Super friendly staff, clean, great restaurant with good food, villa and pool were beautiful

Needed more couches in living areas.

The private pool was clean and maintained. The inside walk in this villa is really beautiful, totally different environment than the outside busy area of Canggu. Although the staff were showed great hospitality! We were treated like a family, and that's the best part of this Villa, they have hired really good people.

Nothing was to dislike. They had good breakfast, but I hope they can bring more options.

Like the kind staff who made an effort to remember your name. The rooms were very well equipped and extremely clean. The morning breakfast was nice also.

Nothing was bad about the space. The gym could use a bit more equipment and that's about it!

I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and I’ve got to say that over the years the property quality is starting to get worn down a bit and would greatly benefit from a refresh, especially for the price one pays - that being outlined, the staff and services are always impeccable and location is prime

Amazing!! Villa was absolutely beautiful, they cleaned it everyday. Beds were comfy. Restaurant food was yummy! All of the staff are so so so friendly!! Would recommend this place to everyone!! Not one fault about it!

The staff were incredibly friendly and genuine. The room and the grounds were absolutely stunning and well maintained and a quiet little oasis in the hustle and bustle of Canggu Our spa treatment and all the food we ordered was amazing. The location was perfext, walking distance to the shops or the shuttle can drop you off as well.

Perfect gelegen aan de hoofdweg. Alles letterlijk op loopafstand. Personeel was top en kende iedereen bij naam. Zwembad bij de villa was perfect om te ontspannen na een drukke dag.

Ein sehr gemütliches Resort mitten im Grünen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, toller Pool und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Schöner Spa-Bereich, top Behandlung. Das Management verfolgt einen nachhaltigen Ansatz. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Super nettes und freundliches Personal, ein großes Dankeschön auch an Putri und ihr Team. Das Hotel hat einen guten eigenen Shuttle Service, das Personal unterstützt in allen Angelegenheiten und Fragen hervorragend, sehr gute Atmosphäre! Klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Canggu.

Everything was super nice.

The gym can be much better equipped.

The staff were amazing and the service was incredible. Anything you needed they were there! The location was also amazing easy walk to restaurants, cafes, shopping and even to the beach. The villa was also so beautiful and spacious. Our stay felt so luxurious - we only booked 5 nights and wish we booked more!

If i had to pick something I would say the food could be improved a little, but it was still good!

夫婦でバリ旅行の間、3泊させていただきました。 何よりスタッフの方が本当に親切で、WhatsAppで連絡がすぐ取れて、素晴らしい対応をしていただきました。 ヴィラは本当に綺麗で素晴らしく、プールも綺麗で虫もほとんどいませんでした。 日本人の口コミは少なかったのですが、Beachにも近く、ロケーションもかなり良いので本当におすすめです。 朝食はとても美味しく、フローティングブレックファーストもできて良い思い出になりました。 ヴィラ全体の空気がとても良く、普段の忙しさを忘れられて、最高の滞在になりました。 とても静かで落ち着けるため、ワーケーションにもおすすめです。

Beautiful room, villa, surroundings. The whole complex is beautifully setup. Really friendly staff, no complaints at all.

Only thing I can think off was that there was no staff permanently at the spa desk. The couple times we went there, it had a treatment in progress sign up so definitely recommend planning ahead if you want to book something at the spa

Lovely food. The service was impeccable. Putri was amazing as were all the team. So polite and friendly. Great sun on the pool. Wonderful shuttle service. Our villa was beautiful. Well thought out design, lots of storage and space. Beautiful indoor bathroom and outdoor shower and bath leading straight into villa pool which was beautiful. Also great sun and shade in outdoor villa space with comfortable couch and dining area. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Thank you Theanna team. The property itself is wonderful. Private villas and very friendly staff. On site restaurant makes nice food and the staff are incredible. The location is quiet despite being in busy Canggu. This was our second stay, the first being in 2018. We were so happy to be back.

Canggu generally. It is so much busier than when we came last time. Not the hotels fault. If you're into the Canggu scene then you'll love it.

