Самое ужасное впечатление о себе оставил этот отель, а главное - его персонал. В номере ужасно грязно, пыльно, кондиционер не работал, а когда заработал - шумел как будто вот-вот сломается. Тапочки надо спускаться и просить у персонала. Но это еще мелочи, которые время от времени могут встретиться, самое ужасное ниже У нас с самого первого выхода из комнаты перестала работать дверь. Решать проблему сотрудники будто не торопились, в ответ на просьбы дать обычный ключ вместо магнитного ключа - сказали «можете отменить бронь и съезжать». К слову - был час ночи. Переселить в другой номер отказывались - а у нас весь этаж был абсолютно пустой. В итоге дверь пришли чинить на второй день, заставили нас задержаться в номере на два часа, при том что наш трип был всего на пару дней. Ничего не решили - и дали обычный ключ, хотя могли сделать это с самого начала. Эти ситуации мы бы отпустили очень спокойно и с пониманием, если бы сотрудники хоть немного пошли к нам навстречу, проявили сервис, извинились в конце концов. Но ничего этого не было, поэтому у нас это был самый отвратительный опыт пребывания в отеле. Совершенно не советуем, если вы не хотите остаться с осадком и портить себе путешествие

Bin nunmehr das zweute Mal in diesem Hotel. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Auswahl an Essen sehr abwechslungsreich, für jeden was dabei. Der Koch hat mir sogar auf mein Bitten eine extra Speise zubereitet. Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und völlig angemessen. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Bin mehr als zufrieden. Insbesondere die Speisen der Küche am Abend hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Hatte eigentlich anfangs nur Frühstück gebucht aber hab gegen einen Aufpreis von 15 Euro täglich Abendessen dazu gebucht. Zum Strand ist es 1 min Fußweg- ideale Lage - Schräg gegenüber ist ein lebendiges englisches Lokal bis nachts um 1 Uhr geöffnet. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein Taxistand. Optimal.

Es gibt nix auszusetzen

Das Abendessen war super lecker ! Je nach Wunsch, hat dir der Koch am nächsten Tag etwas gezaubert. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend Sauna und Gymbereich kann genutzt werden. Es ist nur nicht so stark besucht, einfach anfragen

Zimmerservice ist etwas ausbaufähig. Der Chef legt aber nach Absprache seinen Fokus darauf und wird das kommende Jahr einiges ändern ! Lasst euch von den anderen Bewertungen nicht abschrecken.

But it seems that the common areas are never cleaned at all. In the morning I saw small garbage and food remains on the floor in the elevator and what do you think I saw in the elevator in the evening? Everything is the same. The tables in the dining room and by the pool are wiped, but the floor - never. Everything is stained, flies are everywhere. The pool ... the only broken speaker - the guys turn it on at full volume, it wheezes, roars, nothing is adjusted, but it seems that poor and very unpretentious poor European pensioners like it. 99% of them are residents of the hotel. You can change the sign to Nursing home. maybe they are deaf and blind from old age, I don't know. otherwise it is hard to understand why they pay so much money for such a low level of service. the guy at the reception is very calm and neat, but he does not know a word of English, and all clients communicate with him through google translator. 2 days in this hotel was more than enough. WiFi very bad (only at reception), and WiFi in rooms for extra money

Location is good and the place is clean Overall is good but I don’t like that the free internet access only at the reception and pool area and also weak connection

Location is great. Almost on the sea front. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean towels regularly from lovely housekeeping. Pool was fabulous! We spent many hours lounging!

It needs a toothbrush to the grouting type clean. Showers are useless and flood the bathroom floor. Food needs an upgrade. Bit tired.

The receptionist does not know more than 10 words in English - disaster. Loud noise from street and nearby locals.

Bugs were flying on bread and fruits while taking the breakfast. Complained but no response. Also swimming pool chemical were lying behind the Lift so very risky. The Location was good.

The hotel was not expecting me when I arrived. They told me that I had no reservation. I showed them my Expedia confirmation but it still took them 30 minutes to find it before I was allowed to check in

Nothing keep up to the standards

While the staff here was quite nice, my room was very noisy, facing the street. Could not sleep at all until the bar across the street ended service around 1am. The hotel itself is not bad, just a bit worn down, there are others in the area that are much nicer for just a bit more money.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, unweit vom Strand. Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr schlecht. Das Hotel verdient definitiv keine 4 Sterne und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich, daher können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

No se los recomiendo, tengan mucho cuidado las fotos no son la realidad, las dos habitaciones en la s que estábamos, de inundan, el aire acondicionado no funciona, los baños son sucios, las duchas también, no limpian el piso, no cambian las toallas, no hay internet en las habitaciones ni en el hotel, sólo en el loby y muy limitado, ojo si compras algo en el bar, te lo cargan a la habitación para acumular y luego te cobran lo que no has consumido, los chicos del bar son lo único bueno que tiene este hotel, son amables y muy serviciales, pero la recepcionista, las encargadas de la limpieza y los supuestos gerentes que dicen ser gerentes pero a la hora de solucionar dicen que no lo son. Fue una experiencia terrible, hice la queja con ellos y prácticamente me pidieron que me fuera si no me gustaba, me comuniqué con Los encargados de esta aplicación y aún estoy esperando una solución, tampoco me ayudaron. En fin tengan cuidado, no es un hotel cuatro estrellas, además la ubicación y la playa cercana es horrible, muy sucia.

room was falling to bits. laminate flooring was all lifting up and coming apart and girlfriend ripped her toe nail off after tripping up on it. Air con didn’t work in 40 degree heat, chink of plaster fell on us in bed from the ceiling.

The accommodation is in a fantastic area , everything is convenient to get to . Very clean hotel and amazing staff.

Good location to shopping centre and beach & food places. What I didn’t like is breakfast wasn’t the best customer service wasn’t the best cleaning the room was really poor not very organised as when we arrived they weren’t any room Available even tho I had pre booked so then was told to stay in another 1star hotel for the night and then they would sort the stay out the next day which wasn’t the best after a long journey coming.

Very noisy place cant sleep ,,,

This hotel is a little dated but comfortable (beds are great). We extended our stay and moved to this place from a 5* but i have to say i throughly enjoyed my few days here. The service is excellent and nothing is too much bother. The guys around the pool work very hard. I will defo recommend this hotel and hopefully stay again soon. The beach is 2mins away and theres a little corner shop sells everything you need. If its a relaxing break you want this is defo the right place. The pool is quite deep the whole way so not for little ones. Met some lovely friendly people here. Made to feel very welcome.

This hotel is in a good position being only a short walk to the beach and close to shops. The pool was nice and clean and the dining room and food was very pleasant indeed. My only complaint was the shower in the room was useless. Just a ring of water and not A proper showerhead. Other than that a nice place, nice people, good location.

Otel Marmaris'teki birçok otelin kalitesinden üstün. Fiyat çok uygundu. Kahvaltı başarılı, otel teşekkürü hakediyor. Geliştirilebilecek alanlar: asansöre klima şart ve personel daha güleryüzlü olabilir. Eleştirim ise hotels'e: odayı sattım bitti olmaz, müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşamadım. Tarihi revize etmem gerekti zamanında ulaşamadığım için yapamadım ve beni zor durumda bıraktınız. 3 yıldır kullanan birisi olrak artık hotels'den ayrılık vakti.

Extremely rude staff, the so called “manager” was so unhelpful in resolving any issue I had and laughed with his colleagues - with a “ what can I do attitude”. WiFi is shocking bad/non existent, I asked for the air con to be looked at and had absolutely no joy; alternatively I was told to upgrade my room and pay more money for the luxury of this service.
