Sehr saubere Zimmer. Frühstücksbereich sehr schön und ruhig. Frühstücksauswahl reichhaltig. Zentral gelegen direkt am Hbf und nicht weit vom Zentrum.

Es könnten im Bad mehr Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern und anderen Dingen und mehr Abstellfläche für z.B. Kulturbeutel geschaffen werden.

Krásný hotel v centru, blízko vlakového nádraží. V horkých dnech jsme ocenili perfektně fungující klimatizaci. Velmi dobrá snídaně v příjemném prostředí. V hotelu je výborná restaurace.

The AC Hotel is an oasis of calm and order on the slightly dubious but conveniently-located station square. I slept incredibly well in a spacious, comfortable and serene bedroom. Despite looking out onto the station square it was well-insulated and there was little noise. Check-in and check-out both went off without a hitch and I am particularly grateful to Amin for his warm welcome and kind attention over our stay. Highly recommended!

My only suggestion would be a coffee machine in the room. Otherwise, everything was spot on.

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof.

Wenn man länger als zwei Nächte bleibt braucht man definitiv mehr Platz für Kleidung und Koffer. An der Sauberkeit kann noch gearbeitet werden, gerade im Sanitärbereich.

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of the city. The staff were professional and accommodating. There was a restaurant where we enjoyed delicious cocktails, wine and food. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. I’d definitely return.

The toilet was broken. Maintenance not immediately available. (Was informed the guy is on vacation for the week, and that they are a small hotel). Was offered to replace the room in the afternoon, came back but no one at the reception. Asked for the room to be cleaned two days after my arrival, finally I had only the towels replaced and garbage out. On check out the system of the hotel was down and the reception could not properly check me out and give me my bill. Of course the bill still not received till date. Asked by email for a late check out, but was denied one because the hotel is fully booked!

Perfektan hotel, savrsena lokacija odmah preko puta zeljeznickog kolodvora, raznovrsan i odlican dorucak, odlicna klimatizacija u sobi, prostran i udoban krevet, odlični jastuci, prostrana kupaonica, visoka razina cistoce u sobi, sposobno i usluzno osoblje na recepciji, posebno gospodin Asmir i gospodin kojem ne znam nazalost ime ali radi na čišćenju soba.

Potrebni su difuzori mirisa u hodnicima to je mala investicija koja ce puno znaciti za hotel i za njegove goste, također kao i jednokratne šlape za goste hotela

Gebucht hatte ich ein Marriott Zimmer, bekommen, habe ich ein Zimmer in einem Mittelklasse, Bahnhofshotel, nachts, laut und stickig, der Aufzug mit einer verschütteten Milch Brühe verdreckt

We were in Mainz for a night and arriving and leaving by train so this hotel is perfectly located for that. It’s nice enough and our room was well furnished and comfortable. The hotel is a little dark and depressing as was our room. Very adequate breakfast in the Adam & Eve restaurant with helpful and friendly staff. The area around the hotel and station is not the best and rather run down.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, ausgewogen, es war alles da was man braucht, Orangensaft, verschiedene Kaffeesorten, Brot, Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Obst und Gemüse. Rundum zufrieden!

Es war alles in Ordnung, ich kann nichts bemängeln.

From check-in to check-out, AC Hotel felt like home. Much thanks go to Ms. Agnieszka and Mr. Asim, who welcomed and greeted us. Both made us feel special and feel at home. They were exceptional, when compared to Guest Relations from around the world. Breakfast is one of my Top 5 from around the world. Elegant, very high quality and well looked-after. Thank you to Ms. Lucia and Ms. Otgoo for the excellent service, and to the Chef who continued to be hands-on and check on how things are. Housekeeping were attentive to details, and accommodating. Although AC Hotel is not nor pretends to be grand, the meticulous attention to details, cleanliness and world-class hospitality make it stand out as among the best.

The hotel is located next to the main railway station Mainz Hbf. Thus it’s only 2min away. It’s an old big building with a restaurant next to the main street. The room was good, but the interior is a little bit oldfashioned.There is only one elevator available. Housekeeping is good, the room was very clean. The whole staff is very friendly. I liked the location next to the railway station.

Prachtig hotel met moderne kamers. Leuk balcon dat uitkijkt op het stationsplein. Prima ontbijt, spiegelei wafel of scrambled egg op bestelling. Vriendelijk personeel. Parkeergarage naast het hotel.

Excellent location, from my room I could see the train station . Most of the things to see is within a walking distance. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Very good quality tea bags, good brand coffee. Ice provided upon request. While leaving the hotel they made a small gesture making one feel special.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super,man kommt schnell zu Fuß in die Stadt. Es war einfach fabelhaft, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Zimmer, sehr angenehm ausgestattet.Das Frühstück war wirklich lecker und wir waren wunschlos zufrieden. Wir möchten sicher wieder kommen und sagen DANKE an das ganze Hotelteam.

