The room was clean and classy

The microwave and fridge were outside the room. A bit inconvenience

No breakfast The place is clean and good for private visit Location: Not far from the shops and easy to find the place Like the braai area and pool

I did get a breakfast. Was not aware that I should clean my room while I'm there (Room was not clean for second night) Was also not aware that there's no cleaners (No sink in the kitchen) Water get cold while in the shower

I think it can be best to have a bar fridge in the room to avoid going out to the kitchen. At 22:00 the alarm gets armed until 06:00 in the morning and during that time movement outside is not easy.

The room was so gorgeous and it was clean and so spacious. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was great. Will definitely book here again!

I love the fact the its in a safe area, close to Food Lovers, Various Restaurants and 10 mins from OR Tambo Airport. Owners dont bother you at all, I'll come back here over and over.

Great communication from the host before arrival. Safe and secure parking with easy access to the private room. The room ticked all the boxes.

The location was exceptional as it took me 2minutes to where i shouldve been. We did not make breakfast part of the booking hence we did not stay for breakfast.

Everything was fine there was not something i did not like.

The area is safe and quiet. The staff welcomed us well. All in all the hospitality exceeded my expectation.

Everything was perfect, they could improve in making sure that the housekeeper comes to clean the rooms once the visitors have left the room. It would also be nice to have a bigger table in the Blue Room for when visitors want to sit and eat, its very uncomfortable to eat while sitting on the bed.

No proper communication on when Electricity will come back on.no proper explanation on how the gas geyser worked and when backup power went out,we could not get hold of anyone to hear what is going on. This was very frustrating.also had to find my way out the garage the next morning as power was still off and all gates were locked. Honestly,not a very good experience.at least check in on your guests when power is off.COMMUNICATION IS KEY.Will probably not go back there ever again

Shower. No place to put the hand shower without spraying outside the cubicle. The water heater are weak. Cannot get to temperature . Really did not enjoy the shower!

I had to check out within an hour of checking in as I developed my sinuses and chest .forgot my watch which a message was sent to me the following day ,had to fly out of the country and advised them that I'll send someone to collect on my behalf,which I didn't but when I went back I was told my watch was disposabled off without sending me a reminder,li would not recommend this place The attitude was given was unacceptable

Cleanliness and comfort! Convenient, quiet location. I would definitely book them again, with fixed water issues. Otherwise, it is a lovely spot.

I did not enjoy my showers at all, because I could not regulate the water temperature😩 That led to spending a lot of time trying to figure out a proper temp and due to that I might have wasted a lot of water, which I wasn't happy about. Overall, all was great and comfortable. I received a warm welcome, but struggled with opening the garage door upon leaving, because there was no one to assist, I tried calling to get instructions and there was no answer, took me over 15 minutes to try figure it out. Shouted for some assistance, hence the telephone had no answer and the housekeeper showed up when I was out the gate already☹️

Liked the attention to detail in the rooms, everything was neatly arranged and thoughtfully equipped,the outdoor area was also a highlight with lovely quiet sitting areas next to the pool.It felt like home away from home

No plug to charge phone as I forgot my adaptor. Close to airport. No breakfast included. Very safe and nice layout by the pool. Chair and table outside for smokers.

The corridor between the room and bathroom. The neighbour nextdoor could be heard coughing etc as there is a common door adjoining rooms.

Atmosphere

From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner and made to feel at home - the lady, Jazmine, was very "hands on" and very friendly. We will book again and tell our friends about this place.

A bar fridge in the room - there was a "communal fridge" in the entertainment area and our things were safe there, just a inconvenience if you wanted a drink or coffee, had to leave the room to fetch from the fridge and then return before bed. It is not a major problem at all, but would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

the fact that the shower has a water temperature regulator, which isn't constant, while taking a shower the temperature of the water will fluctuate making it hard to actually shower properly

The 10pm alarm activatiom. I felt bad to come in late to make you guys get up and allow us in or out. Maybe look at remotes to activate or deactivate only if going out charge a fee for the remote.

Excellent communication! Great staff and they communicate well and are always available. It is a very safe area. And they have a learn system .You can park your car in the garage which is a bonus !

The sheets were not clean :( . Maybe the cleaning lady didn’t notice when putting it on. The hot water is irregular. We showered with cold water mostly as the warm water only comes out for a few minutes then cold water comes out . I think this was the most frustrating thing for our stay .

Water from the geyser went cold while i was bathing and it was cold😔 IThank you for the electric blanket it kept us vert warm🙏

The location is excellent and safe. Really loved the heated blanket in the bed and the bed and cushions were comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The room was large, and the carpets warmed it up nicely.

I missed some hand soap in the bathroom. The closet area is very nice but looks a bit sparse and white in relation to the moody decor and feel of the main bedroom. I was surprised that there was no mini fridge to keep my milk and water cool.
