We got to the property at 5:15 pm and our room wasn’t ready and had to wait for 30 minutes to be able to go to the room. The front desk said that this was usual but should be able to check in and not have the room ready.

Our room over looked a semi overnight lot, and they were a bit loud. The bed was too firm for my preference. And it was a bit secluded from the rest of town and other places.

The TV in the room was not working, unfortunately my mom is a senior citizen and instead of bringing it to my attention she sat in the room with no entertainment. These type of things should be checked when house cleaning do their daily cleaning.

The breakfast was not that great. The coffee was too strong. The beds were lumpy. The hotel room doors slam.

Reviewed May 6, 2026I had the best customer service experience! Khushi, who manages the front desk area was awesome! I had called ahead from Baltimore asking for an early check in. Khushi told me that she would make a note in my file and keep me apprised. When I arrived, Khushi informed me that my room was not yet ready for early check in but that she would call me when it was ready. About 1 hour later Khushi called me on my cell and told me that my room was ready for early check in! Above and beyond customer service. Khushi provides the level of customer service that should be the standard in all hotels.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Very convenient to the Highway, Cumberland, and everywhere else that we had to go to in the surrounding area. There is a Loves Truck Stop with a McDonalds that’s open 24 hours which helped since we came up late Friday night with the Kiddos.
