At first when we arrived, we did think the picture frame on top of our bed was a bit weird, I don't really know if this is considered a love hotel haha but it didn't really matter to us you dont really pay much attention to it. All the staff at the front desk were so nice and very helpful! They always greeted us as we left the hotel as well as when we got back. They even let us borrow umbrellas when it was raining, so nice! The room was spacious enough for my sister and I, we're both small so the basic room was just right for us. They had someone clean the room everyday which was very nice when you get back after having a long day. The shower was nice as well, very clean. The area where you sleep is also really quiet you don't hear noise from cars or anything. Since this hotel is in between an alley there are people smoking at day and night so I wouldn't recommend for children to stay. This hotel is super convenient when getting on the subway in less than 5 minutes. It does take some time to get to main areas but honestly it wasn't that bad time goes quickly and the subway is very efficient. The limousine bus is also a perk when it comes to this hotel. You get dropped off close to exit 3 of the subway and then going back to incheon airport is exit 2 of the subway so it was super convenient. There was plenty of convenience stores, cafes, pharmacies, food places around the area which was really good. I would totally recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The staff was extremely attentive and respectful. There is also an airport shuttle across the street that was a plus.

I loved this hotel!! Rooms were amazing. Staff were outstanding. The subway direct to seoul station is 20 seconds away. Olive young and mcdonalds so close too. Want to book to stay here again

空港はかなり遠かったですが、駅がとても近くて観光地までもそこまで離れておらず宿周囲にはお店もたくさんあったので満足です！宿は古さは感じましたが、夜勤のフロントスタッフさんがとても親切で爽やかなイケメンさんでした。日本語は喋れませんでしたが、喋れないなりに翻訳機を使い一生懸命こちらの要望に答えてくださいました。遅い時間にチェックイン、早朝チェックアウトでしたが、おかげで行きも帰りもいい気分でいられました！

ラブホですが、湯船も広くて…TVも大きく…駅からも近いし、食堂も沢山あります❣️ 日本人は皆無でしたが、逆に楽しかったです☺

Property was clean, the staff was very accommodating, the cleaning staff cleans well too. The location was bearable. It was very accessible.

You get what you pay for.. as what it cost me, it had clean bed at least so I have no complaints bc it's not $200 per day

Das Personal war sehr freudlich und Hilfsbereit. Am Emfang gab es ein Mitarbeitet der auch Deutsch sprechen konnte, dass hat uns alles nochmal vereinfacht. Mit den anderen Mitarbeiten konnten wir sehr gut in Englisch kommunizieren. Würden sehr gerne wieder ins Hotel gehen.

Front desk need better costumer service

Staff were very friendly! Room was clean, even provided slippers and robes. The bathroom was so pretty. They give out a little amenities bag which had a lot of necessities you may have forgotten. Quiet residence so not too many noises. Really easy check in and check out. I didn’t know how to get a taxi to my text destination and I asked for help from the front desk. The guy was really nice and ordered me a taxi! Will for sure come here again. I recommend it, and the price is worth it!

I chose this hotel for a one night stay with my daughter since it had great reviews. The room was dirty, many stains on all furniture. I do not recommend here for a family trip. The staff was friendly.

The room was dirty even when I first checked in. When fresh towels were provided they had hairs or stains on them. The floor tiles were cracked and the desk had stains that should have been easy to clean but were not. The stairs were also always full of trash and felt very unclean. The one positive was the attitude of the staff at the reception desk, but otherwise this hotel was bad. I even canceled my stay early and went somewhere else.

It was a good location for me as it was walkable to the train station exit 2 and there was a Daiso and an olive Young and the 7-Eleven all within the same area. If you walk further down across the road there is a fried chicken shop run by an old grandma that was pretty good to me for a late night snack. The check-in was easy and the access to the accommodation is just one minute's walk from the Main Street. So this means there is very little walking in the alleyways when it is late at night and it's darker as compared to daytime. There are also food places around the accommodation like pizza and coffee. The air con and shower works really well. And there is a panel on the wall to turn off all the lights right away or to turn on specific lights. I guess the downside would just be the travel time which takes about 28 minutes for you to get to for example, myeongdong.

Roof garden could use some refurbishing.

