מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, ניקיון, סדר, קבלת הפנים הייתה נעימה ואישית. קיבלו אותנו עם שיחה אישית. במהלך החופה תמיד דאגו שנהיה מרוצים, יצאנו לטייל בערב וכשחזרנו ראינו שניקו את החדר (בפעם השניה באותו יום). בכל בעיה שנתקלנו, הצוות היה שם לעזור, דאגו לעזור לנו עם השכרת רכב לטיולים והמליצו לנו מקומות , נתנו עצות מועילות (כמו באיזה חוף יותר כדאי להיות). הרגשה שאנחנו בראש סדר העדיפויות. אוכל בארוחת הבוקר ממש טעים. המלון ממש קרוב לים ויש שקיעה מדהימה. מומלץ מאוד

Einfach alles! Ein exklusives, feines Hotel mit 13 Zimmern, keine Massenabfertigung, Individualität wird hier noch gelebt. Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer geliefert, kein nerviges Anstehen an einem überladenen Buffet, der Tag kann gemütlich starten! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, Strände, Lokale, … alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mitarbeiter:innen und Managerin top engagiert. Alle Wünsche wurden uns erfüllt!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We would especially like to thank the staff for their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for their guests. Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel to ask if an early check-in might be possible because our flight had been rescheduled to an earlier arrival time. Although the official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., we were warmly welcomed and able to check into our suite as soon as we arrived from the airport, at around 10:00 a.m. After travelling overnight, this made an enormous difference to us. We are truly grateful for your hospitality and for accommodating our request. The location of the hotel is another great advantage. There is a beach right next to the hotel where there are usually waves. It was much less crowded, and whenever the waves were not too strong, it was a lovely place to swim. If the sea became too rough, there was another beach just a five-minute walk away, where the water was calm but there were more people. We went there on the days when the waves at the nearby beach were too big. Having two different beaches within such a short walking distance was a real bonus, as we could always choose the one that best suited the sea conditions that day. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes.

Sehr schöne Suiten mit Blick auf das Meer. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Altstadt Rhodos kann zu Fuss erreicht werden (ca. 20 Minuten). Steinstrand direkt vor dem Haus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück sehr lecker.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Dimitri, Katerina, and the entire staff made us feel as though we were staying in our own home. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made this one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Having a washing machine available was a game changer for us and made our stay so much more convenient. Another great bonus was the car rental service located right at the hotel. We rented a car for two days and were able to explore all around Rhodes with ease, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Rhodes.

Dans la ville moderne de Rhodes tout peut se faire à pied. Hôtel de grand confort, personnel très attentionné et petit-déjeuner très copieux.

La plage de galets en face de l’hôtel. Beaucoup de travaux de rénovation autour. Piscine petite en roof top qui nécessite de réserver.

On arrival we were met with a glass of bubbles. Shown to our room and everything explained. The interior was lovely and the room fantastic. Spacious, sleek and comfortable. It’s across the road from the beach. 10 mins to old town. Minutes from restaurants and bars. Fabulous shower, comfy bed and huge balcony. Couldn’t fault it. Big choice of breakfast, from omelette to french toast, yogurt with honey or pancakes with salmon. You can order as much as you want and they are happy to adjust the menu to suit you. The staff are attentive and eager to help. Pool area was clean and had fabulous sunbed. Had the best stay.

L'hôtel est remarquablement situé, en bord de mer, à quelques minutes à pied de restaurants, magasins et de la superbe vieille ville de Rhodes. L'endroit est parfait vaste, agréable, très propre et super équipé avec notamment la présence d'un lave linge vraiment très pratique. La chambre est très fonctionnelle et la climatisation fonctionne de façon impeccable. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, une vraie "belle vue", et on peut profiter d'une immense terrasse pour déguster un excellent petit-déjeuner, très varié, qui sort de l'ordinaire. Tout cela est déjà beaucoup mais ce n'est rien en comparaison de la gentillesse de toute l'équipe en charge de l'hôtel qui est d'un professionnalisme et d'une gentillesse vraiment exceptionnelle et hors du commun. Tous les membres de l'équipe sont désireux de rendre le séjour de leurs hôtes le plus agréable possible et c'est un atout inestimable qui nous a fait adorer notre séjour.

