We placed a tag on the door requesting for tidying up. Only to return to the room unkept.

Good Service By staff and near to everything that’s needed, food and facilities

Bed sheets pillow cover towels not that clean.dust on the tables and bed frame

The location is absolutely good.

I did not like it because the rooms we endorsed to are not clean even the bedsheets and pillows. I smelled it and it is not really wash and new! But luckily the receptionist transfer us to the other room.

Like area around the hotel. Maintenance have to improve, my room broken shower head holder, mirror light and toilet seats. Have secured parking space.

Very comfortable nice and clean

Easy check in. Clean rooms and lovely surroundings with small shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The pool area is well maintained however does tend to be quite busy during the weekends. The WiFi is generally reliable but dependent of location. Overall, a well-maintained hotel and a very pleasant stay.

As mentioned previously, the WiFi is a touch hit or miss. There is a also a cash deposit which is fine -- however, it would be handy to know about this beforehand.

The property's location is excellent, offering easy access to various amenities. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and convenient. The staff are particularly noteworthy, providing friendly and accommodating service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the on-site coffee shop and dining options, which catered to our hunger needs. Additionally, a convenience store and several fast-food chains are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to grab a bite or pick up essentials.

We experienced some challenges during our stay. The internet connection was unreliable, frequently dropping the signal and struggling to support streaming services like Netflix. The air conditioning unit, positioned high up, took a while to cool the room effectively, particularly in the bedside area. Additionally, the lack of a remote control meant having to get up to adjust the temperature, which was inconvenient.

Overall as always Pacific staff are friendly & accommodating but my guests said its hightime the bed foam/cushion should be replaced cause it has bumps already. Soft curtain shower should be put in the bathroom. Aircon has tugging noise in the room, but overall the place is a safe haven.

The staff is very good. Bed aheets should be cleaner. Need to fix the elevator and aircon.

Friendly staff and clean room; with clean pool

All the staff are friendly and accommodating. With Restaurant and juices store at the ground floor. So you have a dining options. Walkable to banks, pharmacy store, spa, jollibee, convenient stores, etc. where you can buy your everyday needs. Along the highway so transport is accessible. Only need to improve or replace the toilet tissue holder and should provide a rags or mat outside the bathroom.

Staff not so friendly

I like the location and the staff. The blankets and pillows are dirty

Location is convenient, but the beddings are dirty. There is no top sheet, only a dirty comforter which i believe was used by previous customer.

Excellent, pretty quiet place nice and clean room

It was nice. The staffs were really kind and nice. It is a good place for staycation as well especially if you just want to breathe from Home. It is very accessible to different banks, hospitals and restaurants and food trips to choose from.

The staff specially the housekeeping are all so friendly and nice. They are fast in acting upon upon your need. Liza the front desk officer is so courteous & friendly.

The stay is good.

Flexible hose for the shower wand broke..no replaxement parts available.. have to use several rubber bands to make it work.

We had a great time time staying in this hotel. The location is perfect, it accessible to practically everything, shops, gym, laundromat, food chains, 24hr security, the pool is not as small as what it is in the picture, the staff are very friendly and helpful it is one of those hotels that you want to come back to again and again, I would every time I visit the Philippines.

In general, was a good experience. We were there coz we have an early morning appointment with the church (Cathedral Shrine of the Good Shepherd). Accessible. Many establishments within the vicinity. Not too busy area. However, the electric kettle was infested with ants. It might be from the previous people who stayed in the room and boiled noodles on the electric kettle. The rooms were comfortable and the building looks new. The people at the reception were also very accommodating and answered my questions.

Nice and comfortable room. Courteous and helpful staff. Lots of food chains and convenient stores around the hotel.
