After noticing that my mother has some mobility issues, they quickly changed our room to the ground floor and prepared the disability room with a larger shower and raised toilet. This was extremely thoughtful of them.

There is nothing not to like, the hotel is clean, friendly staff and well located. My only suggestion would be to maybe place lighter blankets in the room. Not everyone like thick heavy duvet's even in a cold winter

Absolutely NO sound proofing. Could hear the whole of Nelspruit while trying to sleep. Front gate bell/button doesn't work (confirmed with lady at reception)..... waited 20 minutes and phoned for someone to open

I loved the bar and how welcoming the staff was towards me, room was very spacious and I loved how comfortable the bed was

The view, I really couldn't see the view properly and I had to have the blinds closed all the time because there was a seating area and people were always there

The place was clean

We couldn't sleep, the whole night until 5am, other clients were making noise, no one even bothered to implement noise control, drinking and singing and management didn't even bother doing anything about it, we had to wake up at 4am and check out because it was a night mare. The restaurant food takes years to get done, only for wrong orders to be brought through and they still made us pay even for the wrong food.

I use to stay here in this hotel in past - I justo stopped because the Ac wasn’t good - and nothing was done in past to fix. I tried again to come here because apart of that everything was supper. Today I am happy that the AC system was fixed and the room was perfect to sleep- thanks for that - Chill pepper hotel is back again to my favorite list to stay

This is a very beautiful hotel. It is very unique and stylish.

Had to wait at reception to be checked in (although our accommodation was prepaid) as there was only one person in attendance and was busy. Took about 10 minutes to receive the keys. The towels in the room were only being placed around 4pm. Check-in time is 2pm. We checked in around 4pm. The operation of the bedroom air conditioner. Could not get a slow, steady air flow. Sleep function on the e remote control did not work. The breakfast was fine but the breakfast service was poor. The staff do not understand how the à la carte menu pricing system works and I was asked to buy a voucher for a buffet breakfast from reception before I would be served. We were eventually provided with the à la carte option offer some chaos. Very poor for an hotel that’s been operating for 10 years. Restaurant staff are well intentioned but seems like very poorly trained. The background music in the restaurant borders on loud enough to be intrusive.

We were early to book in - & we were still treated with the utmost respect, professionalism & helpfulness. Room clean and comfy. Will definitely go back again when we pass through Nelspruit.
