Good location, clean, modern, comfortable.

Breakfast was average, the pool was in the shade for most of the day. The water cut off one morning so there was no running water, coffee, drinking water etc.

Man kann ganz einfach von einem Balkon auf den Nachbarbanken steigen. Deshalb mussten wir bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Die Türen schließen nicht leise sondern mit einem Knall. Leider waren im nachbarzimmer Party people die gefeiert haben ohne Ende.

We stayed for 6 nights. Friendly staff especially at meal times. The room was clean and towels changed every day. Overall we had a lovely time. Would stay again.

Gym could have been better, no air-conditioning, to hot to work out. TV didn't work very well it kept going offline.

Très bon emplacement : la plage est à seulement 2 minutes à pied et la vieille ville à environ 20 minutes, donc on peut facilement faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Nous avons également apprécié la belle vue sur la mer ainsi que les boissons et bouteilles d’eau gratuites dans la chambre. Mention spéciale au personnel du bar, qui était excellent, très sympathique et adorable.

Le prix ne vaut pas du tout les prestations. La chambre et la salle de bain sont trop petites et les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Il y a des bars juste en bas de l’hôtel, avec beaucoup de bruit le soir. L’eau de la piscine était également trop froide pour pouvoir en profiter. Les réceptionnistes pourraient être plus souriants. Nous avons aussi constaté des taches sur certaines serviettes, ce qui est assez décevant. Enfin, même si l’emplacement est pratique, les alentours immédiats de l’hôtel ne sont vraiment pas très beaux.

As every Greek hotel, this hotel is far away from 4 star hotel. It could be better cleaned, maintained and realistically shown on photos. This hotel is for young people not for families.

WE STAYED IN ROOM 208. The first night must have been some sort of conference as live music till 11pm, which was ok, but then we were above the rooms with jacuzzis and they did not stop partyng till 4am so no sleep at all. The second night was fine, just make sure you are in floors high above ground floor.

Great location. Close to the old and new town by walking, and also to the beach. We also like the fact they cleaned our room everyday and changed towels. Breakfast was nice but the same everyday.

It’s not the fanciest hotel but for the price and for the fact it’s very close to everywhere and we didn’t rent a car - it was good.

Friendly staff and clean areas

Breakfast did not meet the expectations of a Mercure chain hotel. The coffee was literally the worst I have ever tasted and it is unbelievable how such a hotel does not to have a decent beverage machine. Although there was a range of products to choose from, some of the them such as the cheese, spinach and apple pies were clearly not fresh or stale. The worst of all, was being asked to leave the area in two minutes before the doors closed. There were customers who had been served and they literally had no time to eat (not just on one day). When breakfast finishes at a certain time, it usually means that the buffet closes, not that one has to leave the area. Being a frequent traveller, this has always been the case at hotels. In case the doors have to close, the guests should be informed at least a quarter of an hour in advance. This is something that was discussed among other guests as well as they were also annoyed.

**Let’s start with the good things, because the staff truly deserve the credit.** We have never experienced such an amazing hotel staff. The reception staff, from Melina and everyone else, were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. All the staff in the dining room were also wonderful, and the service was excellent. The food was one of the best things about this hotel. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty, fresh and varied. Every day there was something different, and it was clear that a lot of thought was put into the menu. In the evening, Vangelis, our waiter, and his colleague were simply amazing. They provided excellent service. The swimming pool is not very large, but if you do not plan to spend the whole day inside the hotel, it is more than enough. The hotel also had some very well-organized and enjoyable evening activities. **The spa and fitness area:** The sauna was nice, and we really enjoyed the relaxation room with music. It was a very pleasant place to sit and relax. There is also a massage room and a spa treatment area, which were nice additions. However, the gym was very disappointing. It is extremely small, with very old equipment, and in our opinion it was one of the poorest hotel gyms we have ever seen. It definitely needs renovation and better equipment. **Now for the important part, and unfortunately, the most disappointing part of our stay.** We were six people and booked two rooms, three people in each room. We stayed on the fifth floor, and the air conditioning in one of the rooms simply did not work properly. It did not cool the room at all. It was basically just blowing air. We reported the problem again and again. Every day we were told that it would be fixed, but nothing was actually done. We also started to understand that this was not only a problem in our room, but possibly a problem in several rooms in the hotel. The room was very hot, both during the day and at night, and this seriously affected our holiday.

הייתי בסוויטה והיה לנו בריכה פרטית בחדר , הבריכה הייתה מלאה בכלור בצורה מוגזמת שזה קצת איכזב .. המים שרפו קצת בגוף חוץ מזה , מושלם!

Konumu güzel Old Town a 15 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kahvaltısı iyi ve yeterliydi.

Otelde 4 gece konakladık. Odamızın kapı kilidinde problem olduğunu birden fazla kez iletmeme rağmen 3. Gün itibari ile çözebildiler. Son 2 gecede akşam saatlerinde sular kesildi. Durumun bölgeden kaynaklı olduğunu ilettiler. Dışarda bir tavernada rezervasyonumuz vardı banyo yapmanız mı gerekiyor isterseniz Spa bölümümüzü kullanabilirsiniz dediler. Spa da sıraya girmiş bir sürü insan vardı duş almak için tam bir rezelatti.

One thing only. At some point there was no water in the room. We were not able to have shower for half a day. They said it is a problem all over the island, but then we realised that we could use the showers at the spa and no one told us about it. It was frustrating.

