Beautiful property and beautiful room. Spacious clean and very nice looking. The staff were friendly and there is an open air spa on the beach which was very relaxing. The location is great with a lot of small bars and restaurants on the main road. The reception staff was very helpful in booking us cars and suggesting adventures. Had a great peaceful time here !

Wir hatten für 5 Nächte eine Strandvilla mit Whirlpool gebucht. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Bungalow ist direkt am Strand. Wlan überall top. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Das Essen abends im Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Die ganze Anlage ist einfach WOW. Schöne Zimmer, tolle Lage, leckeres Frühstück- alles, was man braucht ist vor Ort. Wir haben ein paar Tage Erholung gebraucht auf einer Rundreise und es war ideal!

La qualité de l'environnement est top, Le personnel est très discret et serviable. Les différentes attention portées au pliage des serviettes chaque jour sont vraiment top. Le petit déjeuner est très varié est tout les jours des petits changements un grand bar a fruit frais extra !! Et que dire de leurs œufs Bénédicte trop bon ! La piscine est très chaude et très grande.

Il manque du Nutella au petit déjeuner (c'est vraiment pour trouver un truc a dire)

L’hôtel est propre est bien situé. Dans un beau cadre avec plein de palmier, un petit lac d’un côté avec des oiseaux et varans et de l’autre la piscine et la mer. (Magnifique couché de soleil) Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. Un gros + pour la déco et la baignoire sur le balcon Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. Le personnel est disponible et rapide aux moindres besoins

Le matelas est un peu trop mou et le bruit des travaux est dérangeant même si on le savait déjà (écrit dans l’annonce)

Notre chalet était à proximité de la grande route, et il y’avait trop de bruits des voitures et scooter. Trop de moustiques aussi. Prévoir des spray anti moustiques (en tout cas au mois d’août)

The restaurant and evening performances

We arrived at the hotel and sent an email before we were 4 couples and requested adjoining rooms and also non-standard rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, they wanted to give us rooms on the second floor and not adjoining rooms. At the time of check-in, there was a 40-minute wait until we received rooms only after we asked to cancel the reservation.

Direkte Strandlage und eine insgesamt sehr schöne, moderne Anlage. Die Bungalows sind geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Praktisch ist auch der Rollerverleih direkt vor Ort. Besonders schön fanden wir die Bar und das Restaurant direkt am Strand. Abends gab es teilweise Livemusik und eine Feuershow, was für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt hat.

Leider war der Strand während unseres Aufenthalts sehr stark verschmutzt. Das Personal hat zwar versucht aufzuräumen, trotzdem lag sehr viel Müll am Strand und im Wasser. In der Nebensaison würden wir Ko Lanta generell nur eingeschränkt empfehlen. Wer hauptsächlich in der Hotelanlage entspannen möchte, kann hier eine schöne Zeit haben. Außerhalb der Anlage war jedoch vieles geschlossen und insgesamt wenig los. Der Pool ist außerdem relativ klein und es gibt nur wenige Liegen. Leider wurden einige davon von anderen Gästen über Stunden bzw. den ganzen Tag mit Handtüchern reserviert, obwohl sie kaum genutzt wurden.

It was exceptional. I've stayed in five star hotels that aren't as good or tidy as this one. Great location for a quieter stay with several good restaurants within walking distance.

Only that it's currently having work done so pool area quite small but it's low season so not an issue- could be if not a larger or additional pool by high season.

There were some construction works going on which we weren't told prior, so the view from our room was obstructed and at points through the day the noise was very loud when relaxing by the pool or in the spa

Alles, super Unterkunft die kaum Wünsche offen lässt! Getränkeversorgung am Zimmer war Spitze. Der Außenpool klasse und einfach in guter Temperatur zu befüllen ohne viel probieren zu müssen.

