La posizione e il facile accesso alla spiaggia

Prima di tutto, la piscina non è dell’intero hotel. È solamente riservata ad un’appartamento, e questa cosa non è per niente specificata nell’annuncio della struttura, anzi. Il problema più grande è avvenuto con il pagamento. La prenotazione è stata effettuata su Booking tramite carta, e avrebbe dovuto essere addebitata prima dell’arrivo o all’arrivo, ma ci è stato chiesto più volte e insistentemente di saldare in contanti, nonostante ripeto, avessero i dati della carta utilizzata per la prenotazione. Dopo aver insistito noi per pagare con carta, il titolare ha avanzato delle scuse come il Wi-Fi che non funzionava (sul nostro telefono andava benissimo), le nostre carte non valide (hanno funzionato per due giorni ovunque) e altre. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare una terza persona che è arrivata finalmente con il pos per poter effettuare il saldo con la carta. Pessima esperienza, da una struttura non ci si aspetta questo

The room was spacious and was equipped with a fridge.

Unfortunately the room hasn’t been renovated in a long time. Multiple things were broken and simply old. Parts of Tiles on the bathroom floor were missing, the showerhead was constantly dripping and the odour in the whole room wasn’t pleasant.

La localización y la relación cálidad precio

La persona que estaba en la recepción no aceptó pago con tarjeta, tenía que ser en metálico, pero había un cartel que decía que se aceptaba pago con tarjeta. Además Booking me informa al hacer la reserva que se ma cargaría a la cuenta antes de mi llegada, cosa que no sucedió. Ello me obligó, viniendo de un vuelo internacional a conseguir cambio a las 23 h de la noche porque no aceptó ninguna otra solución. No nos informó ni siquiera que fuera una avería del TPV.

Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick, Wasserkocher und gute Klimaanlage.

WiFi könnte besser sein.

I was upstairs and it was my first instance where you can’t flush toilet paper so I was abit nervous but it was fine

Absolument rien qui ne puisse justifier de se faire menacer physiquement en pleine nuit

Expérience traumatisante, et de ce que je lis nous n’avons pas été les seuls. Le gérant devrait suivre une thérapie pour gérer ses crises de colères. Suite à un problème technique avec la serrure de notre chambre (bloquée à notre retour), le gérant a basculé dans une hostilité totale et injustifiée. il nous a insultés et a proféré des menaces physiques explicites (« We are two men … », mouvements de tête invitant au combat). À date nous ne comprenons toujours pas ce que nous aurions mal fait (apparemment ne pas dire merci, alors que nous venions simplement proposer de l’aide). Nous nous sommes sentis en danger immédiat et avons dû fuir l'établissement à pied à 22h30 avec nos bagages pour trouver un autre refuge. Un établissement où l'on ne se sent pas en sécurité face au personnel est à bannir.

Les photos qui ne reflètent pas la réalité. La piscine qui n'appartient quand une seule chambre. L'état général des chambres et équipements trop vieux et délabrés.

All of it, very relaxed and quiet. Lovely view, felt very peaceful. All lovely and clean.

I have ordered room with the seaview as was descripted on the picture. Unfortunately I did not room I have ordered as they mystify people with same pictures for all rooms. They did not take the money from the card attached in the booking and I have to pay on site with 5% additional charge. I was promised discount, did not get any and paid full price withou any partial refund. The accomodation was very old and kinda dirty. The receptionist tried to be nice, but they could not do anything.

Si queres tranquilidad es una buena ubicacion, si queres ir al centro debes alquilar moto o tomar taxi, esta como a 30 min andando de la fisherman walking street, el personal muy bien, llegamos antes del check in y nos entregaron la habitacion 2 hs antes, la vista a la playa es buena.

25 paces from the beach, quiet and comfortably with attentive friendly staff. Numerous restaurants and cafes within 150m of hotel and access to Watersport and ferries to other islanded.

L'emplacement et le personnel très agréable surtout la petite dame a l'accueil !!

Nous avons pris la chambre sur la plage, elle était superbe. En face de l'hôtel il y a quelques bons petits restaurants et une "boulangerie Française". La vue directe sur la plage et la mer, est un vrai bonheur.

