A személyzet mindig nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

A szobában hosszas szellőztetés után is dohos szag volt, a szekrényekbe pakolt ruhák is átvették ezt a szagot. Az ajtó alatt rés van, így minden behallatszott a folyosóról. A kihúzható kanapé sajnos már nem volt túl jó állapotban a nappaliban.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es wirkte gepflegt und einladend. Auch der Pool war schön und für die Kids ein Highlight. Die Lage zum Strand war optimal und es gab auch nette Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr auf Massenabfertigung ausgelegt. Geschmacklich lies es an vielen Stellen zu wünschen übrig und auch das Geschirr war nicht immer sauber. Dafür dann zu teuer. Nur die Obst Auswahl ist positiv aufgefallen.

Le petit déjeuner, croissant et pain immangeable, pas de climatisation, personnel assez grincheux sauf les deux serveurs sénégalais ( un père et son fils ) qui étaient très professionnels , sympathique et toujours souriants .

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, a szálloda kiváló helyen van, a medencék nagyon jók, az ételek is finomak voltak.

A szobánkban a kihúzható kétszemélyes kanapé szörnyen kényelmetlen, nem alkalmas arra, hogy emberek aludjanak rajta, besüppedt, recsegett, ki kellene cserélni. A légkondi pedig nagyon büdös volt, sokszor cigarettaszag jött belőle.

Excellent buffet choices with new items each meal.

Some noise from activities that went on until late outside but once they were done it was quiet.

The breakfast and lunch spreads were fantastic - good quality with plenty of variety. The rooms were also incredibly spacious, which was an absolute lifesaver traveling with two kids!

The hotel has a major hygiene problem with its dinnerware (plates). Every time we went to grab a plate at the restaurant, the underside was always smeared with dried food. Because they stack the plates, the filthy bottom of one plate sat directly on top of the "clean" surface of the next. Picking up a plate only to feel someone else's dried leftovers underneath is unacceptable. This wasn't a one-time event - it happened at every single meal, every day we were there. Management seriously needs to overhaul their kitchen dishwashing standards.

Das 3. Bett (Couch) unmöglich zu liegen. Brett wurde dann auf unseren Wunsch drunter gelegt. War besser aber nicht komfortabel. Badezimmer sind kaum Ablageflächen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Personal, das Restaurant, die Pool Landschaft und auch die Zimmer sind schön. Auch das Animations Programm ist toll und es machen viele mit !

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem noch schön. Die Betten waren für uns super unbequem und wackelig. Zwei aneinander geschobene Pritschen mit Matratzen. Passen eigentlich gar nicht zum sonstigen Hotel.

Kamers zijn wat verouderd.

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr nett und kinderfreundlich. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand entfernt, überall sind Minimärkte und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Das Schlafzimmer hatte eine extra Tür, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Das Wohnzimmer, das Badezimmer und der Balkon waren schön groß. Die Poolanlage ist schön und es wird täglich viel für Kinder sowieso Erwachsene angeboten (Aquafitness, Yoga, Minidisco). Wir empfanden es als sehr positiv, dass mit dem Armband das Hotelzimmer geöffnet werden konnte und keine zusätzliche Karte notwendig war.

Es gibt leider nur einen Aufzug in der gesamten Anlage (wir hatten Glück und waren in dem Gebäude mit dem Aufzug). Das Buffet war in Ordnung und abwechslungsreich, aber nicht das Beste was wir bisher bei einem All-inclusive Urlaub hatten. Es war auch sehr hektisch beim Frühstück (nur von 8-10 Uhr). Die Klimaanlage war etwas älter und an manchen Tagen hat es etwas komisch gerochen. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber wir hatten sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer.

The included meals were great, and there were lots of activities to keep the kids entertained.

I found the bed too hard, which is kind of a deal breaker for me.

Rendezett kert és korrekt medencék. Az elhelyezkedése tényleg jó. Gyerekeseknek jó a kínálat, annyi a gyerek, hogy ki sem tűnik ha épp sikít vagy kiabál az egyik. Kellemes a terasz, ha a kertre néz.