This price with the quality of this hotel is excellent, convenient and quiet. Located in the center of Suyu station.Hotel provides an amenity bag with everything which is lovely and useful! Check out time is 1pm is even awesome! Receptionists are so helpful and nice, thank you!

Great staff well spoken

1. Take the airport bus directly to the main road outside the hotel, get off the bus, walk a few steps ahead and turn right into another road, walk ahead to a small road junction, turn right and walk 35 meters to see the hotel. 2. There are also bus stops and subway entrances and exits within 20 meters of the airport bus stop, making it very easy to get around. 3. There are McDonald's and various restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. 4. It is written that we can only check in at 3 o'clock, but the staff at the reception was kind enough to let me check in around 1 o'clock, which was very nice and thoughtful. 5. The hotel rooms are very clean, cleaned and cleaned every day, and water was added. 6. It was very nice to have free free coffee machine with unlimited number of times. 7. I will stay again in the future and recommend this hotel to any friends who are traveling.

The location is very convenient although a bit far from the city centre, but the subway and the Airport Limousine Bus are about 2 mn from the Hotel. Overall the hotel is quite pleasant, clean, plenty of amenities and staff at front desk are very friendly.

Bonne localisation, personnel agréable et disponible. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très bien vue le prix payé. Un petit point d'amélioration possible l'électricité car une seule prise à proximité du lit et pas bien serrée.

I got more than what I paid for. Loved the free amenities like skin care and jacuzzi bathtub. Could be a little cleaner in table tops and electrical outlets though.

Conveniently located right by the bus and train station. Room was a good size, took a while to figure out that the lights and AC were controlled by the tv remote. Staff did a fantastic job cleaning the room every day. I do have to take stars off because apparently their annual ac cleaning day was during my stay, so I was unable to access my room for a few hours without any notice. All I got was a "oh sorry" from reception.

Hotellet är ett välskött hotell med fina och mycket rena rum. Städningen var fantastiskt bra och sängarna var sköna. Det finns en terrass på taket som var mysig. Vinglas fanns att låna. Det enda som saknades var en vattenkokare på rummet. Vårt rum hade ett stort bubbelbadkar och det fanns badsalt och annat att använda.

Nous sommes reconnaissants pour le Check in early car mon conjoint avait très mal au dos. Le personnel à la réception était très poli. En revanche, nous avions choisi une suite royale. Quelle déception. Un bain à remous qui ne fonctionne pas. La propreté qui laisse plus qu’à désirer. Des cheveux sur le bord de la baignoire. Le dessous des toilettes qui sert de chambre de culture peut être pour une nouvelle espèce de champignons. Vraiment déçus, nous ne recommandons pas.

タオルの補充、ペットボトル水の補充、歯ブラシ等の補充は完璧。駅近◎、ダイソー、マクドナルド、ボーリング、ローラースケート、オリーブヤング、コンビニどれも激近。食事処多く、ゲーセンも多いので少し嬉しい。 部屋の天井鏡張り、風呂の上部ガラス透け、などはカップル、夫婦、家族、姉妹なら行ける。屋上は暖かい時期なら屋台やファーストフード、酒など広げられる。でも無理していかないかな。 マイナスは空港から遠く直通バスで2時間かかった。コンセントは丸2本なので、USB充電があればいいなあ。あとたまたまか2個のコンセントのうち片方の接続が悪いのか充電渋滞にちょっぴり気を使った。 お安いし、また使いたいかといったらぜひ使いたいです。次はUSB充電の充実に期待したい。 余談ですが、ソウル駅のJINAIR早チェックインは9:30に並んで11時までかかったので、これは窓口が1つしかないためと思われます。普通に空港に2時間前に行ってチェックインすればよかったよね、とがんばって予約してくれた妻には言えなかった。

ホテル周辺がモーテルだったので、モーテルを取ってしまったかと思ったのですが、ここだけホテルでした。価格的にもお手頃で、駅からも近くて良かったです。ホテルスタッフの方も対応が良く、口コミの良さを実感できました。トイレとシャワーは一緒ですが、簡易的な仕切りがあるのでさほど気にならない、個人的には価格的にも割り切れるかと思います。立地は観光地では無さそうですが、地元の人向けの店が多かったように思います。それがまた楽しい滞在になりました。機会があればリピートしたいと思えるホテルでした。

The room was very small conpared to moat US hotel rooms but warm and clean. Like most things in S. Korea, very easy to check in and check out.