We stayed in a beautiful villa with a private pool. The room was spacious, clean and modern. There is a main pool with a restaurant and bar which was great. Staff were amazing and the gardens were beautiful.

Het straatje waar alle ‘vila’s’ aan liggen is erg mooi. Met bomen. De villa zelf is heel comfortabel. Schoon en fijn. Het overdekte keukentje met lounge en tafel is een heel prettig woongedeelte. Het personeel is uitzonderlijk goed. Ze zien al wat je nodig hebt voordat je het hebt gezegd. Zoals vers drinkwater, of vervoer. Vanaf het moment van boeken dezelfde contactpersoon. Dat was prettig.

Het is een kwestie van smaak. De tuinen met zwembadje hebben betonnen muren eromheen. En veel minder planten dan in het straatje. Ook het zwembad bij het restaurant is veel kleiner dan het lijkt op de foto. Ook met de betonnen muren. Het heeft een minder mooie uitstraling en is kleiner dan het op de foto lijkt.

Vom Einchecken bis zur Abreise war es ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Putri, vom Restaurant und ihr gesamtes Team haben uns voller Gastfreundschaft bewirtet.

The gardens/ pool/ bar area are just beautiful. We felt very relaxed. It was handy having a shuttle bus to get around, but in saying that- the walk to shops/ restaurants/ cafes etc.. was not very far. Theanna is in a great location! We especially liked the little water dispensers outside our villa. Great for filling up our water bottles & staying hydrated. We'll definitely visit again.

My third stay but first time in 2 bedroom. Didn't have quite the same Bali charm as the 1 bedroom, but non the less large, clean and so quiet. Wouldn't know you are in central Canggu. Came even hear a scooter. Our private pool was on the cool side but the communal pool by the restaurant had lots of sun and the benefit of having cocktails served to your chair. As usual staff go above and beyond.

Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful rooms. Restaurant food was excellent. Everything was so clean and loved the turndown of the beds at night, such a nice touch. It was favourite stay in my three weeks in Bali and I wish I had longer there!

We stayed for 3 nights at Theanna Villas & Spa for our honeymoon, and everything was absolutely amazing! We booked the "Royale" Villa (the largest room type), and it was incredibly impressive, featuring an awesome jacuzzi and a large, beautiful private pool. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. They had beautifully decorated our bed with flowers and towels for our honeymoon, and the next day, they prepared a fantastic floating breakfast for us to enjoy right in the pool! The entire staff was exemplary, but a huge, special thanks goes to Agus. He is incredibly kind, cheerful, and always eager to help with a big smile. Absolutely everything was perfect, and we would definitely come back without a second thought! Highly recommended!

I'm no stranger to visiting Bali, and I must say, this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. You enter to your own private courtyard, complete with outdoor kitchen and dining area, plus a decking with sun lounges and a plunge pool big enough to dive into. When you enter the main dwelling, you're greeted by a cosy couch and work area, in front of the TV and a huge King-sized, comfortable bed. Behind this is a powder/dressing room that opens up to a beautifully appointed bathroom, with intelligent toilet and double jacuzzi that opens directly onto the pool. Luxury. The staff were generous and attentive and the surrounding grounds were immaculately kept. While a little bit out from the centre, you could walk out the front door and be confronted with an array of great restaurants, shops, massage parlours, cafes, bars, spas, markets etc... I would often walk into the centre (10 minutes) and even down to the beach, which would take 30 minutes on foot (but I have long legs). I went in off season and scored a bargain, but this place would be worth it even if it wasn't. Highly recommended.

Met een tikkeltje meer van afwerking zou deze plaats nog beter kunnen scoren.

Kussentjes op de eetstoelen, lampen in restaurant en waaiers aan het plafond kunnen dit nog beter maken. Maar prijs kwaliteit zeer goed!

De zon was er wel, maar scheen nauwelijks bij ons helaas. Aan beide kanten een dak, waardoor het weinig zon doorlaat.

We loved the staff, the room, private pool, the restaurant and cocktails. We had the most amazing time staying at Theanna for our honeymoon and can’t wait to come back again.