Cozy atmosphere. Sitting lounge was modern and inviting. I liked the room decor and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant food was top-notch amazing. I ended up just eating dinner all three nights there - ordering the same appetizer and main dish!

Sehr klein, Badezimmer nur mit Milchglasscheibe vom Schlafbereich getrennt. Sobald man im Badezimmer Licht macht, geht die Lüftung laut los, was nachts neben dem durchs Milchglas sichtbaren Licht sehr stört: Warum kann man die Lüftung nicht separat schalten? Idiotisches Schrankarrangement: Wenn man nachts zurückkommt, knallt man beim Versuch, den Kartenschlitz für die Zimmerkarte (ohne die kein Licht angeht) zu finden, gegen das Metallgestänge.

Das Zimmer war modern und stillvoll eingerichtet. Viele Kissen im Bett. Schönes Bad! Sehr Modern und gross. Das Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ich habe eine Nacht verlängert.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gleiches gilt für das Bad. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer nach vorne zum Bahnhofsplatz, wo es sehr laut ist, so dass wir mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen mussten.

К отелю это не имеет отношения. Это район Майнца ужасен. Грязь,наркоманы, психически больные люди везде. Очень неприятно и даже страшно выходить на улицу . А в самом номере было холодно. Особенно в ванной комнате.

Schönes Hotel, direkt am Hauptbahnhof, aber dennoch ruhig. Im direkten Umfeld des Hotels fahren mehrere Bus- und Bahnlinien ab, mit denen man in kurzer Zeit in die Stadtmitte und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Bar im Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und prima, wenn man den Abend noch ausklingen lassen möchte.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, trotz Bahnhofsnähe ist kein Lärm warzunehmen, das Frühstück war entsprechend meiner Erwartungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es ist überall sauber. Sehr schön eingerichtet, die Location im Chill Bereich und Speisesaal war im sehr schönen style, einladend

In dem Zimmer war es uns einwenig zu kalt, das Bett müsste an der Wand angeschraubt werden weil während dem kuscheln das Bett und die Matratze darauf einen halben Meter verschoben war ;-)) und 2 Duschtücher mehr wäre super

Heerlijk ontbijt, mooie kamer van gemiddelde grootte. Moderne badkamer met krachtige douche. Direct tegenover het station, maar geen last gehad van lawaai.

De kraan in de badkamer drupte. Personeel wist niks te vertellen over activiteiten in de stad (bv. of er een rondvaart mogelijk was), ze moesten dit googelen om vervolgens met de verkeerde informatie te komen (rondvaart vanaf Koblenz ipv Mainz). Wel vriendelijk personeel.

Die Lage ist super zentral, die Einrichtung modern. Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu fairen Preisen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück und das Personal während des Frühstücks.

Leider war unser Badezimmer nicht so geputzt, wie es hätte sein sollen. Dass wir nachputzen mussten, hat natürlich ziemlich genervt. Uns wurde aber auch ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Das Personal am Empfang haben wir durchschnittlich freundlich wahrgenommen, da geht sicher mehr.

快適な滞在であった。部屋は少し狭かったが，立地条件もよく，朝食も美味しかった。 今回，忘れ物に気が付き，ホテルに電話したところ，真夜中にもかかわらず，迅速に対応して頂き，直ちに回収ですることができた。フロントの皆さまには大変感謝します。

毎日のタオル交換をお願いしていた。その通り毎日交換してくれたが，その種類，数量が正しくなく，しばしばフロントに申し出て，不足分をもらったことが残念でした。

Ausgesprochen freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Im Zimmer genügend Stauraum für alles, was man bei sich hat. Wasserkocher und Tassen, sowie Kaffee, Tee und Wasser vorhanden. Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet in der schönen Restaurant-Veranda Ganz ruhiges Zimmer trotz Bahnhofsnähe

Leider nur zwei gleiche Kopfkissen, die gleichermaßen dick und wenig formbar waren. Das Teewasser, das aus der Maschine kam, war nicht heiß genug

Obwohl es am Bahnhof liegt, ist das Hotel richtig ruhig. Die Zimmer waren super und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal zuvorkommend und das Frühstück lecker. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder, vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, het personeel behulpzaam in meerdere talen.

Er had voor een parkeerkaart gezorgd kunnen worden binnen de overnachtingsprijs eventueel tegen een gereduceerd tarief.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet, welches mit viel Liebe keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch können frische Eispeisen bestellt werden - das Omelette ist sehr zu empfehlen.