Kleine Kritikpunkte, das Sonnendeck um den Pool hat eine ungünstige Farbe und wird unfassbar heiß. Für Kinder etwas ungünstig. Das Hotelrestaurant finde ich unverhältnismäßig teuer, deshalb haben wir nur ein mal dort gegessen - an der Hauptstraße ist man sehr gut für 1/3 des Preises oder noch weniger. Der Strand selbst ist wenn man das Hotel verlässt an der Flutgrenze wahnsinnig vermüllt, sehr ekelhaft. Am Hotel jedoch sauber. Bei Ebbe kann man gut am Strand laufen ohne mit dem Müll konfrontiert zu werden.

Our favourite hotel on Koh Lanta, this is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s only got better since our stay last year! They were also kind enough to upgrade all three of ours rooms!

We liked the beautiful beachfront location (although there is a lot of trash on the beach). Also liked the convenience of the restaurant and cafe. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing, and housekeeping does a great job. They even folded our towels into different designs every day to include dogs to go alongside my daughter’s dog stuffie.

The staff is way too relaxed and treat guests like an inconvenience. The infinity pool did not seem to be functioning/flowing off the edge, but it was a nice clean pool with a beautiful view. Construction was going on during our stay which was somewhat disruptive mostly by the pool. There’s a lot of trash at the beach. The resort does a pretty good job of picking it up directly outside of their property, but it’s still disappointing to see. The staff, especially the restaurant staff need some training. Visited in the off season and most of the beachfront cafes listed on Google were closed. Grateful this resort had everything we needed including nightly entertainment. We also loved the provided umbrellas and beach bag.

Tout était parfait! Le petit déjeuner succulent avec une très grande variété et même du pain sans gluten (un grand merci)! Le bungalow est très beau, très grand et le jacuzzi est vraiment incroyable. Le personnel très agréable et disponible. Un grand merci aux femmes de chambre qui chaque jour avaient une petite attention particulière et quel plaisir de retrouver sa chambre impeccable!

We stayed for 3 nights here and absolutely loved it! the room was immaculate, and the bed is the comfiest bed i have ever slept in! the staff are amazing so friendly, and even booked our transfer for us to the pier, we also had our room cleaned, and the staff did some towel art on our bed and it was so thoughtful and perfect, the location is great the hotel is right opposite a 7/11 and you can even rent a bike from the hotel, we had breakfast and dinner here and it did not disappoint, the breakfast is a buffet and it had everything you could think of, dinner was fabulous we had burger and pizza with chips, it tasted amazing! we will definitely be coming back to Koh Lanta just to stay at this amazing hotel again! Thank you so much to the staff for making it that little bit special for us.

Nothing it was just fantastic

There was nothing we could fault about our stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and constantly working hard to make the resort amazing. The rooms were spotless and cleaned each day. The breakfast was the best one we have had throughout our trip in Thailand. Even with all the construction work going on the staff worked hard to make sure our stay was undisturbed.

It’s our second time staying at Long Beach Chalets. We love this resort and would definitely recommend to anyone. We stayed a week and enjoyed the breakfast and garden cottages pool.

They are doing up-grades to the resort so it was a bit disappointing as we were not notified before our stay however it did not interfere with the accommodation or facilities as such. It was a bit noisy at the main pool and while having breakfast in the morning and obviously not pleasant to look at building in progress but it’s all for a better cause.

Gigantesco Resort, habitaciones amplias, dos piscinas una frente al mar, la playa más linda y grande de la isla. Tenías para hacer todo, te alquilan la moto ahí, te podes hacer masajes frente al mar, desayuno buffet con muchas variedad.

El personal de cocina, sentimos que nos atendían de mala gana. Más cuando pedíamos de noche (cerraba 21:30 hs) y había poca variedad.

