Pulizia eccellente, servizi eccellenti, colazione molto varia e personale gentile.

Una estancia perfecta para embarcar después en la excursión de los orangutanes. Habitación muy amplía con un baño grande y todas las comodidades. El hotel tiene una gran terraza y sirven comidas/cenas. Justo enfrente hay un Pizza Hut y está muy cerca de otros bares con comidas típicas de la zona

El desayuno un poco flojo

Ottima posizione nel verde pur essendo nella cittadina, personale molto gentile ed accogliente. La colazione era ottima ed abbondante, a buffet stile asiatico. Vicino all'aeroporto e al parco degli oranghi.

Stuttura tipica indonesiana, camere grandi e pulitissime, bagno con una doccia spaziosa, giardino tropocale curato. Colazione indonesiana ma ti preparano omelette espresse. C'e un ristorante si possono prendere bibite o cenare mentre si sta in giardino, molto piacevole Nelle vicinanze vari warung dove mangiare, consiglio Soto Kaki Sapi PP

Faccio fatica a trovare.note negative, il Wifi non funziona se bene, non c'e un frigo in camera e un refill di acqua sarebbe utilissimo, ma troverete 2 piccole bottiglie omaggio

Een fijn hotel om in te verblijven met een prachtige tuin waarin je heerlijk kunt ontbijten.

Le jardin est très agréable tout comme le personnel. Ma chambre était grande avec une sdb impeccable, un grand mit confortable et de l'eau bien chaude.

La struttura ha un bellissimo giardino. La colazione è buona. La camera spaziosa. Il personale disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sie waren beim Mieten eines Motorrollers behilflich und wir konnten unser Gepäck schon vor dem Einchecken abgeben.

Das Hotel ist in einem schönen, traditionellen Gebäude untergebracht und hat einen sehr schönen, gepflegten Garten. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hat alles, was man braucht.

Struttura - a torto - poco frequentata dai turisti occidentali. Le camere sono belle e ampie, l'albergo è situato non troppo lontano dall'aeroporto (cosa utile per la partenza) e attorno ad esso ci sono vari locali dove si può mangiare o bere. Colazione abbondante a buffet e bel giardino dove riposarsi. Personale accogliente e disponibile

Il ristorante e il bar non sono all'altezza della struttura. Meglio cercare al di fuori (consiglio l'oikos cafè)

Un desayuno rico y el personal muy amable nos ayudó con el transporte cuando lo necesitamos. La habitación limpia y acogedora. Un jardín para desayunar muy agradable.

This was a perfectly fine place to stay before we launched a riverboat trip in Tanjung Puting National Park. The room was spacious and clean, which is the best case scenario! The breakfast had a nice selection of offerings. The staff were very professional.

Just be aware that if you need an extra bed, you get charged for it!

We liked the location of the hotel and its friendly staff. We booked three rooms and they were all clean and comfortable.

Great property to stay at after an orangutan tour. Basic hotel but spacious rooms, comfortable, air conditioned, extra bed provided for $20 inclusive of breakfast. The food in the restaurant was nice and good value. Cost $30 for a main meal and drink for 3 people. Breakfast was okay. The staff were incredibly helpful. We were given an early checkin around 10:30am and staff booked me a taxi to the airport last minute when grab didn’t work.

Wifi didn’t do much. We ended up using our mobile data instead.

Friendly staff and good external laundry service. Room was clean.

- Really noisy hotel both doors slamming and traffic outside - I could hear rats running on the ceiling while sleeping - biggest downside is that the WiFi connection was really poor and unstable. Not connecting properly from the room and even in communal areas it kept disconnecting.

Eenvoudige maar goede kamers

Veel jong en onervaren personeel in restaurant. Deden wel hun best en waren aardig. Eten was goed. Live Muziek in het reataurant was erg hard. Gekke oude mannen die de microfoon overnamen van de enige dame en persoon die wel kon zingen.

The garden, breakfast, staff.

Het personeel was aardig en de locatie goed, dichtbij het vliegveld en met genoeg eetmogelijkheden en een supermarkt verderop.

Onze eerste kamer rook heel chemisch, alsof er schimmel was weggewerkt door teveel vocht. Ook was de wasbak gebroken en zat het bomvol muggen (zonder te overdrijven wel 15 muggen). We hebben om een andere kamer gevraagd, hierbij was het personeel erg behulpzaam. De tweede kamer was stukken beter. Hij voelde schoner aan. Wel lagen er veel haren op de badkamervloer die niet van ons waren. Het ontbijt was niet veel en viel ietwat tegen.

This is mostly a transit hotel for people travelling to Tanjung Puting National Park. So it was nice to find a hotel with some traditional charm - including the garden and architecture. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a good omelette for breakfast. I also had an excellent soup for dinner in the restaurant (there aren’t many dining or hotel options in Pangkalan Bun).

Nothing. The hotel was hosting a small women’s conference so was quite busy (esp. at breakfast), but it was nice to see this side of Indonesia and the staff made sure we were still looked after.

The room was dark. The blinds were not covering the whole window, which was in front of the garden, so we had to keep them down all the time for privacy

Kalimantan architecture hotel with bags of character and a lovely garden to have breakfast in the morning. So much better than a sterile modern hotel options if traveling to Pangbun

WiFi needs some improvement.

I really liked what I believe was the traditional Indonesian style of the whole hotel and the beautiful calm tropical garden with a carp pond and fountain and lots of different places to sit. The restaurant had really good service and food and our room was cool, clean and peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The hotel was quite a long way from other possible things to do in pangkalan bun like visiting the yellow palace and the River

Camera grande con vista sul bellissimo giardino. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Non offre una colazione internazionale ma ho apprezzato la postazione dove ti preparano le uova sul momento.

Il bagno non era pulitissimo e la doccia era intasata.

They allowed me to check in early as my orangutan trip ended quicker than I thought. I wasn't able to stay long due to issues with my flight. But from what I saw the hotel seems clean and well maintained and I can't complain about the staff helping me.

There was nothing that I saw to make me doubt staying here.

Sehr schöner Garten

Huge room in the best part of town. Clean and had all the amenities. Staff were very helpful. Excellent ambience with big garden at the back. They serve early breakfast for people like me who had to catch an early flight.

Molto gentili e disponibili, abbiamo utilizzato il servizio di lavanderia e siamo rimasti estasiati, i vestiti profumavano tantissimi. A cena abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio in camera, il cibo era ottimo

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto, una estadía de una noche es perfecta para partir al día siguiente al avistamiento de orangutanes. El hotel es grande pero necesita un poco de mantenimiento. Nuestra habitacion era grande y tenía todo lo necesario. El desayuno es increíble en la zona del jardín.

Teneniendo en consideración que la zona es muy húmeda, las habitaciones huelen mucho a moho. A las 5 am te despierta el imán y el personal aunque muy simpáticos en su mayoría no hablan inglés, hiaciendo muy difícil comunicarse.

The rooms upstairs are much bigger and nicer than the ones on the first floor, definitely worth it to upgrade. Breakfast is the garden is nice. Nice staff.

The staff were really helpful allowing is to check in early and providing some information on where to eat.

Even though there was plenty of choice for breakfast, there wasn't much that suited our dietary requirement. Mostly regional food, very little healthy options such as fruit, yogurts, healthy cereal etc. Coffee was also cold and not to our liking.
