Migliorerei la colazione, poco assortimento. Mancava il pane per i toast (non previsto) La persona che ci ha fatto il check in non sembrava avere molta esperienza. Abbiamo ricevuto un addebito superiore alla ricevuta rilasciata, ci hanno detto che è il deposito (indicato in fase di prenotazione) hanno detto verrà stornato, speriamo sia così....

They have a gym and laundry area

Some laundry machine didn’t work well. I wish they have a restaurant where we could buy lunch or dinner.

They were not able to give toiletries and i had to collect the same. They were still setting up this place. You should have informed this in advance.

Very clean. The room was a nice size and well maintained! And of course breakfast the next morning was a nice treat.

Filthy room. Appalling service. Even worse investigation by Coleman and Cole. Within 10 minutes of entering the room, we found it dirty, covered in dust, and clearly not properly maintained. There were also two large flies or moths flying around the room. We immediately reported the issue, but the team was unable to offer a solution or alternative room and effectively expected us to stay there. At that point, we decided to leave and find accommodation elsewhere. The problems did not end there. We were told to return the following morning to receive a refund from the manager. When we returned, the manager was not working. We then spent considerable time explaining the situation to Lisa, who initially showed little interest in helping. Eventually, she agreed that a refund had been processed and printed an invoice confirming this. However, I then showed her that I had actually been charged twice. She took photographs of the transactions but repeatedly stated there was nothing she could do. This was among the poorest levels of customer service I have experienced. Despite providing all the evidence and documentation, neither Cole nor the General Manager, Coleman, appeared to properly investigate the matter. The response was simply that a refund had been processed and that I should speak to my bank. When I requested the PDQ refund receipt, it was never provided. Mistakes happen in every business. What is difficult to accept is the complete lack of accountability, ownership, communication, and genuine effort to resolve a problem that was created by the hotel. I sincerely hope future guests receive better treatment than we did.

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Pool und das whirlpool war super am Morgen 😄

Es war anfangs schwierig zu finden, da das Hotel den Namen geändert hat. Auch war es teilweise noch im Umbau

The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and convenient.

The motel was undergoing a change from a Radisson to a Fairfield Inn. There was a lot of construction on the main floor and in neigboring rooms. This caused problems with access to our room and to the front entrance. I have stayed at other Radisson hotels but this one was not up to par with those hotels.

Ideal for what we needed for the tour we had booked the next day.

Brand new room and remodel it seems, so everything was super clean and felt very fresh and refreshing to stay in. They had a v good continental breakfast as well.

You could tell it was recently renovated. Building materials everywhere and parts not fully installed etc. some of the facilities (like outlets etc) seemed to be hastily installed and not properly put in.

It was clean

It was being remodeled so there was stuff all over the place so it didn’t seem very nice, and there is no indication of this remodeling going on. They also had maintenance going to people doors including mine in plain clothes, which made me feel uncomfortable, then when asking about it at the front they acted unsure of it. The tv is also not set up good, you have to go to the input and change it to HDMI 1 just to watch the tv too.

Le bruit dans la chambre. Il y avait une porte communicante et nous avons vécu avec nos voisins. Les travaux dans l’hôtel L’accueil le soir de notre arrivée, très peu de personnel pour régler le problème de draps dans le canapé lit.

Great location for doing things around Page. Very convenient. Courteous staff. Clean. Quiet. Great breakfast. Easy parking. A good stay overall.

I didn’t love Fox News being the main news channel in the lobby (at least from what I saw while I was there). I also had some issues with my bathroom sink draining well and getting the tv to work, but those weren’t big deals to me really. I just watched stuff on my computer. There was some light construction happening on property but they really weren’t too intrusive. They could have maybe paused it more or worked in a different area during breakfast though.

Good location is the only positive I can think about

We picked this hotel because it seemed brand new...it was clearly still under construction. Our room had not been vacuumed, there was some rocks on the carpet, paint on the bathroom floor, the shower curtain was disgusting and hair in the bathtub. We were supposed to stay 1 more night but we cancelled and went to the Hampton Inn next door. Breakfast very basic.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were unaware of that construction was occurring, and they were jackhammering and it was noisy and loud! We were traveling with a hypoallergenic four year-old pet and was asked if it was a service dog when I checked in. I said no and they said well we don’t allow pets. We had already driven seven hours and we were tired and all hotels in Page were booked. I asked if we could stay if we would pay for a cleaning fee. The Front desk clerk said for an additional 500 nonrefundable dollars we could stay. My room was $269 prepaid and they wanted another $500 on top of that which I felt they were taking advantage of the situation. We moved on and could not find another hotel and had to travel close to three hours as we were unaware Jeep Safari was occurring in the area and hotels were booked for hundreds of miles out. When I tried to work with the hotel to get a refund for our prepaid room, they told me they were unable to accommodate as when I booked it was a nonrefundable booking, and I should’ve been aware of their pet policy. Most likely that room was booked as other travelers were probably looking for rooms due to the Safari event. Thankfully, Bookings.com worked with us and provided us a full refund and said they would connect with the hotel to try and get reimbursed for the booking on our behalf. We will definitely use Bookings.com in the future but not impressed at all with the lack of compassion the management staff from the hotel provided.

I wish I was told that the hotel was under renovation. Breakfast area was half finished. Gym was closed. The entire ground floor was in shambles. I feel I deserve a partial refund for making me go thru that.!

The staff was very nice!!

The hot tub was very dirty - the bubbles were brown and it had a smell. The hot water was not hot - warm at best. There was construction and there were nails on the ground outside on the patio by the fire pit .

Facility was still under construction. Couldn’t see out my room window because plastic was covering it. Exterior painting still going on. Some furniture appeared to be old and used, lots of scuff marks, dents, etc. hallways loaded with boxes of unopened furniture. Website said nothing about the construction.
