- Dinner is served at 17:30, 18:00, 18:30 or 19:00 in your room. Please inform the property of your preferred time in advance via Special Request, or contact the hotel directly. In case you are late, you may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
- Free shuttle service is available from Ito Station to the hotel between 14:00 and 18:00. Reservation is not required.

Reviewed May 27, 2026staff was accommodating and despite our language barrier, we were still able to communicate. the breakfast which included fish (local specialty) was fresh and tasted great. considering that there were limited breakfast options in the area, it is highly recommended that guests opt in for the breakfast. the room for one individual had plenty of space.
there were no private showers in suite. since it is a traditional style japanese inn, people are expected to shower and bathe in the onsens. Some people may prefer private showers.

Reviewed May 27, 2026お風呂場も綺麗に保たれてました。 料理は夕飯も朝食もお重で部屋食事ですが 料理も美味しく、鮑ゃ金目の煮付けが小さいですが 満足いく内容です。コスパがよく高齢者の母と行きましたが喜んでもらえました。部屋食事なので気兼ねなく食べれました。 温泉も無色、無臭ですが身体があったまる。コスパは最高でした。
よくない点はあまり、ないですが、段差や階段があり、ちょっと高齢者は気をつけてあげないとあぶない。スリッパの底が平でないので歩きにくいと母は言ってました。

施設が古いので仕方ないがゴキブリが出たのだが殺虫剤があれば退治できたのだが逃げられてしまったのでその後は部屋で落ち着いて過ごせなかった。照明のリモコンの使い方がわかりづらかった。

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026It was a great value stay. I accidentally paid for two people and I didn't even realize it until they served two meals. I understand everyone has different thresholds of value, but not noticing I was double charged (my fault) should indicate value. Service is not like the top tier ryokan as they just bring dinner and breakfast to your room in lacquered boxes. But for the price it was great!
It was so inexpensive that I didn't notice I booked for two people including the dinner and breakfast. I guess that's a positive.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025The staff at the desk were extremely kind and very smiley! Although they don’t speak english, very easy to communicate if you speak japanese or if you speak no japanese they have paper sheet of rules. Onsen was wonderful, 4F and 2F, rooms were extremely clean and had a TV!

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025食事が無駄なく丁度よい。内容、量とも大変良かったです。バイキングでなくて良かった。美味しいものが出てきました。みそ汁とお吸い物は、ポットで出てくるので熱々が頂けた。 お部屋は清潔であった。 スタッフの方が親切で愛想良く対応が良かった。
ユニットバスタイプで洗面台が外に無かったので、トイレに入ると他の者が鏡が使えないとクレームが出た。フロントに鏡の借用をお願いしたら、鏡台を入れて下さったので助かりました。

部屋のユニットバスの設備は古く綺麗ではなかった。部屋からの景色が隣の廃墟しか見れなくて景色は楽しめなかった。

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025Breakfast was tasty and a nice experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming even with little English. Awesome outdoor onsen and lounge facilities with microwave, electronic massagers and manga comics.
Ladies hours to use the outdoor onsen are 9pm to 6:45am only. The indoor rock onsen was ok but I preferred the outdoor experience and had to get up early or stay up late to use it.
