Super place

The hotel is very well located, in the center, near to Ladidika. It is renovated in a very modern way, a boutique hotel. We had a room with sea view, the room was quite spacious. Breakfast is fine and you can take outside in the street, which is quite pleasant. The staff is very friendly.

The drawback in being in the center at Tsimiski street is that it is quite noisy with traffic in the morning. The shower is not well designed and the bathroom gets wet (we mentioned this at reception). The breakfast room is tight and you must keep queuing to get to the food.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης γεγονός που κάνει τις μετακινήσεις πανεύκολες με τα πόδια. Παρά το γεγονός ότι βρίσκεται σε έναν από τους πιο ζωντανούς δρόμους, το δωμάτιο ήταν ήσυχο, χωρίς καθόλου θόρυβο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αυτό που περιγράφεται, όχι πολύ μεγάλο αλλά καθαρό και λειτουργικό με ωραία διακόσμηση. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό τόσο σε ποιότητά όσο και ο χώρος στον οποίο σερβίρεται.Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και με απόλυτα θετική διάθεση.

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε σίδερο και το συνεργαζόμενο παρκινγκ βρίσκεται μακρυά αν χρειαστεί να μεταφερθούν βαλίτσες.

Struttura molto bella, hanno recuperato molto bene un palazzo storico. Soluzioni di design molto originali. Camera grande e pulita, bagno pulito e con doccia ampia. Personale gentile, posizione centralissima.

Emplacement, l'hôtel est au centre de Thessalonique et donc à proximité de tout. Le petit-déjeuner - produits et spécialités locaux dans une belle salle. Personnel gentil, aimable, disponible.

Un staff très disponible et agréable. Un emplacement idéal, à deux pas du port. De très bons petits-déjeuners dans la petite rue derrière l'hôtel. Il faut recommander les chambres qui donne à l'arrière sur le musée juif.

Location was perfect. Room was quite comfortable. Very well organised parking with private companies.

Small elevator, uncomfortable mattress. Bed looked like it was going to collapse. Problem with the safe in the room. We were with the baby, so cleanliness could be better.

Nema prirodne svetlosti u sobi, pogled nije na unutrašnje dvorište kao što je navedeno u opisu sobe, već na unutrašnjost hodnika zgrade.

The hotel is with very nice interior. The breakfast is sufficient and various. the location is excellent and the staff is nice.

i did not like one of the rooms, it was without windows. this is not clear from the description of the room.

Ulazna vrata neizolovana, čuje se sve iz hodnika, dušeci na krevetima previše mekani, nemate apsolutnu tišinu i mir, ali to nije do hotela.

We had a great stay at Colors Urban Hotel in Thessaloniki. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore the city, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special mention goes to the staff at the reception. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always happy to assist and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely recommend Colors Urban Hotel to anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

Great location and very good breakfast

Being very central the location proved to be a very noisy one. At 6.30 in the morning a very zealous policeman kept whistling for over an hour right under our balcony, even when there were hardly three cars passing by. For a 4 stars an relatively new hotel I did not expect holes in both one of the bed sheets and the bath floor towel.

It was a wonderful stay. My family and I stayed for two nights. It is a charming boutique hotel where everything you might need has been thoughtfully considered. The room was very comfortable for four people. There were two separate double beds, and one of them had an additional upper bed, similar to a bunk bed, which my children absolutely loved. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tsimiski Street, Thessaloniki’s most famous shopping street. There are plenty of covered parking garages in the surrounding area, and you can also stop briefly in front of the hotel to unload your luggage, which was very convenient. The hotel offers breakfast if you wish, but we preferred to have breakfast outside and explore the city. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here, and if we visit Thessaloniki again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Many thanks to the entire hotel team for making our stay so pleasant! ❤️

Ήταν ευχάριστο το προσωπικό

Το δωμάτιο προς τον δρόμο τέλειο λόγω θέας αλλά όχι ιδανικό για ύπνο λογω φασαρίας,τα παράθυρα εάν αλλαχτούν και έχει ηχομόνωση τότε δε παίζεται!

Öncelikle kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve kalitesi çok yetersiz. Üç ay önce burada konakladığımda kahvaltı çeşitliliği daha iyiydi. Ayrıca klima yalnızca resepsiyon telefonla aranarak açılabiliyor gece kapatıp tekrar açmak istediğimde telefonla resepsiyonu arıyorum ilk defa böyle bir uygulama gördüm.

Staff 11/10. Ice cold AC. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended as a stop after landing at the airport.

Είχε απίστευτη φασαρία από την Τσιμισκή όλο το βράδυ με αποτέλεσμα να μην κοιμηθούμε καθόλου!!! Επίσης ήταν πολύ μικρό το διπλό κρεβάτι.

The AC in both of the rooms is somehow directed at the sleeping bed.

Η μόνη παρατήρηση μου είναι ότι αν και δεν είχα πληρώσει πρωινό ζήτησα ένα φλυτζάνι γαλλικό καφέ που ήταν ήδη έτοιμο στην καφετιέρα. Θα περίμενα να μην μου το χρεώσουν.

Amazing spacious room and very clean, as to the location wouldnt ask for a better one, straight to the center of the city !

Γενικά ήταν μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Αν και είχε πολλή ζέστη στην πόλη το δωμάτιο πάγωνε με τον κλιματισμό. Το είχαμε στους 27-28 βαθμούς για να μη κρυώνουμε. Τέλειο το πρωινό. Όλο το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Το μόνο πρόβλημα που θα ήθελα να αναφέρω είναι ότι το καπάκι της λεκάνης είναι πιο μικρό απ τη λεκάνη και δεν είναι βολικό λόγω της διαφοράς του μεγέθους και το τηλέφωνο του ντουζ βγαίνει απ τη θέση του.

Perfect location, noise isolation room!

The room was not fully ready, when we checked in. Towels were missing, there was a dirty cup and the safe was not working. But they fix them all at once

Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη από τη διαμονή μου στο ξενοδοχείο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα χαμογελαστό και εξυπηρετικό, ενώ και το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικό

Η τιμή ήταν ίσως ένα κλικ παραπάνω απ' όσο υπολογίζαμε, αλλά μικρό το κακό! Το μόνο πραγματικό ζήτημα ήταν το πάρκινγκ. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν διαθέτει δικό του χώρο στάθμευσης, στη γύρω περιοχή είναι δύσκολο να βρεις δωρεάν θέση και τα ιδιωτικά πάρκινγκ εκεί κοντά είναι αρκετά ακριβά.

We had a room in the middle with no streer view window, but hall window. It was a bit dark.

The hotel has an excellent location, very central and convenient. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly fine and comfortable, modern, with a young and vibrant atmosphere.. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The only downside was the parking, which was a bit far from the hotel.

Altes Zimmer und Ausstattung. Große Terrasse am Zimmer, allerdings ohne jeglichen Schatten. Man könnte einen Schirm einfach aufstellen. Keine Pflanzen auf der Terrasse. Lieblos gelassen. Knöpfe in Dusche und jakuzzi funktionierten nicht richtig. Jakuzzi alt und sehr laut.