Hangos, folyamatos zene szólt a szállás alatt illetve a kertben a műsorok kifejezetten hangosak voltak és késő estig tartottak. A szobáknak tulajdonképpen nincsen hangszigetelése, a bejárati ajtók alatt és felett át lehet látni, ergo olyan, mintha a folyosón laknál. Az étterem és az ételek minősége borzalmas. Aki mást mond az nem volt még normális hotelben. Sajnos már az étterem szagától is rosszul voltunk, így a félpanziós ellátás ellenére éttermekben és kávézókban ettünk. Na ott jó a spanyol étel, a hotelben katasztrofális. Minden nap más-más csótány tetem volt a folyosón. Oké, biztos sok a csótány Mallorcán, de az, hogy órákba telt, mire el lettek takarítva és másnap újak voltak ott, az szerintem nem oké. Igaz legalább valamivel irtva voltak, mert egyik se élt már. Az sem oké, hogy kijelentkezésnél a hölgy megkér, hogy ott előtte értékeld a szállást minden kategóriában 5 csillagra. A személyzet kedvességét egy három csillagos hotel szintjék okéra értékelném. Azért elájulva nem voltam tőlük, itt a recepciós lányokra gondolok. Bejelentkezésnél még úgy ahogy kedvesek, de hamar elfogy a türelmük, mondjuk így.

Good location and nearby the beach and many shops and restaurants. It was a good sized room for my family with a baby including the kitchen facilities. It was clean and staff were friendly. There was lots of entertainment even though we didnt use it and had lots for families and adults. We only had breakfast included so can't comment on other food but plenty options which was good for staying with my baby. Great that there is 3 pools and a separate ones for babies which made it more comfortable and safer for swimming and not too busy.

Unfortunately you could barely feel the air con and it was very hot at night and having the windows open wasn't an option with bugs. Not necessarily the hotels fault but we had to kill about 10 moskitos when we first arrived at the hotel and this was without having the door or windows open. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Jednorodne codziennie lecz bardzo duży wybór. Na życzenie można zjeść śniadanie wcześniej niż godziny otwarcia ( my jedliśmy o 7.00 gdyż korzystaliśmy z wycieczki , bez problemu było juz wszystko przygotowane.)

Bel établissement. Très propre. Personnel accueillant. Proche de la mer. Bonne restauration pour la demi-pension. A noter : Bière et vin, sodas et jus de fruits à disposition pour les repas. Fontaine d'eau fraîche. Repas en terrasse agréables. Coffre-fort gratuit dans la chambre. Grande chambre-appartement.

Beaucoup de familles avec petits-enfants bruyants. Salle de restaurant mal insonorisée.

Przyjechalysmy o 1 w nocy, Pan na recepcji oznajmil nam, że mamy pobyt nie opłacony, a opłacony był 4 dni prędzej co pokazywałam mu na aplikacji. Ale nie był pomocny, byłam zaskoczona i próbowałam zrozumieć sytuację, zadawałam pytania, ale Pan nie był pomocny. Musiałam zapłacić jeszcze raz(1200euro) inaczej nie wpuściłby nas do pokoju. Kazał przyǰśc tano do recepcji i rozmawiac z jego szefem.

Superbe hôtel, très propre, avec un personnel extrêmement accueillant, attentionné et bon rapoport qualité/prix. Nous avons passé de très agréables moments en famille grâce aux nombreuses animations proposées par l’équipe d’animation. La plage de l’hôtel n’est pas idéale, mais les piucines sont top. En plus, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture, ce trouve la magnifique plage de Playa de Muro. Une très belle expérience à Mallorca, je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war prima, nur wenige Schritte zum tollen Strand. Wir hatten nur Frühstück und fanden es mehr als ausreichend und lecker.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Hat aber unseren Schlaf nicht gestört.

Das Frühstück wobei man sagen muss, wir haben das Geld sofort zurückbekommen! Es gab gar keine Diskussion! Das Frühstück ist gut aber wir wollten dann doch gemütlich ohne Lärm im Zimmer Frühstücken!
