Une chambre magnifique, au dernier étage d'un immeuble plein centre ville, à deux pas de la mer. Literie et sanitaires parfaits. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel très aimable. A recommander pour une nuit en ville.

This hotel is located very centrally within Thessaloniki’s vibrant downtown area, full of very nice restaurants and within walking distance of many shops. The breakfast was also very complete and had many options available.

We stayed in a twin room and guests should beware that the room is very small much like the bathroom - not necessarily a deal breaker but something guests should be made aware if they like a little bit more room!

Staff was amazing! Room was very spacious with everything you would need! So close to the square too and tons of shopping and restaurants.

There is no car park.

Great location. Easy access to restaurants. Very walking distance to sightseeing. Transportation was responsive also.

The elevator was small. But, it worked out fine. The breakfast was tasty. A bit awkward trying to access the fridge with many tasty fruits and yogurts etc.

The hotel is in the middle of the centre. It is close to the boulevard and very close to all the restaurants. It is also close to museums. The distance to the museums made it possible to walk to them. The staff was very helpfull. The interior is very modern and clean. The breakfast was very good.

The bedroom is small.

We had a wonderful stay at City Hotel Thessaloniki. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and visit many of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby. A plentiful breakfast buffet was included.

Hotell oli kaasaegne, stiilne ja funktsionaalne. Asukoht oli suurepärane, lähedal rannapromenaadile, söögikohtadele ja kauplustele. Maitsev hommikusöök. Personal viisakas ja abivalmis.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to the city's main square. It is easy and convenient to walk to many places. The service is very courteous and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended! Revital Marom Israel

The mattress was terrible. My room was on the 6th floor with a balcony to the road. Unbelievable noise especially early in the morning.

Location, breakfast, staff. Everything really exceptional.

Parking - they do not actually have their parking, it’s a public garage. They told us the price for a day would be 25€ and it was 33€ somehow. Also, it’s a few streets from hotel, so it was really not a best solution when you have suitcases and more stuff. Later, we found out we had an option of them taking our car and parking it, which is so much better, but no one told us that on the reception :(

Tesis temiz, konforlu ve güvenliydi. Çok merkezi bir yerde olduğu için her yere yürüyerek gidebildik. Personel çok ilgiliydi özellikle Konstantinos Bey çok yardımcı oldu kendisine burdan da teşekkür etmek istiyoruz.

The rooms are not realistically sized as described in the listing; they are significantly smaller. The room smelled strongly of old, sour vomit. The mattress was completely worn out—you sank deeply into it as soon as you lay down. The floor was covered with cheap plastic linoleum. The bathroom was extremely small, with not even enough space to hang a wet towel after showering. In the lobby, guests were lying on the couches with their shoes and socks off. Absolutely horrible.

2 gün için çok yeterliydi. Odamızı balkonlu odaya ücretsiz upgrade ettiler. Otel tam şehrin merkezinde, heryere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Otopark için biz Plateia kapalı otoparkı tercih ettik, 24 saat için 39 eur ödedik ancak anahtar bizde kaldıgı için içimiz rahat etti. Diger otoparklar günlük 20-25 eur ama anahtar onlarda kalıyor. Kahvaltısı da yeterliydi, hatta bar kısmından yulaf sütlü iced latte yaptırın termosunuzun içine, içtiğimiz en güzel kahve olabilir :) (2 eur ücret alıyorlar)

Parking fees could be excplained better while booking

The girl serving breakfast was very sweet and friendly.

The hotel does not have its own parking, and most paid parking lots nearby require you to leave your car keys, which can be quite uncomfortable. The closest paid parking where you can keep your keys is about a 10-minute walk away. Also, be careful with the shower door, as it can get stuck and you may end up trapped inside.

Lack of hotel free parking or agreed parking space had lots of fights with the parking vendors which all stated City Hotel doesn't have any agreements with them even thoguh hotel transfers you to those locations.

I arrived at 4 a.m., exhausted from the journey, and the gentleman explained when I should take the car to a private parking lot, as the place had no parking of its own and no staff available to assist with this service.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the city. Very clean premises, excellent staff, very good breakfast. The room was very comfortable, with small fridge and balcony overlooking busy but not noisy street.

Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Konum itibari ile merkezde olması çok harika istediğiniz herşey elinizin altında, vale park hizmeti kesinlikle favorimdi. Çünkü Selanik park sorunu olan bir lokasyon.

Kahvaltıda daha fazla çeşit olabilirdi. Birde oda cadde tarafında olduğundan azda olsa ses alıyordu.

The only thing we would comment as a room for improvement mostly was the toilet seat inside the room bathroom that quite small and the water was spreading on and around the seat with every splashing use.

The staff is great, pleasant and welcoming. Room is refurbished and furnished in a good way. Breakfast was good!

Sofa bad is pretty bad, elevators are small (max 3 ppl). There are stairs before the elevators(8-9), but the staff were helpful with the luggage

Tesis görünüm olarak iyi gözüküyordu kaliteli duruyor, çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ve yardım severdi. Şehir merkezinde olması büyük artı oldu her yere yürüme mesafesinde oldu. Park yok biz yakındaki bir yerde kapalı otoparkı kullandık.

Tuvalet çok ufak ve havasızdı o konu biraz can sıkıcıydı ve tavanda örümcek ağı vardı kaldığımız odada ancak biz sorun etmedik.

Micul dejun destul de slab,deși pare variat, nu este. Nu au parcare proprie! Geamurile foarte vechi,se aude gălăgie mare din stradă.

City Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff are absolutely wonderful — friendly, kind, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, which made it very easy to relax and enjoy my stay. Everything I needed was available, and I had all the comfort and facilities I could have asked for. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend City Hotel to anyone visiting Greece. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a pleasant and relaxing experience. I would happily stay here again!

The staff sold this hotel, it's a great location, very stylish, decent facilities, but it was the super helpful and caring staff staff that made this place ace. Will definitely be back at some point.

The hotel is listed as offering parking, yet it does not have a private car park. We left our car at the car park they recommended, but we could not even benefit from the hotel discount because, apparently, the hotel has no agreement with them. If you do not actually provide parking, why do you list it among the hotel’s amenities? And why do you direct your guests to a car park with which you have no arrangement?

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location! Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are exceptionally cozy—we had a great night's sleep every night. The staff truly deserve special praise. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. This was already our second stay at this hotel, and once again we were absolutely delighted with our experience. We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back again!

The view (room with interior view) is to walls and a dirty small yard. Did not like the restaurant where we had breakfast, too much AC in the morning. The breakfast very simple.