Le confort, la modernité, la proximité de la plage et les services donnant directement sur celle-ci (massage avec le bruit de la mer notamment) L’animation le soir était aussi super (petit groupe de musique le soir de notre passage)

- Frühstück war top, wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und wir freuten uns jeden Morgen auf dieses leckere und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück (von Müsli, Asiatisch, Grillwaren über div. Früchte etc, - die Angestellten im ganzen Resort waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit - Resort war wirklich sehr schön, wir hatten ein Bungalow in der Grünanlage (Budget Bugalow) und waren sehr zufrieden, es war ruiger im hinteren Bereich und wir hatten sogar einen eigenen Pool. Es ist zwar etwas weiter weg vom Hauptteil, dafür näher an der Strasse und somit Restaurants etc. - die Kommunikation mit der Reception konnte während dem Urlaub einfach über Whatsapp abgewickelt werden und sie waren für allerlei Fragen zur Stelle - das Essen wie auch die Cocktails waren sehr lecker und sind zu empfehlen - wir waren in der Nebensaison auf Koh Lanta, leider waren viele Restaurants wie auch Geschäfte geschlossen, das Hotel war jedoch ausgebucht die Gäste haben sich jedoch sehr schön verteilt und es blieb daher sehr angenehm, es hatte auch genügend Liegen am Strand

- Schade fande ich, das der Abfall entlang des Strandes nicht mehr gesammelt und entsorgt wird. - Ich wie auch andere Hotelgäste machten uns regelmässig daran die grossen Abfälle zusammeln, es wäre jedoch schön wenn dies auch ein täglicher Arbeitseinsatz der Angestellten wäre. Abfalleimer stehen überall in der Anlage zur Verfügung was ich super finde.

La grande plage devant le site, le petit déjeuner, le bar à cocktail , l'emplacement, la disposition, la gentillesse de tout le personnel, le spectacle de feu le soir, le musicien. La possibilité de louer un scooter de très bonne qualité à l'hotel directement. Si je reviens à Koh Lanta, ce sera certainement au même endroit pour le même logement.

Jeden Abend gabs eine Vorführung/Show am Meer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausserordentlich Gut!!! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Lovely place! The rooms were spacious and the balcony tub was a fun touch- big enough for 2 people and nice to use when it's raining so the beach/pool is unavailable. Beach is clean and the seating provided is comfortable- you have choices between a bean bag style lounger or traditional lounge chairs. Breakfast was also great- fresh made eggs, variety of fresh fruits and baked goods, plus some items that change daily. Close to a few great restaurants, massage place, and couple other things- but away from more touristy areas. Friendly staff! The ladies that ran the breakfast remembered us after just the 2nd day.

It was a bit wavy the week we were there but that may have just been seasonal. Some of the attached businesses (scooter rental, cafe) only accept cash- can make it a bit tricky if you are relying on credit card.

We had a wonderful stay at Long Chalet Beach Resort. The resort was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the first moment. The beach is absolutely beautiful — quiet, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the sunset. The beachfront sunbeds were very comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt calm and cozy. The chalets are charming, stylishly furnished, and very comfortable. We especially loved the cozy interior design and the attention to detail in the furniture and decoration. If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to relax, this resort is a perfect choice. We would happily come back again!

The location is incredible , if you book the right accommodation the 2 Pools are nice and the entertainment was fun !

The noise is ridiculous, the houses are super thin & you could hear everything moslims are praying at 4:30 on microphones & the engines of trucks vibrate like crazy in your bed. Also the walk towards the beach is quite far and the accommodation when booking doesn't specify this. In general it's a good place ! But not 9+ , maybe if you book the beach side so would definitely look twice at what you book.

We started off in the garden bungalow near the road (lovely room but traffic noise was bad ) so we upgraded to the most divine accommodation near the beach. Spa on the balcony. Exceptional rooms. Fabulous customer service. We both had treatments in the Day Spa, again highly recommend

Bungalow by the road were noisy and traffic flew past loudly at all hours. They’re a long way away from the resort facilities and the beach.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Long Beach . Es gibt genug Liegen am Strand. Es ist angelegt inmitten einem wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten tropischen Garten mit Restaurant und Pool. Wir hatten einen sehr modernen Beachbungalow ,im thailändischen Stil mit Terasse und Whirlpool ,nah am Strand in 2.Reihe. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Betten sehr bequem. Es gab täglich neue Flaschen Mineralwasser, Kaffee und Teezubehör. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und im Freien fast am Meer:) Am Strand die Massagen sind sehr zu empfehlen:) Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir haben von Krabi ein Transfer nach Ko Lanta über das Long Beach Chalet gebucht und es hat alles perfekt geklappt.:) Auch der Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren sehr professionell und herzlich. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team. Ko Lanta ist eine tolle und entspannte Insel . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es lohnt die anderen Strände zu erkunden,ein Ausflug in die Altstadt und die Inselwelt drumherum zu entdecken.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück sorry war ungenießbar :( Das Zustellbett war leider nur eine Matratze auf dem Boden.