La perfection n'est pas de ce monde et il est possible de trouver quelques légers défauts. Les œufs à la coque arrivent parfois durs et nous avons noté quelques bruits de circulation un peu gênant la nuit notamment au passage de camions et de motos. L'espace piscine bien que très agréable mériterait une petite remise à niveau. Cependant, tout cela est vraiment très peu de choses en comparaison des très nombreux avantages de l'endroit.

We had an incredible four-night stay in a one-bedroom Premium View Suite. The view was outstanding, and we loved the location — it was within easy walking distance of Old Town. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were incredible and truly made our stay perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and always very helpful. Breakfast was great, and the hotel felt very secure. We also loved the private access to the pool, which was a really nice feature. We would absolutely love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone we know.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. We could easily walk in to the old town, harbour and along the seafront. There were many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. The staff were amazing. Dimitri was very attentive and always took time to talk to us. The ladies at breakfast were lovely and the cleaning staff we saw were also great. Our breakfast was cooked fresh and was of very high quality.

It was a shame to leave.

Notre avion de retour annulé pour tempête. Obligé de décaler notre départ de 3 heures la manager voulait nous faire payer pour avoir le droit de rester dans l’hôtel (sans chambre bien sûr). Je n’ai jamais vu ça pour un séjour de 4 jours.

Une honte pour un hôtel censé être 5 étoiles. À fuir absolument. Dès notre arrivée, grosse désillusion : l’hôtel n’a absolument rien à voir avec les photos en ligne. Les prestations sont médiocres, et le service client encore pire. Une de nos amies est arrivée un peu plus tard (elle faisait partie du groupe), et ils ont purement refusé de la laisser entrer, alors même que nous avions proposé de payer un supplément. Le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, donc pour chaque demande, il fallait descendre à la réception. Et quand on descendait ? On nous répondait mal, avec un ton condescendant et aucun sens du service. La nourriture ? Immonde. Le service en chambre ? “Exceptionnellement indisponible” ce soir-là, à condition d’avoir réservé 24h à l’avance. Sérieusement ? La manager de l’hôtel, absente pendant plusieurs jours, a finalement daigné se montrer. Quand on lui a expliqué nos soucis, elle a préféré nous blâmer, en nous reprochant de “demander trop de choses”. Aucune écoute, aucune solution, aucun geste commercial. Une arrogance hallucinante. ZÉRO remise en question. Hôtel prétendument 5 étoiles, mais en réalité, un cauchemar à vivre. Très loin des standards d’un service professionnel. Je déconseille fortement.

Türk vatandaşı olarak alışık olduğumuz bir kahvaltı türü olmadığı için yorum yapmam doğru olmaz. Mevcut kahvaltı servis ve ikram gayet başarılı ve nazikçeydi.

Sevmediğim tek şey odalardaki ışıklandırma sistemin de çok fazla anahtar olması ve karışıklığa sebep olması diyebilirim. hangi bölgenin ışığını hangi anahtar ile açıp kapatmak için zaman harcıyorsunuz.

