When we arrived the lady at reception was very unfriendly, we did arrive at 14:00 she just said room not done, she did not even greet us properly.

The fact that we got splits units with my family, they could have place us together given combine booking. I think due to the lack of paying attention to detail from the staff. The staff also could have been a little more pleasant.

The light through the bathroom window cannot switch off. I prefer to sleep in a dark space it was difficult to sleep. I was also a little cold- an electric blanket would have helped.

The beds are very uncomfortable, they are very firm. The fridge was making a lot of noise. Sink started dripping water for our whole stay making our clothes wet and making them noise.
