Clean hotel with great staff breakfast was really good.

Room was quite small for a family room.

Fit for value and location.

The pool is dirty

Room was beautiful, probably the nicest in town. Staff were very friendly, good location. Shop over the road has everything you need. Great value for money. The Favehotel is connected with the Aston, it shares its facilities. The pool and gym are on the roof of the Aston. The rooms in the Fave are much nicer than the Aston.

The breakfast made me sick, avoid. Just order food or eat at the warungs.

Afstandelijk personeel. Het hotel heeft geen sfeer. Restaurant was leeg terwijl het bij het ontbijt druk was, wellicht vanwege de hoge prijzen.

There is no refrigerator in the room and this was stated when booking. However, there must be a refrigerator, especially in this heat.

Generic yet good hotel close to the sea. Staff spoke hardly any English.

Twin bedroom had no outside window., only in the double bedroom.

- Delicious Breakfast (Indonesian food mainly) - Pool usage from Aston - Gym (although equipment need to be replaced) - Water refill in the corridor

- Slow (no) response on emails/whatsapp/instagram/ phone asking for pick up transportation - dirty coffee cups - you need to walk through smoking area to enter breakfast area (Aston building) - In room food doesn’t look like the same as in the picture ( but food was tasty)

You actually go to the hotel next to fav hotel for the pool and restaurant which is quite weird .But there was no issues

No drinking water in room ..there's gallon tank in hall way for guest's

Room clean, good shower, comfortable bed, air-con strong, wifi fast. Rooftop pool excellent infinity view, wifi as well. Restaurant food fantastic, both dinner menu and breakfast buffet (good coffee). Location close to many restaurants, beaches and shops. Interesting town, wide streets, clean, well designed, massage options, chain restaurants, Pertamina tax revenue clearly a benefit.

If rainy season, I would like to have covered parking for my motorcycle but not a problem this visit.

The queue to check in was too long. Too many guests arriving at the same time, but only one staff member at the check-in counter, waiting period could take up 30 minutes

Strategic location nearby d beach, friendly staffs, reasonable price, moderate to good foods n meals, proactive comm.thru hotel WAG, water tap for self car washing available, overall GOOD..

Wonderful hotel in small town, It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. value for money, just a few minutes by foot from public beach, good staff which giving good hospitality service, variety kind of food are served during breakfast

The hotel is undergoing renovation so it is noisy espcially on the 6th floor. The worse thing is the renovation is still ongoing at 10pm. Clearly, they do not want their guests to rest. Had to complain at twice to the receptionist and manager on site ti they stop work at 10.20pm. Room is normal. Bedsheets is dirty with holes. There is hair on the bed as well. I guess they don't change linens between guests. The manager on site is nice and helpful though. Helped to resolve the noise issue promptly. That is the only reason 2* was given.

First room the air condition didn't work, move to second room the air condition not cold enough

the staff are helpful and standing by to assist our needs. the room is nice, but the bathroom cannot be locked. facilities are okay. small swimming pool on the rooftop without attendant, so bring your own towel there. periscope not clearly working to see the city. breakfast was okay.

My two thumbs up for favehotel Cilacap. Truly satisfy service during my stay with lovely family. The best hotel with best infinity pool in this town. Really love this hotel. Will be here again for next visit.

so far nice place but with some limitations, if the hotel rate can be lower, I will much appreciate since I will often go to Cilacap, anyway it is nice to stay in fave hotel cilacap, please speed up the renovation

Receptionist girls very support, but the man not yet. Room clean enough, but bathroom door and hangers need to repair. Just one pairs of sandals. No shampoo. Need help for Hp charger to receptionist but no solution.

The location is great, I got promo rate include breakfast. The bed room condition and breakfast standard Fave Hotel. Have very nice view and swimming pool on the roof top. All the hotel staff are friendly.

It was very good place, it's like a home, maybe better than my rooms at my own house, but i feel like im already home. Good service, best view from rooftop if you wanna swim. For me fave hotel cilacap are the best.

It was great stay at favehotel cilacap. Hommy stay, nice and friendly staff. The room is quite large, everything just excellence. Marvelous rooftop swimming pool, with sea and City view. Don't miss this hotel when you visit Cilacap.

The air condition in our room need to be repair when we just enter the room. The condition of our towel and clean sheet is to old and also need to be renew before give the room to someone else. Thank you

Air conditioning was super duper bad. Had to change almost 4 rooms. Staffs were good. No complains on that. It's the responsibility of the hotel manager to educate and to make sure things are in order to receive minimum complaints.

It is biggest hotel in this city. The room are clean, comfortable, tidy with fresh smell. This hotel has a pool on the roof top so we can see amazing view. From now they didn't provide mineral water on bottle but they provide mineral jug and water dispenser on the corridor. That nice because they start to campaign for go green with decreasing plastic waste. I feel Satisfy during my stay.

Rooms were simple but spacious, even with king-sized bed in place. Love also that there's a minimart a few eateries across the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful too. They helped us arrange for transportation to Jogja at a last minute request. A great stay for our visit in Cilacap.

It was a normal stay, but I felt so happy because they gave me a free ride to train station. There is a swimming pool at the roof top. The receptionists were completely friendly and helpful. It is just a good hotel.

I am satisfied to stay at this hotel. The room is clean, the AC is not cold during the day, there is a relaxing place on the 8th floor that can see the city of Cilacap, a small swimming pool but enough to train physically, the food is varied and tasty

good hotel in a good location in Cilacap but should have a business center in the hotel to accommodate business trip needs. Hope that the business center will be available in the very short time as hotel service.

In the center of Cilacap township, the Fave hotel is good to stay for short trip. The welcome desk attendants are friendly but very little in English conversation. Open to ocean, option to bath at roof top, secure. A good one.

Overall fave hotel cilacap is recomended and good condition. But when im order to service my room, really disapointed cause towel no body change, cup of coffe still dirty. I hope for future will be better.

The shower in my room has very low pressure. It took a long time to shower because of this. Half day charge is until 4 pm, and full day charge is at 6 pm. This is too early.