Hands down this is a hidden gem. After staying in Meyodong the first time we decided to try this hotel and let me say it was ten times better and same stores and restaurant options.

Hidden yet full of surprises. Very short walk to different means of transportation (city/airport buses and subway station). Also in close proximity to a variety of restaurants,cafes, stores and everything else you may need and want to explore. Exceptional service provided. It is surprisingly safe and quiet.

リーズナブルな価格のホテルです。 恐らく元々ラブホテルだったものを転用していると思われ、立地する小道は所謂ホテル街です。 部屋のお風呂はすりガラスの壁だったりということを気にしなければ大きな問題は感じませんでした。 地下鉄4号線のスユ駅まで歩いて一分で、そこから一本で明洞や東大門まだいくことができ、交通も比較的便利でした。 ホテル周辺にはお店やレストランもあり、スユ市場もあるので、周辺でも楽しめます。

Airport shuttle nearby but takes at least 1.5 hrs 7. Hotel provides nearly everything you need for daily cleanup Cons 1. Netflix didn't work 2. Road noise is loud at night 3. Away from center and othe sightseeing place 4. May be better to room renovation Although theres no stuff smell nor rubbish around, rhe room may need to be renewed as they are old. But the TV is large and new.

女一人旅で2泊3日利用しました。 概ね満足です。 大画面でYouTubeとNetflixが見れます。 お水2本、アメニティ、入浴剤を毎日補充して下さるので有り難かったです。 備え付けのシャンプー等はスッキリした香りで私好み。髪の毛のキシキシ感や乾燥肌ですツッパる感じはありませんでした。 日本のビジネスホテルと同じ質感だと思います。 スリッパは使い捨てタイプではないので気になる方は持参した方が良いと思います。 よくよく見ると、シャンプー等が置いてある棚の下がカビていました。 そこにシャワーを当てるとカビが浴槽に入るので気を付けてください。 洗面台下の排水溝ですが、最終日の朝だけ溢れてしまいました…ギリギリ避けましたが。 この2点以外は大満足です。 また利用すると思います。 ありがとうございました。

進入房間的第一秒，感覺房間超大，比想像中大很多。當中一個蒸氣蒸身設備（不知道正確名稱），很有趣。 服務員很有禮貌，但也不會太熱情（我個人很怕），酒店環境很安靜。 有一個天台，讓住客可以享受景色，特別。

I was looking for a place between 30-40 minutes away from my activities and this fit the bill. I loved staying here as it was located 2 minutes by the train, the room was spacious and the staff was accommodating. Kleines gemütliches Zimmer,zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch OK. Nur bei der Sauberkeit müsste nachgebessert werden.

最初に泊まった部屋は狭くて天井が鏡になっていて落ち着きませんでした。それで部屋をジュニアスイートに変えてもらいました。広くて落ち着ける部屋でしたが、お風呂の扉がなかったのであるといいと思いました。また部屋に時計がないのも気になりました。 でも、駅に近くていろいろな所に移動するのに便利で良かったです。 ゆっくりくつろぐことが出来て良かったです。 フロントの方はいつも穏やかに接して下さって嬉しかったです。

住頂樓只有1間房間，出電梯就是了。門口對後樓梯很奇怪，房間空間很大，可容納6個人住，足夠空間放行李

地下鉄、バスへのアクセスが良く便利でした。スタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしかったです。また利用したいと思います。

位置離地鐵，機場巴士都很方便，附近機能也超級好，前台員工非常nice，因為分開訂單要換房，早上安排也非常流暢

Very good, receptionists were nice, location is great, lots of restaurants near by and a metro station. The room could be better maintained, walls had cracks but otherwise very comfortable. If you don't mind the distance from the center of Seoul I recommend staying here.

