У нас был прекрасный номер с террасой, сам номер просторный , есть большой встроенный шкаф, личная ванная комната с феном, кондиционер, холодильник, всё чисто и аккуратно, хотя мебель не новая. Шикарный вид из окна на порт! WiFi ловил отлично. Кровати комфортные, постельное и полотенца чистые. У нас было забронировано 2 ночи в номере с террасой и 2 в номере без террасы (из-за того, что изначально при бронировании не было мест в этом отеле ещё на 2 ночи), однако нам любезно разрешили остаться в том же номере на всё время пребывания. Кроме того, на этаже была микроволновка, где мы грели еду, это тоже супер, спасибо персоналу! Вход через ресторан, который находится на ремонте, при въезде есть четкая понятная инструкция, где взять ключ.

Телевидение не работало, потом я обнаружила, что нет кабеля от антенны до телевизора и купила его, но слабо помогло 😁

The loction of the hostal is very good and the terrace was with great view.

The room needed renovation,it was not clean and the door handles were rusty. The shower was broken and hard to use.

Notre fils de 14 ans logeait avec nous et même si la chambre est assez petite, cela était tout à fait viable. Chambre lumineuse, avec grande terrasse et mobilier d'extérieur. La clim fonctionnait très bien.

Входа - изоставено прашасало заведение. Коридорите и вратите, като стар публичен дом. Малко страшничко. Миришат на застоял цигарен дим.

Unfortunately, the hostel did not meet our expectations at all. For €170 per night, the quality of the accommodation was very low and definitely not worth the price. The room and common areas looked old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There were stains, signs of dirt, and scratches almost everywhere. The ceiling and the air-conditioning vent also looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with visible dirt, damage, and signs of wear. For this price, you expect a place to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the price-to-quality ratio was terrible. €170 per night for this level of accommodation is far too expensive. We were very disappointed and definitely would not stay here again.

Die Lage war perfekt, mit Blick auf den Hafen und nur in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Restaurants und Bars gibt es unzählige in der Umgebung. Die Terrasse war sehr groß mit toller Aussicht.

Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hier und da ist etwas Renovierung fällig. Ansonsten hat aber alles gepasst und unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt.

Stanza essenzialissima, non gestione autonoma dell’AC, o si gela o niente. Camera piccola. Non pulitissima direi. Qualche capello qui e li non nostro.

Tenían que limpiar cada 2 días y sólo lo hicieron 1 vez en los 6 días. El termostato del aire acondicionado no funcionaba. De noche o frío por no poder regular o calor por tenerlo que apagar.

Brilliant location overlooking the main promenade and marina. Reception very limited hours but great communication and keys available via individual key-safes. 2nd 1-night stay here en-route to Barcelona via fast-cat ferry. Will stay again.

The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and provided an extra bed for our child under the age if 2. On Booking.com it stated that no extra beds are possible, so we never requested an extra bed. It was a very pleasant surprise! The views from the room are exceptional and the location is very good. Check in was very easy even though we arrived well after midnight. The air conditioning worked very well and we were so comfortable throughout our stay!

Het hotel zat op een handige locatie, dicht bij de haven. De kamer was erg ruim en goed schoon.

A localização é excelente, com restaurantes e supermercados a poucos minutos de distância. Cama muito confortável. Praia a poucos minutos de distância a pé. Ótima vista para a marina.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Promenade und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Restaurants, kostenlose Parkplätze und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Empfangspersonal war sehr freundlich. Besonders schön war die große Terrasse im 1. Stock mit Stühle, Tisch, Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliege sowie das Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig. Wifi auch sehr gut.

Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen und sollten vielleicht erneuert werden. Zudem ließ sich die Eingangstür nur schwer öffnen. Die Schrankablagen und die Zimmergröße sind für zwei Personen und einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend, könnten jedoch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt oder mit größeren Koffern etwas knapp werden.

The location was amazing, right on the Port and very close to parking and to cafes and restaurants. The balcony was also very nice (but we did not get the room in this photo which has a smaller balcony, we got lucky and were moved to room 103 which had a very large balcony with an umbrella and beach chairs). The view from the balcony was amazing. The air conditioning worked well in the room and it was very cool.

The towels were dirty, and we asked to have them changed (and got a very fast response), but they only changed one and they were still dirty. There was so shower gel or soaps, and we had to ask for a hand soap. The bed weren’t very comfortable, the mattress is very thin, and overall they seemed a bit dirty and had a few stains here and there. The mini fridge is very very loud and it’s a bit hard to fall asleep with it (but overall is manageable). The entrance of this place was still in construction when we went, and the staff is only at the reception from 9:30-13:00.

Felszereltségét tekintve kicsit még lehetne dolgozni rajta, de összességében nagyon jó szállás.

Estuve súper bien en este alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente, muy cómoda para todo, y las vistas desde la habitación eran simplemente espectaculares. Un agradecimiento especial al personal por su increíble amabilidad y disponibilidad hasta el último día. Lo recomiendo totalmente a cualquiera que quiera visitar Alcudia y disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo! Sono stato davvero benissimo in questa struttura. La posizione è ottima, comoda per tutto, e la vista dalla camera era semplicemente spettacolare. Un ringraziamento speciale va anche allo staff per la straordinaria disponibilità e gentilezza dimostrata fino all'ultimo giorno. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia visitare Alcudia e godersi una vacanza perfetta. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes, le 3 eme lit était un lit d’appoint très peu confortable. La salle de bain nécessite un rafraîchissement également .