I absolutely loved my time at the Bellevue at the Beach Suites (even though I was sick the whole time)! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view of the Aegean was lovely---I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Even though there is a street below, it was very quiet and I could hear the waves. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful (special thanks to Dimitris & Theodoros). The breakfast is amazing, so many different options to order. I had it delivered to my room since I was traveling alone. I also ordered room service, a huge, delicious hamburger that was so large I ate it over two nights. I was there off-season (November) and the restaurant closed at 15:00 so I ordered my food early and warmed it up at dinnertime. The kitchen facilities and Nespresso machine were great to have. It's a short walk to the Old Town---personally, I prefer the modern facilities of the Bellevue Suites and the sunny rooms with a lovely view of the sea to the rather darker medieval design of Old Town but that's a matter of taste. Also, taxis can drive up to the Bellevue whereas you need help getting luggage to hotels in the Old Town since the streets are pedestrian only. I was so grateful that I had such a nice place to stay, so bright and cheerful, because I ended up spending a lot of time in the apartment because I was sick. I have great memories of my time there and plan to return soon when I won't be too sick to go out.

Please provide a microwave! It's really needed to rewarm food and coffee.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr professionell. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Es wurde auf alle Wünsche/Extrawünsche eingegangen. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Für ihn stand ein Hundebett mit vielen weitere Utensilien, inclusive Hundespielzeug bereit. Wie hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!!!

Location was perfect with easy access to both sides of the beach, and a very pleasant walk to harbour & old town. We had a 2-bedroom suite which had a huge dual aspect balcony with spectacular views. Everything was immaculately clean, spacious & comfortable. Breakfast was amazing & could be enjoyed on our own private balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were super nice, very helpful & accommodating. Our flight home was very late & we were able to enjoy a full day at the beach having access to full shower facilities at the hotel before our taxi to the airport.

Personal sehr nett. Handtücher teilweise 2 mal am Tag gewechselt. Frühstück wird frisch vorbereitet, kein Buffet, sehr lecker und man bekommt alles was man wünscht. Könnten bei der Abreise im Hotel bleiben und den Pool nur für uns 2 nutzen bis am Nachmittag .

Die liegen auf dem Strand kosten extra und sind sehr abgenutzt .

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Besonders begeistert hat uns das leckere Frühstück sowie die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer inklusive traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben uns als Familie rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Service-Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Simply fantastic, I just can't praise the staff and the hotel enough. It was our second stay here and once again we were really well looked after. The day before we left the UK we had a call from Katerina to make sure everything was ok and as always she was very pleasant and polite when we met her. Dimitri was a complete gentleman, I really enjoyed having a few chats with him. Theodoris was the gentleman who welcomed us on arrival and was a first class host throughout our stay. The hotel is simply wonderful, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Rhodes anymore. Thank you all at the Bellevue On The Beach Suites from Mark, Rachel and Katy.

Excellent location, outstanding and attentive service, large apartment size, customer breakfast and quietness.

We didn’t have any complaints about the hotel. The only issue was the strong wind at the beach outside the front of the hotel but it was only 2min walk to the opposite side beach, which was breathless.

Nous avons séjourné au Bellevue On the Beach Suites Hotel avec nos deux jeunes garçons (2 ans et demi et 5 ans). Cet hôtel correspondait exactement à ce que nous recherchions : du calme, presque une atmosphère privative et exclusive, loin de la foule, avec un personnel particulièrement attentionné et bienveillant. Nous avons été très impressionnés par le petit-déjeuner, inclus dans le séjour, servi à table et à la carte (une première pour nous !). Le personnel faisait preuve d’une grande patience avec nos enfants, toujours serviables et souriants. Le service de chambre était exceptionnel : la chambre était préparée entre deux et trois fois par jour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine principale, parfaite pour profiter de la tranquillité, ainsi qu’une deuxième piscine située au 6ᵉ étage, que l’on pouvait réserver rien que pour nous. Les petites attentions étaient nombreuses : une trousse garnie de crèmes solaires, des claquettes, un sac de plage, des sucreries, des bouteilles d’eau minérale à volonté, ainsi que des cocktails de bienvenue. Enfin, notre suite était spacieuse et très confortable, avec un grand balcon et même une machine à laver mise à disposition, lessive comprise.

