Kikie and Dewi were amazing since the start. Food is amazing. Felt like home and best place to de compress, good chance you will not regret it. Not many eateries outside the resort. Can get very secluded during night time, unless that's exactly what you want.

Waren im Zuge unserer Bali Reise jetzt nochmal im Royal Casa, weil es uns vor zwei Wochen schon so gut gefallen hat. Es war wieder alles bestens vom Zimmer, bis zu Mitarbeitern und natürlich dem Frühstück und Essen.

The trees and nature around this place is great. Food is good and lot of options in breakfast. Friendly staff. Pool is big.

Travel time too much going to city. COuld have Kids play area with the amount of space they have.

Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality, helpful staff, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere.

We would also like to share a few suggestions that could make the experience even better. The breakfast options were quite limited, and having a wider variety would be appreciated. We also feel that the swimming pools, both the villa pool and the main pool, could benefit from an upgrade and more frequent water changes/maintenance.

There should be some improvement in the breakfast and the room with open area to the pool should have a glass door for insects to stay outside.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Casa Ganesha Ubud. The staff were absolutely exceptional—friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made my stay special. The cleanliness was excellent, and I really appreciated that the room and hotel were cleaned every day. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. A special mention to Sandika, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. His warm hospitality and willingness to assist really stood out and made me feel very well taken care of. One of the highlights was the beautiful rice terrace surroundings, where you can enjoy the peacefulness of nature and even dine while taking in the beautiful views. It was such a relaxing and memorable experience, especially being surrounded by Ubud’s natural beauty. 🌿🌾 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only area I felt could be improved was the Dedari facial/massage experience, which unfortunately did not meet the same high standard as the hotel and staff. The treatment itself could have been better.

Das Poolwasser ist total milchig. Es wird jeden Tag etwas (Müll und Abfall) verbrannt und daher riecht es den ganzen Tag nach Verbrannter Asche und man kann dadurch nicht durch atmen. Das Bad ist nicht belüftet und daher riecht es nach Feuchtigkeit und man selber bemerkt man es an sich.

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt! Die Anlage ist super gepflegt, total schön gestaltet und hat eine richtig entspannte, idyllische Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, man wurde immer herzlich empfangen und gut betreut. Das Essen war auch gut und völlig in Ordnung, es gab genug Auswahl. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Teníamos una villa privada y estaba bien decorada y era amplia. El desayuno es un buffet variado y el restaurante que tiene está bien si no se quiere salir del hotel. El personal muy bien, concretamente Sandika nos trató muy bien.

La ubicación no es del todo buena si se quiere ir mucho al centro. Dependes de un coche o moto para ir al centro. En el baño hay una rendija que comunica con el baño de la Villa de al lado y se escucha todo.

We just spent 6 nights in Royal Casa Ganesha Resort with our family of three. We were very sad to leave! Would have loved to stay longer. The resort is beautiful with lush green jungle gardens, an infinity pool with beautiful views over the rice terraces. We stayed in a one bedroom villa with private pool. It was very beautiful and typical Balinese. Can’t explain how friendly and helpful the staff is. It was a gift to come back here after a full day of exploring the very busy Ubud area and having the peace and tranquility of the resort. Thank you so much to all the helpful al super friendly staff, thank you Odin, Oka and Ayu for the amazing service, the nice talks we had and for looking out for our daughter with her food allergies. We were sad to leave, but we love to come back next year. Terima kasih banyak! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Nothing. We are now in somewhat busier Sanur and I must say, it’s an adjustment after the tranquility of Royal Casa Ganesha.

We stayed 4 nights and we had a pool villa .. amazing service and they made beautiful pool breakfast for my daughter’s birthday .. I would recommend this resort if in Ubud

Dinner was not that great, they need to improvise on options. I had half board and selected dinner but they misunderstood that it’s only for one night and made us wait to check details for 1 hour. Was a bit disappointing and I had to contact booking.com to clarify the half board. It was a bit like they don’t know what’s a half board and they run a resort and one night dinner was late for 1.5 hours due to Chef on leave and my child slept off. For food wise very disappointing

ODIN WAS AMAZING! We were only here for a short time but definitely would stay again. Staff were absolutely amazing so comfortable! We got in so late and they were so friendly. Very clean and value for money is amazing! Breakfast was also incredible.