מלון נעים ונקי. החדר היה נקי. עם נוף לים ומרפסת רחבה ונעימה לאחה"צ מול הים. צוות נעים, חייכן ושירותי. הבריכה יחסית קטנה , אבל התאימה לצרכים שלנו. בשעות הבוקר יש שמש בבריכה וזה התאים לנו להתחיל שם את היום.. בר צמוד לבריכה פעיל כל היום, עם מוזיקה טובה. המלון ממוקם בחוף המערבי. מסעדות וחנויות מזכרות ממש בסביבה הקרובה של המלון. החוף המזרחי, הנמל.. החנויות בעיר מרחק של 10-15 דקות הליכה. העיר העתיקה במרחק 15 דק הליכה. כל השהות שם לא התנהלנו עם תחבורה ציבורית. ארוחת בוקר אכלנו רק בחלק מהימים. יש עמדה שבה מכינים חביתות. בופה נחמד, לא גדול, הכל טרי ובהחלט יש מה למצוא לאכול. סה"כ חוויה טובה ונעימה במלון.

Çok aşırı gürültülü bir otel. Otel dışı zaten gürültülü olan bir lokasyonda ama otel içindeki müşterilerin gürültüsü daha fazla ve müdahale eden olmadı. Bütün gece koridorlarda bağırarak dolaşan müşteriler vardı.

Personelin yaklaşımı fena değildi.

Otel konum olarak aile için hiç uygun değil, gece seslerden dolayı uyuyamadık vede sorunlarımızı çözmeye odaklı değillerdi. Sadece odaya bu kadar fiyat vermek çok mantıksız. Old town'a en az 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde cocukluysaniz hiç uygun değil, ayrıca inşaat alanı gibi çevresi çok eski ve gürültülü. Ayrıca temiz havlu diye katlayıp koydular havlular kirliydi, ve başka saç kılları çıktı içinden.

L’hôtel est entouré de bâtiments actuellement en lourd travaux et/ ou des habitations sinistres …quel dommage d’avoir cette vue gâchée alors que la mer se situe à 100 m de l’établissement…déçu de l’environnement ! …la boisson offerte à l’arrivée n’a même pas pu être transformée en simple café…car la règle est la règle …un manque de souplesse pour un établissement Mercure 4 étoiles ! …

Friendly staff. Great view from the room balcony for the sea. Nice size of the balcony. Great facilities: gym, sauna , pool, even hairdresser at the hotel. Very good location, close to the beach. Great variety at the breakfast. Hotel also provide the towels for the pool, coffee machine and drinks in the room 👌

The pool size is quite small. Little bit further distance to the medieval city and tavernas.

Klima çalışmıyordu aşırı sıcaktı gece sıcaktan uyuyamadım, balkonlardan yan tarafa geçiş imkanı olması huzursuz edici.

Останавливались здесь недавно, и всё очень понравилось. Персонал невероятно приветливый, отзывчивый и вежливый, помогли со всеми вопросами. Обслуживание на самом высоком уровне — в номерах чисто, убирали регулярно и на совесть. Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки: всё было очень вкусно, свежо и с хорошим выбором блюд. В целом атмосфера очень приятная.

Рядом идёт стройка(шум).. Хочу оставить небольшое пожелание, которое сделало бы отдых гостей еще более комфортным. Было бы здорово, если бы на балконах номеров появились сушилки для белья (хотя бы небольшие настенные или складные). Во время отдыха часто возникает необходимость просушить полотенца или купальники, и специальное место для этого на балконе очень бы выручило. Очень маленький бассейн. Но главным минусом стало расположение зоны отдыха: лежаки установлены практически у самого выхода из гостиницы. Мимо постоянно ходят люди из-за чего чувствуешь себя некомфортно и не можешь расслабиться. Хотелось бы больше приватности в этой зоне.

את הבריכה. היא קטנה מאוד ונמצאת ממש בחזית של המלון. זו קומת קרקע והכל פתוח לאזור ולחניה שנראית מוזנחת מאוד. הרגשה כאילו אנחנו ברחוב המים לא ממש נקיים.

the hotel itself was beautiful, the location was great (basically across the street from the beach and a short walk to the port, old town, etc), but what especially stood out was the staff. they were INCREDIBLE, unbelievably kind and helpful, and made everything so much easier for us—they take care of everything from calling taxis, booking various tours and rental cars, recommendations, and any questions you might have. from the time we got there, every single staff member we encountered had a smile in their face and chatted and joked around with us. my trip to rhodes was made 10x better because of how happy i was with the hotel, and i could not recommend more.

The parking might be full, the saunas and etc are for an extra cost, so keep this in mind

Wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent and within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the Old Town and the harbour.

This was honestly the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. There was a different kind of noise on every floor, and many of the guests were extremely loud and inconsiderate. The street outside was also very noisy because of the hotel’s location, so it was almost impossible to relax or sleep properly.

We visited this hotel last September with our daughter and young baby. From walking in we were impressed by the cleanliness and very friendly reception staff. Our rooms were the upgraded ones with a splash pool outside and this made the holiday for us. The bar staff were also very friendly and prices were reasonable. I can highly recommend this hotel. I must mention some of the reception staff who absolutely loved our granddaughter and spoke to us every time we passed. In particular Meltem, Alexander, Melinda and Angie were so lovely.