Zišla by sa renovácia, je to už staršie zariadenie, steny by chcelo vymaľovať a spočiatku sme chceli odísť, no tá poloha to napokon vykomenzovala, je to ďaleko od všetkého, bez skútra sa nepohnete, dá sa však lacno požičať priamo v ubytovaní

The website pictures are very deceiving. It preports to be well kept and nicely decorated however it was unkempt and very shabby. Small swimming pool was green and unusable. Although bedsheets seem clean, the duvet. smelt of other people's sweat. Rubbish around. I old plastic chair on balcony.

The great location, beachfront.

Our apartment was on top floor, with an amazing balcony view to the sea! Our room was cleaned by staff on a daily basis! So nice that they offer towels for the sea in each room. Staff were friendly and they have scooters to rent from the reception which was helpful!

The AC in the room was working but we couldn’t move it higher or lower than 22 degrees which was cold for us. We had to turn it on and off during the night.

Namestitev se nahaja tik ob plaži iz katere lahko dostopaš do vseh beach klubov. Osebje je zelo prijazno, pri njih lahko rezerviraš taxi, kupiš pijačo…. Misva sva pri njih tudi rezervirala izlet na pig island.

V kopalnici voda počasi odteka.

Super Aufenthalt, sauber und tolles Personal. Die Umgebung ist nicht so belebt, aber das wussten wir vorher, da wir bewusst in der Nähe zum Ferry Pier sein wollten. Atemberaubender Meerblick und absolute Ruhe

Die Lage direkt am Meer

Das Zimmer war eher heruntergekommen, es war ein bisschen alles zusammen gebastelt. Sehr schade für diese traumhafte Lage. Bei der Zimmertür waren rechts und links Lücken, also die Tür war nicht richtig dicht. Steckdosen zum Teil alt. Die Glastür in der Dusche konnte man nicht richtig schliessen und das Scharnier war locker, leider einbisschen schimmlig und es war muffig.. Leider war es auch zum Teil laut von der Musik am Strand… Keine Rücksicht, die Nachtruhe war irgendwann…

L’accueil est très chaleureux, tout le personnel est gentil. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place (250 bath les 24h). Proximité immédiate avec la plage, avec transat, chaises, etc. Restaurants et magasins à proximité. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et confortables. Le ménage est fait tous les jours.

Dans le cas où votre chambre donne sur la route (et non sur le jardin ou la mer), ce qui était notre cas : la route est bruyante jusqu’à tard dans la soirée. Les chambres qui donnent directement sur jardin ou mer manquent d’intimité (escalier qui passent devant, allée avec du passage).

The beach was very close to the room.Terraces/balconies that are “basically on the beach”. The refrigerator was very large.

Extremely concerning behavior from the owners, including aggressive shouting, swearing, and even physical assault and threats during disputes about issues like the pool ‘green slime’ conditions. Little empathy or flexibility shown, left feeling humiliated and unsafe.

A parede do banheiro estava bastante verde, o que da a impressao de que nao esta limpo.

The properly itself is great , we had 2 superior rooms upstairs with sea views and they were nice rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I’m not sure I would stay at Bangrak beach again as there isn’t a great deal there and the beach wasn’t the cleanest sadly.

The location was perfect for me, I just needed one night arriving from New Zealand and leaving in the morning. Ten minutes by car from the airport and 5 minutes from the Bangrak pier where I got the boat to Phangan. The lady at the reception was exceptionally kind, she helped with my very heavy bags and asked me if I was hungry. As they have no restaurant she offered to go and get me some food as I was exhausted. I wasn't hungry but she came to my room with some of her own instant coffee for the next morning. She also searched the Lomprayah timetable without me asking as I was unsure of when the first boat was. The bad was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Also good wifi.

The room is basic but comfortable and a few sachet of instant coffee would have made a difference.

Ich hätte ein sehr großes Zimmer mit Meerblick im ersten Stock gehabt und somit die Pole Position. Ein seg geräumiges Zimmer mit viel Platz und einer riesigen Glasfront. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und den ganzen Tag sehr bemüht, alles sauber zu halten. Annehmlichkeiten wie ein Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher waren vorhanden und man hat täglich auch zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser bekommen. Weitere Vorteile: sehr nahe zum Pier und zum Flughafen und in der Nähe sind viele Lokalitäten und auch kleine Bars.

Leider bot das Hotel kein Frühstück an, und an der einem oder anderen Stelle sind die Materialien, speziell im Badezimmer, abgenutzt gewesen.