The whole impression of the hotel was great. Rooms are very clean, and comfortable ,stuff is very helpfull and pleasand, outdor is very nicely arranged with the swimming pool and fllowers. The breakfast was excellent, we also tried the local fruits,. For me the best expeirence was walking through the rice field early in the morning and exchanging the knowledge with our guide from the hotel. That was something special tital recharging. Also the Balinese massage at the hotel was so relaxing and caliming, and I would greatly reccomend it. Another great thing we have experienced is the ceremony. We were there during the biggest holiday in Bali called Kuningan and they included us in the ceremony where we were dressed in the ceremonial clothes. There are many activities offered in the hotel like radiotional kate making for which I was also interested but did not have time to do it. Overall I would recommend this hotel to people searching for hospitality, serenity and beauty of nature.

We hebben een erg fijne ervaring gehad in dit hotel. Het terrein is groot en prachtig aangelegd, met een goed onderhouden tuin die direct een ontspannen sfeer geeft. Prima zwembad. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon, wel een tikkeltje gedateerd.

Er is geen smart tv op de kamer aanwezig, wat ik anno nu wel als een must ervaar.

We had a lovely stay at Royal Casa Ganesha Resort and Spa. The place was beautiful, clean, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The villa itself was a great size and very comfortable. We loved that we had our own private pool! We even had the floating breakfast. The resort has a restaurant and bar with a good selection of food and drinks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how accommodating the team was.

One small improvement would be adding a fan to the living area of the villa, as it became quite hot and hard to sit there for long periods. We also experienced a leak in our room during our stay, however the staff handled it wonderfully — they were very apologetic and quickly moved us to another villa. Their service and attitude were excellent, especially considering the issue was outside of their control.

Прекрасний персонал, дуже ввічливий і намагається всім догодити. Дещо дорого, оскільки готельні умови вже потребують оновлення. Нам за додаткове дитяче ліжко для дитини оцінили 400 к за ніч. Це досить дорого, однак вони попереджали про таку ціну, тому ти або погоджуєшся, або ж ні. Видно, що готель вже старіший. Чудово, що є шатл від готелю у центр міста до Monkey Forest назад. Сніданки дуже повні і смачні. Кухня та офіціанти стараюся на найвищому рівні. Ми були з дітьми, і для нас гостра їжа — це не варіант, і кухарі навіть готували те, що було звичним для нас, тобто комбінували під наш смак та запити, тому величезне дякую за це.

For Europeans - not much breakfast choice. Also the sun beds were not cleaned daily and I need to ask every day to take the trash.

Beautiful grand hotel / resort just out of Ubud. Amazing staff . Huge clean infinity pool. Please book the suite above the pool ! Amazing rooms and view.. Private Villas are great Odin is a great staff member who is highly valued by the hotel and works as driver and at reception .

Room service was excellent one night. Had same meal next night but it was missing a lot of chicken ( butter chicken ). Only 6 pieces of chicken , probably 15/16 pieces previous night.

Because of its location in the countryside you must expect a lot of bugs and geckos etc. The room overall could do with a renovation. Pool towels provided but worn & stained.

Amazing location! Only a 15-minute drive away from Ubud city. The landscape is beyond expectation. I am happy with the general food and room service in the hotel.

The fish fillet in the set menu might be overcooked.

Our group of 14 people stayed in Royal Casa in late September to early October for almost 8 days. We are happy with the quick and responsive service team. Whatever our group needs ( ex. early check-out for flight, late check-in due to delayed flight, venue door open/close), the team could resolve all issues quickly and friendly. We are amazed by the abundance of planting and ambient lighting around. It is a real heaven for retreat. Will come back again!

Early check-out breakfast box can be 50% less food, or it can be a massive waste. We have 2 pastries, 4 slices of white sandwich bread and 2 eggs with a few fruits.

Superb place to stay, so beautiful and aesthetic. Clean rooms, friendly staffs, good breakfast options, big pool, near to most tourist attractions, totally instagram-worthy!

I think the hotel has great potential to become the best hotel in the area, surrounded by such beautiful nature and vegetation.

The breakfast selection was okay, but there were more options suited for guests coming from India. The rice fields are not fully maintained, and if they were, I think they would look much better than any others in the surrounding area. The rooms need renovation; the bathrooms even look a bit dirty, although the bedding was fresh and fragrant. The food in the restaurant is expensive considering the portion sizes and taste. I think the hotel needs significant investment, but it would attract a large number of visitors because the potential is enormous.