402호에 묵었습니다. 하수구는 막혔는지 샤워할때 물이엄청나게 고여서 추위에떨면서 물껏다가 조금 내려갈때까지 기다렷다가 다시 씻고를 무한반복하고...자기전에 양치하려고 세면대를 이용하니 이역시 똑같이 샤워할때처럼 물이 안내려가고 엄청고여서 고생했습니다. 청소시 침대 시트만 갈고 탁자위나 의자 선반 거울윗부분들은 닦지않나봅니다. 찌든 먼지가 보여요. 그리고 윗객실의 씻는 물소리와... 싸우는건지 얘기하는건지 모를 말소리가 창문을 닫고있었는데도 불구하고 다들려요...잘때고생했습니다. 제가타는버스정류장이 바로30초거리앞에있어서 이용하였는데....다신 안가려고요.

他の口コミでラブホ街と書かれていたけど１月の寒いソウルで湯船は必須とジェットバスを決め手に宿泊。確かにラブホ街ですがそれほど気にもならなかった。そして部屋に入って超ビックリ‼️なんと全面床暖房で部屋は非常に暖かい⤴️もちろんジェットバスも最高でした。すゆ(水踰)駅の回りも色んなお店があって食事にも不便しません。 アメニティもめちゃくちゃ沢山置いてありミネラルウォーターも1人1本/日頂けます。 テレビはNetflix, YouTube なども見れるのでずーと呪術廻戦を見れたのでホテルで暇ぁ～ってこともなかった。水踰駅も4号線で東大門まで10分ちょっとで行けるので食事同様不便は感じなかった。次回も必ず利用確定。

정말 깨끗하고 친절 합니다. 시내 가운데 있어서 식당도 가깝고, 기타 편의 시설도 가깝습니다. 전철역도 바로 앞에 있고요. 카운터에서 간당한 영어도 잘 합니다. 가격도 적당 하고요. 추천 합니다.

I have been to Seoul with a friend (both girls) for around 20 days in late October first November and we stayed at this hotel. The staff was very nice, kind and helpful all the time with us. One day was raining hard and, without even asking, they offered us an umbrella since we had none. Moreover, our first flight to return was cancelled so we had to extend our stay and, even if our room wouldn't have been available for the following days, they immediately gave us another one (as you can imagine, we couldn't warn them in advance of this inconvenient since we discovered it the same day as the check-out). The rooms were clean and we always had new towels. The rooms had an A/C implant so we had no issues with it being cold. The position is optimal since it's very near the metropolitan station (Suyu stop, line 4), around 2 minutes walking or even less. The neighbourhood is quiet and has many shops, convenient stores, restaurants and ATMs (in case you need to take some cash). I definitely would recommend it and if I ever get to go back to Seoul I will go back here^^

ラブホテルをホテルに改装したようなホテルだった。 まず、お風呂場は広いがベッドから丸見え。 一緒に泊まる人によっては、とても気まずい空気になります。またフロアにはトイレなし。 掃除は毎日してくれ、接客は良かった。

인천공항에서 호텔 근처까지 가는 6102번 공항 버스가 있어서 편하게 왔어요. 안내데스크 직원들이 친절했어요. 객실이 깔끔하고 침대가 편안했어요.

Either replace or remove the table and countertop. Excuse won’t explain the whole situation to your innocent guests. When guests request the check out receipt please issue it rather not blame others.

Great staff and nice hotel. It’s not a love motel like some have said, but it’s located near many. The staff were really friendly and helped me to find a gym on my first day. The room was cleaned so quickly each day, I would go to the gym and they would have cleaned my room within an hour. The hotel is near to convenience stores, cafes and a lively neighbourhood. The station is also really close by.

2-min walk from Suyu station exit 3 but the hotel is in the backstreet. Was quite surprised by the food choices in the neighbourhood . Neat hotel of best CP value. The room was very comfortable and with Netflix you wouldn’t really want to go out. All staff at the front desk is friendly and attentive. The young lady was very nice and. The old gentleman would greet you politely every time you show up. Staff speaks some English but you can tell they are trying their best to help and I appreciated the gentleman who cared so much what I was up to and whether my room had been cleaned even though he expected a language barrier. Many hote would hv just chosen to overlook that and wouldn’t care about the cleaning. Would give 6 stars for their staff. I hope the hotel management sees this and give the appreciation the staff members deserve . Would definitely come back. Thank you for all you hv offered.
