HS HOTSSON Hotel Silao

Staying at Hotsson is a great experience!!!! The rooms are great, they smell delicious, the breakfast is awesome!!! Love to be there always!

Nothing

Atención del personal, disponibilidad de ayuda, ubicación

ubicacion, disponibilidad del servicio de personal.

Almost nobody in the restaurant speaks English Restaurant staff not familiar witrh their own offers. Room service can be improved. Room maintenace can be improved (windows sealing, telephone not working). Water pressure mediocre, once ran out of water while taking a shower. Food is OK and tastets OK, though. Friendly staff, but does not always deliver - room invoice that should have been delivered per mail was not. Poor location.

Breakfast was good, but also expensive.

Restaurant prices are very high.

I stayed for 3 days and had an issue every day AC was out 3 out of our 4 day stay. We called and no one fixed anything We ended up moving rooms at midnight because it became unbearable The next rooms sink wasn't working. Last and worst experience, I was charged for a double booking (I stayed there for 4 days ) I called a week before the trip to confirm but wasn't informed of this double booking. I could have fixed this issue then but instead they charged me for a no show. Find a new place, not worth the hassle

This was a nice modern full service hotel close to the factory I was visiting for work. Nice spacious rooms and good customer service

There's nothing I disliked about our 3 day stay at Hotsson Silao. It's the 3rd time I have stayed there for a few days and will continue to stay for future trips. Everyone was so polite and friendly (Can't say that for the Hampton Leon, unfortunately), but that's another story! I fully recommend Hotsson Silao!!! 2 thumbs up!

Buen hotel

Bed was outstanding

It was clean, near to the airport and the staff was great

Na

Close to the airport

Shuttle is only free at 4 am and 6 am. Chose to take an Uber! Fraction of the price!

Exceptional. Staff was very professional and kind. Amenities were very comfortable as well.

I have stayed in 3 Hotsson properties in the area. This one, Leon Centro, and Irapuato. I travel down here for work often. This was my worst experience thus far. The night i arrived, just before midnight i was woken by a fire alarm. It took 20 minutes for it to be shut off. Then, on both Tuesday and Wednesday, i left the sign on my door indicating i did not want room service. This was disregarded and they came in to clean anyways. This last part is completely unacceptable and the reason i will not be staying at this property again. Room 404

Reliable well maintained nice rooms

All was good the only thing is you guys do

Excellent service been 6 times I stay there and willl be coming back to this place

People were friendly and the room was great

Very Satisfied! The hotel is a good option for the price. All services you need for a short 1 or 2 day stay are available on the hotel property. Restaurants, Gym, Pool, Spa and a Coffee Shop. Great overal value!

Excelent

Everything was pleasant except for the AC in the room was not working well.

Luxury hotel at amazing price point

Everything amazing

Standadized services and good foods.

Loved this hotel! Even was very friendly and attentive. Food at the restaurant was excellent. We used their laundry service which was awesome. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The location for me is perfect as i was there for work at the GM assembly plant

.

Didn’t appreciate having to pay for extra coffee pods.

Great location

!

We've previously been guest and have enjoyed our stay each time. The night before leaving we went down to the sports bar for a drink. The bartender, Francisco, was awesome. Great service as well as conversation.

The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had at least one front desk person that spoke English, which was a plus for us. Our room was great, very comfy beds. The food was “okay”. The only nitpicks were the noisy road outside and the shower went from scalding to barely drizzling cold water. We had one snafu when we arrived late for check-in — even though it was 60° F outside, our room was like 85° and the air conditioner was broke. They sent someone up to verify it was broken, and at first said they had no available rooms to move us to. However, a few minutes later they found one available, and thankfully, the A/C worked adequately in that one. Overall, it was a very pretty hotel, but I think the beauty was only skin-deep on this one because they had it running on a skeleton crew. Will probably try someplace else if there is a next time.

Perfect location since we needed a place last min for our early A.M flight. Loved everything about this place! Went to the spa and booked a massage with Mayra, she did an amazing job felt very relaxed after. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking into booking.

Nice hotel

I gave an overall of 3 stars. The hotel itself is very nice, 5 star-like. Unfortunately, they were doing work in the street when we were there and so we didn’t have TV for one night. The surrounding area is bad. The hotel is right off the main highway, so the air quality isn’t great, and we saw two big bugs crawling around in the lobby and a pincher bug on the dining table. The staff were really nice, except the hostess Lucero was a bit in her own little world. It’s built like a 5 star hotel but I’m not sure they know how to maintain it like a 5 star hotel. One last plus, it’s pretty close to the airport.

Really nice hotel. Modern and spacious rooms. Good gym. Friendly staff.

I didn’t like that one of the staff members pressured us to tip more.

My third time and always a treat great service including the front desk staff very friendly and patient. Upgraded and worth it! the staff from dining to cleaning treated me special at every moment. I booked a massage at the hotel it was perfect!! I Will DEFINITELY back !!!

I had to pay for my room upgrade when I thought it was free. Valet wasn’t always available. decent hotel to stay at 4/5. Staff didn’t always have the best attitude

Great location

There’s no breakfast included

I paid for breakfast with my reservation but was charged by a very unnatentive waiter.. very poor breakfast experience for the expensive price!

Close to the airport, very convenient

The pool was not heated! :(