La plage est magnifique et le bar les pieds dans le sable est un vrai plus . Tout était propre et confortable. Notre séjour était parfait!

Sa situation, sa plage avec le sunset ( la plus belle avec une eau calme) Nous avons tenté la cuisine européenne un après-midi pour changer un peu, tout était bon et bien réalisé. Les logements en front de mer sont plus récent et on l’air plus noble La piscine vue mer Le petit déjeuner : fabuleux! Le meilleur de notre séjour en Thaïlande ( 3 semaines du nord au sud, puis à l’est (Samui) (6 logements différents)

Nous étions dans la partie Garden, l’hôtel ayant annoncé des travaux à cette période qui pouvaient affecter la tranquillité des logements front de mer. La partie garden est calme, bien arborée, dépaysement assuré. Toutefois, la piscine semble un peu délaissée, la fontaine et la partie à jet hors service, dommage. Cette partie est plus ancienne, et donc les chambres aussi. Elles mériteraient une remise à neuf. Nous en avions 3, les chambres supérieures A1,A2 et A3. La salle de bain de la nôtre n’était pas la même et semblait plus vieille. Nous n’avons pas été dérangé par le bruit de la route ce qui ressortait souvent dans les avis. Et enfin, l’hôtel n’y peut rien, mais les clients emportent leurs boissons sur les coussins et table de la plage pour mieux profiter du sunset… puis s’en vont en laissant tout là! Quelle tristesse de traiter ainsi le personnel. Soyez attentif, des panneaux interdisent d’aller consommer sur la plage.

Nous avions une magnifique chambre deluxe pavillon bord de mer. Très spacieuse, très authentique et décoration très typique. Magnifique salle de bain et baignoire sur la terrasse, entourée de végétation et vue sur la piscine et la mer. Réveil avec le chant des oiseaux, dépaysement assuré. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec une très grande variété de fruits frais, de plats salés ou sucrés proposés. La plage du Long Beach est incroyable ! Cela fait 7 fois que nous revenons dans ce lieu magique et paradisiaque. L'essayer, c'est l'adopter !

Une chose pourrait peut-être est améliorée, c'est le café au petit-déjeuner. Là où beaucoup d'autres hôtels ont investi dans des machines à café en grains, le Long Beach Chalet propose toujours du café déjà fait qui reste réchauffé sur les plaques de cuisson. Pour les amateurs de café, cela serait vraiment très appréciable de pouvoir bénéficier d'une machine à café en grains ! Je ne vois pas vraiment d'autre chose à améliorer, c'est dire si cet endroit est exceptionnel !

Der Strand direkt am Hotel ist wunderschön, es gibt ein super schönes leckeres Café direkt auf dem Gelände vom Hotel, wo ma extrem leckeren Kaffee (Barista Qualität) und leckeres Eis oder Smoothie Bowls bekommt. Das Frühstücksbuffet vom Hotel ist sehr vielseitig und sehr lecker. Es war super sauber, gut klimatisiert und gemütlich. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, überall riecht es nach SPA/Wellness. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Rezeption war per WhatsApp erreichbar was die Kommunikation sehr einfach gestaltet hat.

Wir hatten eines der günstigen Zimmer in der Garden Zone, leider war es dort extrem laut, da die Zimmer direkt an der Straße gelegen sind. Die Hauptstraße ist viel befahren, man sollte sich also Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen (selbst dadurch hört man den Verkehr recht laut).
