lit n'est vraiment pas très confortable (c'est tolérable pour une nuit ou deux) et il manquait des draps.

Everything was lovely – the apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The facilities were great and we had a really enjoyable stay overall.

Very modern and spacious room. Kitchenette was very useful. Large supermarket located at a 8 minute walk and a small 24/7 local shop located 1 minute down the road.

Chania main town not really within walking distance however there was a free shuttle bus within a 5 min walk from the apartment. The lovely room was worth being a bit away from the main city.

Feels like brand new, super clean with all the comfort you want.

Distance to chania town, especially after a day of hiking, quite far (2,5km). We went outsite touristic season (beginning of April) and it was easy to find parking space next to the main road that leads to the center.

The apartment was brand new and nicely decorated. The kitchen was spacious with a full cooker & oven plus big fridge and freezer and was well equipped (though adding a small pan for eggs or milk would be helpful). There was also a practical washing machine in the bathroom with dryer for drying washing on the balcony. While there were 2 coffee machines (Nespresso style & filter), plus a sandwich maker & kettle, we did miss a microwave. The location was easy to get to with a car (it would not be practical without a car) & parking was very simple. The area had a lovely scent of orange blossoms & was peaceful (when the construction site opposite was not operational). Though we didn't use the pool & sun loungers they looked good from our balcony & others will appreciate the additional pool towels in the apartment. It took 10 minutes to walk (swiftly) to the beach, but you have to cross a busy traffic interchange in a not particularly attractive area. It would take at least 30 minutes to walk to the old town area of Chania.

The apartment was generally well-equipped, so our main issue was with the sofa bed which was quite different from the photos. It was really a very basic "clic-clac" type sofa not suitable for an adult - nor really for sleeping on as there was no mattress as such to tuck sheets into. Although we had explained in advance that we would require bedding for the sofa bed, we still had to call when we arrived for the bedding to be delivered. Note that neither this clic-clac sofa nor the other small sofa in the apartment were actually comfortable to sit on - both being very hard. Hopefully this clic-clac sofa is just temporary until the delivery of a real sofa bed that is comfortable to both sit and sleep on. The only other thing to be aware of is that after a couple of nights our room was unexpectedly cleaned while we were out. While we appreciated the cleaning, the sofa bed was not remade by the cleaners but rather left for us to try to remake again - clearly, they were not used to it being used as a bed either.

Nothing at all, the only thing is (and this is every Greece accomodation we’ve stayed at) the water in the shower escapes to the bathroom floor. But I don’t think this can be helped as it’s common with all the properties we’ve stayed at in Greece
