Personale poco sorridente, non so per quale motivo a volte l’ascensore rimaneva fuori uso e solo dopo farlo presente in reception lo riavviavano, ho rischiato di fare 3 piani di scale con 6 valigie, se non era perché ero andato in reception a dire che a questo punto dovevano mandare qualcuno ad aiutarmi perché non mi sarei fatto 3 rampe di scale per l’ennesimo disservizio dell’ascensore, e mi hanno risposto: ok adesso lo riavviamo e lo potrà usare, l’ho scoperto solo in quel momento.

El personal es frío y en ocasiones consideraria grosero. Hay una persona parada en la cocina viendo lo que te sirves y lo que no, lo cuál es incómodo

Location was convenient, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good for hotel breakfasts.

Made reservation because hotel is pet friendly. Received pre-check in email and it says NO pets. I call and employee says yes pets. I also ask for early check in, she says early check in is at 2 and costs $40. She said check in is at 4pm even tho my confirmation says 3pm. I’ve never been charged for a one hour early check in. We arrive and are told that because I submitted the pre-check in and put 3pm arrival, my room was not ready. I told her the options online start at 3pm so I couldn’t do earlier but I did put in the comments that I would like early check- in and first floor. I was told to come back at 3. Since we were literally waiting in the parking lot, I went into use the restroom. When I came back at 3 to check in, clerk tells me my room was ready when I came in (an hour ago) but she was on the phone so she couldn’t tell me. She had my phone number but couldn’t call? Overall, I would say to update your check in forms and train your front desk staff on your policies and how to be better communicators.

Staff was nice

The elevator was extremely slow. 2 elevators but only one was working….sort of. There was a good 20 minute wait. There was a senior in our group that had trouble with the stairs as they also put them on the 4th floor. I’ve always liked La Quinta Inns because of their pet friendly. First time in Page, AZ. If I return, will look for a different pet friendly hotel.

Room was clean, food was delicious.

Elevator failed. Ice machine on 2nd floor not working. No herbal tea choices. Poop bags gone. No grass for my well trained dogs. They were holding it in. Shower curtain failed to hold in water.

el elevador requiere un ajuste. al interior del elevador se apaga la señal de haber llegado al piso 1, sin embargo tarda mucho en abrir la puerta. estuve apunto de presionar el botón de emergencia, pensé que ya me había quedado atorado. Luego comprendí que eso ocurre en cada uso.

The location is good and staff good.

The lift was out of order on the day of our arrival and we had to carry heavy luggages to the 3rd floor. The stairwell was quite hot. The room does not have a clever layout so it was not spacious for luggages to open.

Le personnel n'est pas du tout accueillant. Ne dis pas bonjour et lorsque nous avons affaire avec lui à l'accueil préfère faire du Tik Tok que de me répondre. La piscine est moyennement entretenue, avec un emplacement à côté d'un parking et des climatisations qui tournent continuellement. Cette avie a été partagée avec d'autres personnes lors de mon séjour. Au niveau de la laverie, une seule machine sur deux fonctionnait.

2 Queen Beds in a room was more comfortable. Location was good and near to the tourist attractions like horseshoe bend, Antelope Canyon and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. I recommend reserving this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable - as best as we could expect. The breakfasts were suprisingly good quality. The pool was fine but small.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel in particular.

This is a great place to spend the night in Page. Good breakfast choices. Nice room. From hotel go to Big Bend Park - Glen Canyon Museum. Best reason to go to Page is Upper Antelope Canyon. Book ahead with Antelope Canyon Tours 22 S Lake Powell Blvd. 1-928-645-9102. Great company. They drive you almost to cave entrance. You exit at far end and walk around to van. Indian guide took fabulous photos for us. First class - must do.

The price and the fact they allow dogs

The place was dirty as hell and smelt of mold. After dark roaches are EVERYWHERE! EXTERMINATE!

Unfortunately we had the worst experience at this hotel. The young lady who checked us in made us feel totally unwelcome and we felt like we had inconvenienced her. The atmosphere was not welcoming or inviting and we would not recommend to anyone. Find a hotel closer to town is the best advice. Unfortunately this young lady is not a great ambassador for this company.

Beds were ok, staff was nice. Room has fridge and microwave if you bring your own food. Location was convenient to see many places: Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, Horseshoe bend and even Zion. Page is a nice area with multiple restaurants and places to visit around.

They double charged the taxes (in booking and again in the hotel). The pool was closed (no previous warning). Toilet was smelly, we had to keep the door closed at all time. The room was last in the corridor and we had a noisy ice machine after it, we could also hear every talk in the corridor. Breakfast was poor.
