- The staff was very kind and friendly - The room was clean, there was a fridge, even a scale! (Very helpful for weighing a bag before the flight) - If you need a dryer it's not in the room but you can ask the staff - The amenities were shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, soap and bottles of water - The pool seemed very clean - The German-style restaurant seemed great and a shame that I couldn't try - I had to check out at 3am and the guard takes care of you until you safely get a grab - Overall it was well-equipped and very good for the price!

- The location is a bit tricky. Not too close to the red street or SM mall but that means it's quieter

Cleanliness: ✅No dust, sheets smell like soap, no insects/pests Amenities: ✅There’s pool (but I got no time to use), complete toiletries provided ✅ It’s connected to a bistro and resto ✅ There’s smart TV

Wifi: Weak and poor connection. In the end I had to use my data. AC: Not strong enough. Had to use the electric fan all the time.

We spent a night before our flight to the local islands. The eoom is basic, but honestly after a long rravel ww were just hoping for a good sleep, which was impossible. Our room was just beside the kitchen and there was constant noise coming from there and orher parts of the building, people talking and making noise all the time. I wouldn't recommend unless you're a heavy sleeper 😐

Was very clean, food delicious, staff extra helpful, had all the amenities I needed (like central hot water for showers). Pool at the center was a nice touch, with open courtyard... sat outside and played the guitar.

Wish there were electrical outlets in conveniently placed spots in the bedroom.

great location there are lots of restaurants, and store, nearby. Clark Airport it's just a few minutes' drive. and Sm Mall as well. and there's so many ways of transportation you can take whether a tricycle which is the 3 moped bike and taxi its so convenient. Customer service was excellent the ladies at the front desk they are very nice.

Great place for the budget minded the restaurant is great what else could I say the food is excellent It has very much a German theme great food I give it 5 stars 🤩

Breakfast was very good as were all meals consumed. The chef went to extra trouble to ensure the toast and the bacon were done the way I like them. All staff were efficient, helpful & friendly with ready smiles including the security guard who was diligent in his duties (I had jet lag so was up and down all night).

Maybe the soundproofing in the bedrooms could have been better but it certainly wasn't bad.

Good food at the Hotel restaurant, free Wifi, free Netflix (without having to log in) on a large TV with good color quality, free parking, easily accessible pool right in front of the room, free pool towels and bathroom towels, free water bottles. Had a gym, but I didn't use it.

Pool water has a very strong smell. Would suggest they adjust the mix of the pool cleaning fluids and water. There's too much of the former.

Cleanness, swimming pool is clean and nice too, manager and staff is so kind and friendly, Netflix and Youtube is free also wifi too, towels and amenities and toilet papers are settled, they would have arranged transfer for me at 2 am (midnight!) for my 5:10 am flight (security guy knocked my door just right 2:00 wow!), the restaurants beside hotel is 24h opened it's gorgeous and delicious, moll SM CITY CLARK is close to here by walking 20 min or by tricycle 5 min, shopping moll new build SM CYTY is more close to here(it was not yet opened all shops but construction was completed already). Clark city is nice and safe I'll highly recommend here to transit for you who come to some island in Philippines not through Manilla. That's so nice stay, thank you!

Lovely open restaurant space. Didn't realize there was an air con dining area. Oh well. Great pool. Excellent staff.

The omelette was a little greasy and was likely cooked in (too much) margarine, not butter. I would have liked nicer bread, but that's a broader affliction than just this restaurant.

The restaurant, the room was spacious, but the bathroom way too small. Along with a hidden half step into the shower. When you fall the first time you will remember. That trip however could be bad.