Quelques détails pourraient rendre l’expérience absolument parfaite : 1. Salles de bain : les douches mériteraient une rénovation ou une modernisation, en particulier celle de la salle de bain principale. Nous avons constaté que l’eau s’écoulait sous la porte à chaque utilisation. 2. Vue de la suite : notre suite se situait au niveau « mezzanine » (équivalent du premier étage), ce qui limitait la vue sur la mer, visible uniquement d’un côté. La hauteur, très proche du rez-de-chaussée, ne permettait pas de profiter pleinement du panorama. À notre avis, cet étage serait peut-être plus approprié pour d’autres installations (restaurant, salle de sport, sauna, etc.) plutôt que pour des suites, afin de garantir une véritable expérience « vue sur mer ». 3. Piscine du 6ᵉ étage : bien que privatisable et agréable, elle mériterait également une modernisation. L’ajout d’un petit bar et d’une décoration plus tropicale (plantes, aménagements) renforcerait l’expérience de détente. Ces remarques restent néanmoins secondaires : notre séjour a été globalement excellent. Le personnel a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme et d’une disponibilité remarquables, répondant à toutes nos demandes avec une attention constante. Nous sommes repartis ravis et profondément reconnaissants, le cœur léger. ⸻ Emplacement L’hôtel bénéficie d’un bon emplacement, à une distance raisonnable de l’aéroport (nous avions loué une voiture). En revanche, il est situé dans une zone particulièrement exposée au vent, ce qui donnait parfois l’impression d’être en pleine tempête. Les fortes vagues et le vent rendaient la baignade difficile sur la plage située juste en face de l’établissement – nous ne l’avons d’ailleurs pas tentée. Cependant, l’hôtel reste proche de nombreuses autres plages équipées de paillotes, ainsi que du port. La vieille ville de Rhodes est accessible en 20 à 25 minutes à pied, ce qui est un atout indéniable.

Konumu çok merkezi,her yere yürüme mesafesinde.

The view and location are good, but everything else destroyed our stay...

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HOLIDAY FROM HELL, BOOK THIS! Abusive and rude staff, we arrived at 22:30, took them 1 hour to register us, and due to an error in number of guests, 2 instead of 3, they refused entry to the third guest. In a 70m2 suite that sleeps 6! We missed our dinner because of them! They refused to serve us breakfast, even the 2 registered guests, deactivated our cards, and refused entry to anyone else, although this was a business trip and the suite had to function as a meeting room. In a prepaid suite. Cleaning only superficial, hair from previous guests all over the place... The Manager of the hotel should be avoided at all costs. She doesnt care about guests and looks at people like dollars...citing "property rules" behind everything. Fake smiles and no clue about how the hospitality industry operates, these people are dangerous and a sad example for an otherwise beautiful location with a lot to offer. SHAME on you.

Great serviced apartment and super breakfast included in the price. Enjoyed the private pool and sea views. Some good restaurants nearby and some very friendly staff.

Stayed here for our second visit. Beautiful apartment and hotel. Excellent breakfast, great location on the beach to watch the sunset. The service from the staff is exceptional and was one of the main reasons why we returned for a repeat stay.

A roof top bar would be much better than a private indoor pool that has to be booked.

שירות ואירוח מדהימים, חדרים מרווחים נקיים למשעי. כל יום הוחלפו מגבות. קיבלנו בקבוקי מים חינם ודאגו להשלים את המלאי כשצריך ללא תשלום. ארוחת הבוקר היתה לפי תפריט והיא היתה מדהימה וללא הגבלה. בסיום שהותנו במלון אף קיבלנו שי ומכתב ברכה. השירות היה אישי ודאגו לכל צרכינו. המיקום הוא מול הים. ממליצים מכל הלב.

We rented the 2 bedroom corner unit overlooking the sea. Absolutely beautiful!! They delivered made to order breakfast to our balcony every morning. Hands down a 5 star property. The location was perfect and their dinner restaurant recommendations were amazing. I would definitely rely return.