Loved everything

Lovely place, both private and public pool was great. Ended up extending our stay longer as it was so peaceful and the mozzie net was a relief so we didn't need to worry about getting bitten in the night. Staff were lovely and decent selection at breakfast. Traffic in and out of ubud was a pain but we knew that was the trade off for a quiet place to sleep. Recommend finding some restaurants nearby rather than going into the town if you just want a relaxing night in as sometimes we couldn't be bothered to fight the traffic for an evening meal. Shame the second bar/restaraunt wasn't open during our stay as that would have broken it up a bit during a longer stay but in all we enjoyed and would return.

Spa was a bit tired but great to have the option available on site.

They accepted the last minute book, and the staff was very nice! And the villa was exceptional!

I really enjoied my staying here, it was such a beautiful experience! At each corner of the huge place I could discover a new building, a new flower, a beautiful tree or the balineese wood architecture. The place is designed with such care and beauty that adresses all the senses in a nurturing way. The food was extraordinary and Mr Sukarma and his staff were always smiling, being so polite and helpful with all the requests I had. I recomand this place for any type of event, either personal or business. Thank you so much for this experience!

Sometimes in the morning it was a lot if noise from outside: other villas were buit, monks singing loud from a church nearby.

The location was amazing with lush green and rice fields surrounding the resort

Noisy - unfortunately due to inconsiderate guests, doors were being opened and closed late at night with kids shouting and running between rooms. The doors are not soft closing so we’re always being slammed .

The location was peaceful, the gardens and buildings were beautiful. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive. The rooms had very comfortable beds and were beautifully appointed. We dined many times in the restaurant and the food was tasty and well presented. We enjoyed our stay very much.

One bed villa. Immaculate is an understatement. This was superb upmarket accommodation of the highest order. Private pool and beautiful foliage surrounding.

The swimming pool was nice, the breakfast is delicious, the restaurant food was tasty, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room could have been cleaner, and the restaurant only offer western food, with no local options available.

The hotel is planned to be going under renovation, I assume afterwards would be much better but as it is: Cleanliness, the sheets were looking dirty, had several marks and stains, the bathroom corners had spider web mid wall all the way to the ceiling. Breakfast was ok-ish, had we not had the breakfast it would not have made a big difference as we had only few options to our liking, Food at the resturant was really nogood! The prices are also not cheap for what u get! Finger away! We practically preferred not to eat dinner at all rather than dining there.

Facilities were nice, the pool was fantastic and the staff was lovely. They are plenty of places to get some rest in the area and there are activities. I loved the way they integrated the hotel in nature. They offer a bus shuttle service to Ubud, and there is a local supermarket very close to the location.

The fitness centre is small, they are renovating that floor so it is not very clean when you step outside. The water machine of the fitness centre didn't work when I was there. Breakfast food needs to be protected from bugs

Beautiful gardens, a total oasis! Lovely large grounds to wander around, clean, quiet comfortable, large clean pool, and free yoga class was a great addition. Free daily shuttle into ubud. We extended our stay. Great place to stay during Nypei day. Gym and buffet breakfast. Indomart across the road but not much else but its easy to get into ubud.

A little out of ubud but an easy 12min grab motorbike ride into town for $3.

Very nice resort. Staff was great, held an umbrella over pir heads so we wouldn’t get wet walking to the car. Food in the restaurant is nice en breakfast was great too. On a scooter taxi or if you rent a scooter you get into the centre very fast, but the hotel also has a free shuttlebus going there a couple times a day.

Friendly staff. good location - 10 minutes from central Ubud in cab. Comfy bed, clean room and it has a gym too which is great for me. Odin really looked after me. I also used their transport service and Okin was kindly waiting for me prior to me arriving into Bali which was lovely after a long journey.

The breakfast was standard buffett it could have been better, fresher and healthier options.

The staff members worked as a team, anyone you ask or talked too, they showed willingness to assist. All of them very humble.

They allowed people to smoke in the same area as non smokers. The food for dinner only had Balanies food , mo variety, The staff in the hotel must improve on preparing types of eggs & the time you wait for the preparation.

Dinner idli and vada was tiny and not with chutney and sambhar.

Entrance to the hotel was nice. Staffs were kind as usual like Balinese people.

1. It was like a student hostel. Nothing is closer to any 4* international hotel or resort. Building quality was extremely poor, we could hear all the time noise from outside. 3. Mosquito everywhere, not clean facility at all. 3.Bathroom was too small and congested. 4.Very poor breakfast. Greedy approach, extra cost for cappuccino, expresso in breakfast buffet.