The big balcony, view and location was excellent!

The bathroom could be updated and we were confused trying to get into the place, but then a cute young boy helped us. Also, the Indian restaurant next door was fabulous as well, and we were walking distance to the port, that allowed us easy access to grab our ferry boat to menorca the next morning.

Ubicación en el mismo paseo del puerto. Cerca de restaurantes, parking gratuito y tiendas. Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, tanto antes del chekin como durante la estancia, amabilidad y eficacia. Cuesta encontrar personal así, asique enhorabuena 😍

El baño necesitaría una pequeña reforma, pero estábamos avisados.

Check in arrangements were not clear, guests had no idea where the key boxes were outside, I was looking for 20 mins, had to help other guests later in the week. I didn’t notice the photo at the bottom of the instructions in the message to check in, referring to the photo may have helped. Nothing of any help at the reception. I thought I was going to be homeless for the night. Tiny shower.

Great location, friendly & accommodating staff. Comfy bed. Great terrace with each bedroom including a view over the port/marina.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber. Trotz Lage an der Strandpromenade war es nicht laut, die Fenster hielten den Làrm ab. Die Klimaanlage war gut eingestellt, so dass wir bei geschlossenem Fenster gut schlafen konnten. Der Fährterminal ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, daher ist die Lage günstig für einen frühen Abfahrtstermin

Es war kein Personal da, weil das Restaurant, das sonst den Check-in macht, im Umbau war. Die Verwalterin, die per Telefon erreichbar war, war jedoch freundlich

Ahí cucarachas por todos lados. En el portal y en la habitación bichos . No dormimos nada en 4 noches yo y mis amigas éramos 3 chicas pusieron 2 camas y una de bebé hasta la 2n noche que me pusieron una de adulto No limpian nada ni cambian las sábanas y no barren el suelo. No tienen recepcionista se encarga de todo una chica que la llamas por una campana y viene en 10 minutos súper borde y muy mala educación Todo horroroso no recomiendo este lugar para nada ni para una noche Las camas un horror incómodo entra luz por todos lados La ducha no te puedes mover dentro es un cuadrado y no te puedes dar ni la vuelta . No ves nada es todo oscuro .

Habitación con vistas al puerto. Personal de recepción amable. Habitación limpia y , aunque pequeña, bien aprovechada. Muy bien ubicado. Buena comunicación antes de la llegada.

La luz del baño era escasa. Las toallas tenían algunas manchas. El horario de recepción bastante reducido, solamente por la mañana pocas horas.

Location is 10 out of 10 its away from the main stri but still loads of restaurants and the beach is beautiful. Right opposite the harbour so if you like boats its perfect.

Nothing I didnt like if youre just looking for a nice clean room with a bed and balcony. We were at a wedding so was barely at the hostal so was perfect for us.

eine Art Service war nicht vorhanden. wir sind ca 8 mal an der Rezeption vorbeigekommen, zu jeder Tageszeit, sie war niemals besetzt. die check-in anweisung waren in einer der acht E-Mails versteckt , die man im Vorfeld bekommen hat. im Erdgeschoss war eine stillgelegte Baustelle des Ladenlokals , aber man trug den Dreck ins ganze Hotel. Durchgelegene alte Matratzen. für den Standard leider überteuert

The location is good.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The check-in process was somewhat confusing due to unclear instructions, which made arrival more difficult than expected. Once in the room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working, which made the room very uncomfortable as it was hot and humid. The bed was covered in sand and clearly had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The staff who arrived the following day was not very helpful and plainly denied responsibility saying that she personally cleaned the room. I would not recommend this hostal unless significant improvements are made.

Bien placé, malgré les travaux, avec les consignes claires, il était facile de récupérer les clefs pour la chambre. Belle vue sur le port. Petit frigo pratique.

Toilette hatte braunes Wasser (Rost?), das war bisschen eklig. Bad war insgesamt bescheiden.

Me dijeron que el restaurante donde hacían el checking estaba en obras y que las llaves las dejaban en un cajetín para abrir con un código, al llegar el código no funcionaba, era tarde porque nuestro vuelo se había retrasado bastante, pero finalmente hablé con una chica por teléfono que solucionó el problema.

The hotel is in a great location, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are free parking areas nearby, which was very convenient.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The Location was excellent, close to all shops , bars, and restaurants and a couple of mins walk to the beach. The hotel is facing the harbour and the view from my balcony was fab. Even though the hotel is in a public area the evenings were very quiet , hardly any noise at all. Dispite being really basic I would happily recommend.

Very basic and work was being done in the restaurant downstairs. I Was told about it before arrival.

La douche était froide la veille de mon départ. Comme il était très tard, j'ai pensé qu'il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude et décidé de prendre ma douche le lendemain matin avant mon départ très tôt. Mais elle était toujours froide.
